We were referred to Critter Squad by our pest control people. We agreed to a $49 consultation fee to be put towards the job if we hired him. Jimmy arrived & shared he was unable to access our attic due to our roof construction. While disappointed to hear this, he guided us & gave tips on ways to learn what was in our attic & how to move forward. After visiting for a few minutes, we were preparing to pay the fee but he said he would not charge us as he couldnt help us! We were so surprised & appreciated his honesty to say he was unable to guarantee the job. And after the time coming to the appointment & not charging us was beyond professional!
