The Rex Young Allstate Agency has always been great! I don’t even live in Amarillo anymore...we’ve lived between 3 and 9 hours from Amarillo for almost the last 10 years now. But I refuse to change agencies, because I know that I can call in anytime and speak with Sharon at the office and she’ll answer all of my questions, give me all my options, and get my situation all fixed up whether it’s submitting a claim or making changes to one of my policies (renters at multiple homes, now homeowners, and multiple cars over the years).

We havent compared prices with other insurance companies, so I cant say its the best value, but weve always had quick response times, never any trouble getting things repaired and its nice having an agent that is local and knows his clients.
