The owner is very pleasant and a capable repairman; he quickly replaced a power switch on our vacuum cleaner at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this business for people who have vacuum cleaner needs such as buying a new or used one. Or having one repaired.

My Oreck needed repair of the electric cord and routine maintenance work. It was done within the promised time period. Excellent work and it cost only $10.00. I didn’t believe the charges, since I thought it would cost at least $60.00. I asked the owner to reconfirm the charges and he said that is it costs!

Scott is always polite to me and greets me. Scott also recommended the air filter that was actually cheaper than the other one I had an eye on because he explained to me why it’s a better air purifier than the more expensive model. It made sense to me so I bought what he recommended and have been loving it ever since. Scott shows a good example of how good business should be done. This is by far the best vacuum repair in Amarillo. He is quick and knows what he is doing. And very reasonable - I will never go anywhere else. I was in his shop 5 minutes both times I took a vacuum in and left with a perfect machine and am a very happy customer.

I went to Oreck in Amarillo to purchase a new vacuum cleaner for my church, however I did not see what I was looking for. The man, whom I forgot to get his name, was so helpful. Instead of pushing me to buy one of his vacuums, he helped me find the right vacuum for my needs online. I am grateful for his help and will most likely purchase floor waxer from him in the future for my church. I will be back when I need repairs for all my church vacuums. My Oreck wouldn’t turn on. The nice gentlemen said oh give me a minute I think it’s a easy fix. 3 minutes later he brought it out and plugged it in and it worked. All for no charge! I’m going to continue to spread the word. Thank you!

Hoover doesnt sell the part I need for my carpet cleaner, but they found a dyson part that would fit. The service was excellent and the price was unbeatable!

I have a Steam-it by Oreck, and it is awesome! the best steamer I have used to date. After 6 years it developed a leak so I took it to this Oreck shop in Amarillo. They repaired the leak, told why it happened so I can prevent it from happening again, only charged me $20 and didnt try to sell me anything. They are honest and give great service! I am not related to them and I dont know them. I just think good companies should get kudos!

I am a mom of 4 boys between normal dirt, dogs, legos, and silly bands my dyson and Oreck had taken a beating took them both in was able to leave with a new belt and bag for my Oreck that same day under $20. my dyson took a bit longer but works better than it did when I got it.

Honest and fair business practices. They repair ALL brands of vacuums. .wish Id realized this before I attempted to do business with another Amarillo business that tried to take me to the cleaners!! (REIDS APPLIANCE) ..and then they KEPT my deposit. Do yourself a favor. If you have a vacuum, any brand, in need of repair, take it to Oreck. Good folks.

I highly recommend ORECK VACUUM! We took our Dyson vacuum in because it wasnt sucking. He checked it and told us there isnt anything wrong with it. All we need to do is clean the filter and wait until its dry before we put it back in. He couldve easily make $50 from us but he was very honest. Thank you ORECK VACUMM for bringing my Dyson back to life.

Honest and Fair. No charge for and estimate. Service Man was able to look at my Hoover cleaner immediately, told me what I was doing wrong and had the cleaner up and running good in less than 5 minutes!
