Chris Peters State Farm has been extremely helpful to myself and my family. They educated me on life insurance and how beneficial it can be for my daughters. Without that knowledge, I would of never taken the steps to insure myself and my daughters. They have always been very informative and honest, even when they were unable to cover my vehicles due to my husbands record. I appreciated their honesty and advice and hope that one day I can switch my cars to them too.

Doing business with Chris peters is by far one of the worst experiences with a insurance company and probably the worst experience of my life thus far. I purchased a brand new truck for my 21st birthday. like a young adult should, I budgeted for car payment and insurance. I was happy with the price and proceeded to buy the truck, the first mistake is he forgot to collect a premium for the new truck, and waited 2 months to bill me for it. Without a formal notice of the charge I paid my bill in good faith when it was due, to be sure I didn’t have a lapse in coverage. This continued for months. However I did revive reimbursement of 1 overage. Then he decided to recollect my reimbursement check by raising my monthly bill, also without notice! When asked for itemized statements he failed to produce any. I got to the point I wanted to cancel my policy but I was then informed that I would mess with my insurance credit score and could have higher rates, counter productive if you ask me. Here we are 6 months later, my truck is sold due to economic hardship this caused. I have lost over 10k in equity and I’m continuing to be overcharged for a truck I do not own. Per Chris peters, when a policy premium change is made, the costumer will receive a notice. I failed to get such notice. His response to that was. “If you didn’t like it you shouldn’t have paid it, when you don’t like the price at Home Depot do you buy it?” We concluded our conversation and agreed to have a sit down in office to try correct this terrible situation. I hope it can be done!

State Farm was a positive experience for me and my son. We insured his truck here; the staff are friendly and helpful. I gave 4 stars because they are sometimes hard to get a hold of and last time I called, left a message, but nobody returned my phone call... Also, my sons payment was 250 dollars every week and then we got one 350. They stated: we were not taking out the correct amount for those months or something to that effect. However, I had mostly pleasant experience. 4 out of 5 mustaches...

The Team at Chris Peters are some of the most hard working individuals I have come into contact with. I have multiple policies with this agency and they are always attentive, helpful, and diligent with any questions I have regarding my policies. Denise at this State Farm office has been so good to me and my family. We were with Farmers for years and when I asked Denise to match our previous auto insurance coverage, she went line by line and made sure that we werent losing any value or coverage, and when she sent me the quote I was stunned. We went from paying $315/month with Farmers to $125/month with State Farm. I was shocked. She is saving our family so much money and I am so grateful.I am a very slow person when it comes to changes like this. I work 60 hours a week so it is very rare I have time to sit down and compare quotes, crunch numbers, etc. Denise followed up with me consistently even though I didnt send in everything she had requested, I continuously forgot to call back, and it just fell off my radar. She stayed on top of things though with consistent (but not annoying) reminders and when I finally got to the point of making the move I am just so glad that I did.THANKS DENISE!!! Great job!!!

So when I first got State Farm I went through another agent. That was my first mistake. My new agent Tori Rude.... let me tell you a little something about Tori Rude. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I called State Farm around one year ago. Tori had answered my call and well poor Tori, I was in a foul mood and had explained to her that my insurance was up the ROOF with my other agent and I was looking into another quote with a different agents in my area. As a first time insurance buyer (I was on my grandmothers insurance since I was 18. And at 19 went with State Farm Turing. I’m now 21) she expressed to me what all went wrong, the other agent had put my insurance policy under my father (I don’t understand why the car was in my name), told me I couldn’t qualify for any discounts. Tori proved me wrong my insurance went from almost $300 policy to a $180 saving me a good chunk of money. She was absolutely amazing. Super nice, professional and very very understanding. So Mrs. Rude if you’re reading this THANK YOU. 10/10 give this woman a RAISE!

I really don’t know where to begin. We’ve had STATE FARM insurance for over 42 years and have always had good service with our agents. However, recently we bought a new home and experienced several insurance related issues! The “team” at CHRIS PETERS office (formerly ROSE CASKEY) went above and beyond this time! I can’t begin to say enough GREAT things about how helpful Vanessa, Rosemary and Kristen were. Always greeting me with a cherry “hello” & a smile. It would really make my stressful day better. I could not speak more highly of this office during our homeowners claim. Process was extremely easy. Received a call back within an hour from State Farm claims ready to schedule an adjuster to visit our home. Adjuster was out within a day or two and was extremely helpful and full of information. I could not have asked for more during our claims process. State Farm had a check out in the mail in no time. Best claims experience I have ever had!

Worse experience ever. Was with State Farm since 1987 until my vehicle became disabled for 6 months. I paid 162.16 for a new policy and THEN State Farm requested evidence the vehicle was not on the road for 6 months without insurance. I sent the paperwork for the renewal and inspection which clearly shows when it expired and when it was renewed and thought I was done. 1 Month later Ms. Bryant texts me and says they will cancel me unless I provide copies of all the repairs done on the vehicle. I have copies of all repairs though I have no time for this nonsense. I sent an email and canceled the policy. WOW 30 years of business with State Farm with one claim in 1992 and this is how Im treated. Done with State Farm forever. I went online and signed with another insurance company with no issues. Update on 06/12/17 State Farm sent a letter to inform me that they had to cancel my policy and it will be effective on 6/24/17 REALLY? No I canceled on 6/7/17 after all the BS. This is starting to look like a legal issue now.
