Did a great job ahead of schedule! Fixed all my wiring issues and I had alot! I will definitely come see these guys anytime I need anything electrical done.

A very bad experience with this company. Two weeks ago I drove my car to them because it was stalling out, they looked at it and instead of contacting me to let me know what what wrong they took it upon themselves to replace the battery ( easy solution) and clean a couple of cables. After two weeks on Thursday it did they same thing so I called and spoke with Charles the owner was rude and had me confused with a car they had to have towed in but then after a few details of mine he remembered . I told him that I would try to drop it off early but later called to let know know I couldnt not get away from work he said that was ok just bring it as soon as I could. I got there around 4:45. The first son told me it was too late but the other was nice enough to drive my car to see if it would do what I had told him it was doing again.. Unfortunately it was not and he said he couldnt look at it until it was doing the same thing and then asked if I could bring it in this next week and leave it with them. I said OK and i would try for Monday (today ) but since i travel to Amarillo from Dumas this morning didnt work. So I called and spoke to Charles to tell him what had happen Friday , i was only able to get out the fact that I was treated very unprofessional by one of his employees ( his son ) and that is when I was told that If i thought his sons were unprofessional that was my problem and he did not care then proceeded to tell me that I got there at 5:05 on Friday when I told him no it was 4:45 He hung up on my so I called back thinking it was a connection problem he said no i hung up on you because you are not going to argue with me. I said OK well I am wanting to get my car looked at because its doing the same thing as it was when I brought it in he told me His sons fixed the problem and he didnt care if it was doing the same thing not his problem that my car had to be towed in because it wouldnt start so I told him no i drove it in and he hung up on my again !! I had to keep calling until finally His son answered and told me that if i did not stop calling he would press charges on my for harassment and I said I paid you 314.00 to fix my car and I want you to fix it he said he didnt care what i wanted and it was not even my money ( I had to borrow from my brother and paid him back ) I said well I will report you he said good let your friends know too because we do not want them here either. I have never been treated more poorly by a place of business in my entire life. I hate to say this but lately I find it true people like this would have never had the nerve to speak with a man in this way .. What is this world coming to ... All I wanted was my car looked at to see why after being fixed it still leaving me on the side of the road I paid 314.00 and now will have to find another place to have it looked at and fixed .....

The guy I spoke with was very professional and helpful. This place was highly recommended by many others. Should I need them, I would definitely use their services

Went in there to swap out starter nose pieces on a 1964 cadillac because i wasnt going to spend $450-500 on a used starter from ebay, i brought mine in and they called me later telling me that they couldnt swap the nose pieces because a parts store gave me the wrong one but they told me that they had a brand new starter in stock that was for cadillac for less than half! made my complete day and week. will def give them my business again

They didnt have anything that was rebuilt or used. They only had 1 Interstate top post, for $120- the same battery that walmart carries.

I have been going to B&W Battery in Amarillo for years for alternators and starter repair. Well today I take in car for starting problems and as soon as it said the starter is from online purchase, the guy blows a gasket saying that I should have it fixed online. Well ok starters under warranty anyway but I want to know if there is another problem and willing to pay. I see no call for being upset that I bought something online I still went to him for the diagnosis and was going to bring original starter in to him for repair but that attitude cost him a customer.

Horrible place! Dont call for updates because if you do they will just reject your business!

Took a generator there for repair told me it would be a couple of days till it would be fixed. Called back /stopped by multiple times over a 2 week period always told it would be ready tomorrow / in a couple of days etc. Final time was told it would be ready at 2pm went there at 4pm still not ready. Told owners son I just wanted my generator back he says fine Ive got plenty of others to work on.Took the generator to Grand Battery and they had it fixed in 30 minutes (missing insulator on terminal)Always used B&W Battery in the past, they were very friendly and got the job done, dont think I will use them again.

Today I sent my son to B&W battery, a place where Ive done business ,with this family owned and operated business for years , and today.....Im appalled. My sons dodge pickup had an electrical problem that needed ckng out and was told they werent interested in working on other companies (auto zone ) alternators, offered my son no help what so ever ,not even run a diagnostic ck , he more or less didnt get the time of day. Word of mouth advertising, is with out a doubt yer best source to customers .......it is also the cause of the lack of customers.Since the late 70s Ive recommended them as the BEST in their field, cutomer srvc. , workmanship, guarantee, and professionalism , today ......I no longer recommend them .....

Ive been going to these guys for years. Every time I need an alternator or starter rebuilt they do it and do a good job at it. I called this morning for a specific rebuilt battery I needed to replace in a pickup to be sold. They just happened to have the very one I needed. Ive been using B&W since the late 70s and have never had a complaint on their work. Back when all rebuilt starters and alternators were suspect. Theirs were always perfect. I have had to return several from larger companies but never from B&W.They are the best, An outstanding Business.

Took alternator to be rebuilt told me it would be 2 hr they will call me when done. 24 hours later I had to go up there and I complained about it they acted like they didn’t want to satisfy customer and charged me full price. They told me to keep my receipt it had 1 year warranty I told them I didn’t need it cause I was going to grand battery which I should have done in the first place.

I landed my Gulfstream here because my pilot said i was losimg power to the thermidors, these guys did a great job, an before you knew it i was back up to 45000 feet, fresh blunts, an peeling the paint all the way back to Colorado !! thanx guys
