I had a bad experience with another vendor so I called Alvin Glass after hours. Robert came out the next day to take measurements which was a Thursday. He gave me a quote right then and ordered the glass for my shower. By the next Wednesday he advised me that glass would be delivered Friday. Robert answered my calls when I had questions and was very nice. On Friday, Morris came out with another gentleman and installed the glass. It took them all of a few hours. They were both nice and personable. Morris gave me care instructions. I was very pleased with the outcome, fast turn around and customer service. Thank you Robert and team! You rock!

Alvin Glass quoted me $100 less than the other glass company with a similar name... And next day install! Very professional and cleaned up after they left. Honestly the best part was the communication... I would send the guy a text with a question and he would call me immediately with an answer. Definitely a smooth experience.

McCauley glass company is a great company . They replaced a bedroom window for free for my mom who is 84 years old. I called many companies and this was the only one who cared enough to take care of my mom. The technetium was very courteous and nice. A company that cares people is the one you want in your home taking care of your family. I appreciate the McCauley Glass company very much.

Really,Trash left all over our home, caulk looks like I did it, mirrors look like a beaver cut them....TOTALLY unacceptable. Nothing like a FRIGGING RAZOR BLADE left on your bed......REALLY!!!!

The most worst , unprofessional place you can take to get your front winshield at .. they couldnt even get windshield straight first time the left it all crooked ..second time they broke the windshield.. they broke my winshield wipers .. left my seats dirty with the black silicone and broke my dashpad into pieces..

Great food and service

A few months ago I had my windshield replaced here. They did a terrible job. There was glass chips laying inside the vehicle that I had to vacuum out. They scratched my dash in several places. And I just found out they used a lot of glue on the glass and skimped on the stuff that holds the stripping on the side on. This caused water to get in and leak into my vehicle and a very small rust patch to already form. However, it was caught in time. Currently, Safelite is fixing the problems and putting in a new windshield. They are cleaning and priming the rust patch so that the rust doesnt spread and cause a hole. The guy from Safelite said the place did a really bad job.

Robert at Alvin Glass provided excellent customer service. I will be using Alvin Glass again.

It took 5 months and innumerable phone calls to have a sliding window installed. Less than 1 month later, it has come out of the slider twice. Called a competitor and told the glass was cut to the wrong size. Call Alvin Glass & Mirror instead if you want the job done right.

My car got broken into (window), early Friday morning. All day Friday I dealt with my insurance company who wanted to send me an hour away, to places that could not make an appointment until Monday, Mobile services that were unavailable, just a mess. Saturday and Sunday no progress got made. Monday, I called and spoke to Robert at Alvin Glass who was nice, honest and funny. He explained to me that he did not have the piece of glass for my make/model of car but that he was willing to call a friend who might carry it. I got a call back almost instantly, he told me he would go meet this guy to pick it up after business hours and get my car fixed before Tuesday. And he did. I brought my vehicle to him at almost 8pm, I was home with a new drivers side window by 9. Window works great, he even vacuumed the broken glass out of my car for me.

Horrible customer service and not dependable.
