Went in to see about batteries even if they say Ford all over them you need a receipt $302 later for two batteries and clearly you can see where they were leaking acid even thought they say 9/18 so yeah not happy with Ford once again

This was the second time I took my F350 to the dealership for repairs and the second time the repair technician did not follow Ford’s TSB. Instead they went from step one to step five and recommended a $20,000.00 repair. When all it took was Step 2 and flash the PCM as the TSB instructed. Cost me $200.00 at a reputable mechanic shop.

Called to make appointment on Wednesday the 4th for an oil change and the check engine light. Dropped it off on the 3rd so they could get started right away, Felipe said they were a bit behind might be a Thurs. pickup, not a problem. Thursday came and went no call, I called on Friday, car still not looked at, wouldnt give me a loner, was told a manager would call and address the issue, they never called. Finally got the car back on the 11th. I can forgive running behind a little but when I make an appointment for something I expect to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. Service and sales has gone down hill dramatically here. Felipe is the only reason it got two stars instead on one.

This has been the worst experience with service from any place I’ve ever been to. After Ron Carter couldn’t supply a loner vehicle for my warranty work that covers a loner or most of the charges for a rental. I was charged over $1,700 in rental fees after Ron Carter Ford left me to pay the entire bill. I have been lied to about how much and when I will be reimbursed. Now a month later the Service Manager John will not return my calls.

The service was quick, but our truck came back with so many random scratches. Make sure to take photos before turning in your vehicle. One even looks like an intentional scratch on the tailgate. We have another car that is needing recall services and I will definitely be taking photos in the lot, pointing them any existing scratches, and removing everything from inside.

I have a 2010 mustang that is running very rough and dying when I come to a stop and car is idling. I was told I needed a new egr valve and had a coolant leak by douglas thompson and it would be about 500 dollars to fix. I received a call my car was fixed and it ran great. I spent 20 bux to Uber to pick it up only to be told I owe over 1000 dollars. I pointed out I was told it was gonna be about 500 for both repairs but he responded by saying that 500 was for one of the repairs not both. This was a lie. I had my car with another repair shop for almost a month before they gave up and told me to take it to a dealership so at that point I was so glad it was fixed I paid the 1000 bux. Only problem is it wasnt fixed. It ran very rough and died at the red light just down the street. There is no way my car was even taken for a test drive or they would have known this. I was lied to about repair cost as well as being told my car ran great. I had to turn right back around and give it back to them. If I wasnt scared I wasnt going to get far I woulda taken it somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed and am now waiting to see what they say next. Will update soon.

Had a wonderful experience with Vanessa who would contact me by phone and searched until she found the perfect car. Really impressive employee. Went in to see the car and it had some damage that made it unsafe. It took a couple weeks but they fixed it and called me back. When we sit down to talk about purchase I was given a story how their computers were updating and with the shortage on new cars used cars were now much more expensive and that the price of the car I have been looking at had changed from around $22,000 to over $28,000. Dont know what kind of ethics the new owner is following but not impressed.

My attendant was called diego. Called that day for a mustang gt 2018 which started at a really good price with low mileage and set up an appointment. The car was still up for warranty and assured me its okay. That same day i pulled off the lot riding happy. This dealership is straight forward and very honest with your credit and give you free estimates (goes down every time its checked) and with really good plans under finance. The car had 2 small details and they came on to fix it by free of charge. I really recommend to head on here and get yourself a good car

I went online and got pricing on an F150. Clicked lock in price. Received email with price as stated online. Came out and looked at truck and spoke with salesman. Made appointment and came back out to dealership to buy and talk trade value for my truck. After sitting in sales department for 45 minutes I was told that the pricing for the truck I was looking at was incorrect. It was fleet pricing. The sales manager said sorry theres nothing he could do. At the very least this was a case of incompetence. Very unhappy with this dealership. Do not do business here. My last truck purchase had no such problems.

Today I have to leave a 1 star after the years of great service but I felt like I have been treated like a nobody. The younger woman (Jessica) in the service department was giving a careless vibe for me and when I asked about if my car service diagnostic was covered by my extended warranty, I was told that she didn’t know until the service was done. If you are having electrical work done on your Ford, be sure to ask how long that will take. They expect you to drop it off and say it will take a couple days before they can even look at it. It was not possible to schedule out a few days so that I could wait for them to check the electrical.

I am so upset/ disappointed. We purchased a F-150 on June 12 2020. My husband was so excited he found a truck that has everything he wanted (so he was told) not to mention it was lifted. Moving forward, we drove off the lot and my husband returned the very next day, after realizing that the truck we were told had everything important to us did NOT. We are travelers and one major issue was the tank size. So when we meet with Dustin the first thing he asked was what must the truck have, whats important my husband says the tank and year 2020 etc. Now if if I tell you whats most important and you are selling me something and your reply is it has everything you want plus extras..Sold...You have my business. Unfortunately that was not the case. I have reached out to Ron Carter Ford, however, to date I have NOT received a response, a call back a text or I dont care, and dont bother me response... NOTHING! This is/ was my experience.

Service and sales are great, I have purchased two vehicles from Ron Carter Ford over the last several years. Recently, for the first time I took my F150 in for some warranty work before my basic warranty expired and had the absolute pleasure of working with Randall Livingston. Randall is an amazing service writer and kept me in the loop for everything. On top of the excellent customer service I got my truck back in like new condition with ally issues resolved correctly the first time. Any warranty work or even regular work going forward I will entrust to Ron Carter and Randall.

Typical dealership. They have a lot of vehicles to choose from and are willing to help. The service of Sammy Jimenez is what makes it different. Sammy was not overbearing and was completely honest from the start. Sammy understood that I was looking for a certain thing and didn’t try to push his own agenda. He is one of the better sales people I have worked with and I don’t care much for sales.

I was a little skeptical when I first arrived, not a big fan of car shopping and the whole dealership experience. Immediately though, after meeting my sales consultant Mike Owens, I was at ease. He was very easy going, did everything I asked and did not give me the run-around. Everything was straight forward. Finance was cool and chill as well. If looking for a good sales consultant give Mike Owens a call.

Awesome job to the staff. They didnt make us feel forced to buy anything and Woody was very attentive to our needs and got us in a Ford Escape at an awesome price, low miles and I never had to Wade through all the BS. Woody and the guys made us feel at ease about making this commitment. We will definitely be going back.
