Thanks Alvin Glass. I rarely comment on Google or Yelp, but had to in this case. After trying to cut my own mirrors over and over I finally decided to call a professional. So glad I did. Even though the job was super small, I got a super quick response and professionalism like I was a high paying customer. Thanks for the help. You saved me from messing with more cutting oil, the horrible cutter and probably numerous cuts. Dont try to do mirrors yourself folks. Call the professionals.

Alvin Glass & Mirrors are great people! They came over to replace my screen door window and had it completed in all of about 10 minutes or so after having measured for it. Quality window, great communication and very timely order and install process! I am super pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good local glass company!

We had our shower recalled recently and had a great experience with Alvin Glass - great service!

Started off great, good instant quote and timely scheduled, installers show up and they dont have yhe right glass in stock and back ordered. Understandable, we agree to just install normal glass so it can get fixed asap, say theyll call me back to schedule. Well I never received a call back, so I call them to find out that theyre backing out of the install because they cant get a ladder to the window in a wide open yard, flat face wall they cant get a ladder up. My 4 year old can get a ladder up

Peice of glass I ordered from here turned out amazing. It was a large piece for a 6 person kitchen table. Great staff, provide great service and information.

After being blown off by a couple of other companies, these guys followed up and showed up when they said they would. They worked within my tight time constraints and performed reasonably good work at a fair price. Honest and prompt.

This was possibly the worst company to ever work in a home of mine and I have been a homeowner for over 30 years. While the glass arrived at the dealer location on time, they cancelled the scheduled install for personal reasons (an employee was out sick) After a fair amount of pressure from me, they rescheduled for the next day. They showed up but after bringing everything inside they decided that they did not have the right personnel in place so, they loaded everything up and left. Yes they wasted another day of my time. They returned on the following Monday to make yet another attempt and about half way through the install realized one extrusion was cut too short. Again they wanted to reschedule. Again I put a fair amount of pressure on them to get the part and complete the job. They left and came back several hours later with the correct part and completed the job. The actual install was not bad but the finish out (caulking) was a complete sub standard mess. They got silicone caulk everywhere. All over the glass, floor, tile work and, granite countertops.
