Technician was on time, which is always a good sign. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He did an amazing job hanging our two TVs; even the one over our fireplace. I would highly recommend itek for your entertainment needs.

I was referred to this company by our realtor after closing on a house. We had 3 needs that we wanted to get taken care of in stages. Installation of a bedroom and office tv was done first. They sent 2 people, so they actually did well on that. The 2nd time I called to get 6 ceiling fans installed. It was a lot harder to get an appointment this time, and they sent 1 person instead of 2 as discussed. The installer was very nice, but it took him awhile 4o get through this job. A 2nd person did show up at the end to help with the last fan. When noticed after they had left that we had a problem with the remotes cross controlling fans in different rooms! I immediately called to document the issue, but agreed to wait until the next tv install to correct ( 5 weeks ). When attempting to set up the appointment it was again hard to get a time slot. After several communications we settled on a date that I could be there to monitor, and a day that they could send 2 people for the 75 tv and the fans.This is where my dissatisfaction started with this company. 1. They showed up 5 hours late because of other jobs and they only sent 1 person! To top it off, he knew nothing about the fan issues. At this point at nearly 4pm, I agreed to help the installer install my TV. I asked at the very beginning for his professional opinion if he thought that my wall bracket ( low profile ) would work vs. his bracket. He said yes and proceeded to get going. We encountered issues hanging and leveling the tv because of the tightness / access, so we decided to go back to square one and use his bracket. We finally got the tv up but could never get it flat enough for preference. This is where having his 2nd person with proper tools would have been able to address this. I wanted them to return the next day with 2 people to complete the job before paying. The Tech seemed to get upset and walked out at 7:45pm. I asked.him to have his boss contact me that night, which never happened. After calling multiple times the next morning and leaving messages, Lou finally called back. He said that he had a full day ahead, but would personally get by that afternoon and would keep us updated. We have never heard from him again! If you want truth and competent work, look elsewhere.

We love our spot lights from ITEK. We found ITEK on Facebook and liked their packages offered. We were looking to lighten up our front of the house and we got exactly that.Getting in contact thru Facebook messenger was super easy and the appointment was confirmed within minutes.On the installation day Louis was just fantastic. Arrived on time, explained what he is going to do and went on with his work. A couple hours later he was done. Great workmanship, clean work. Excellent.Our light choice was 5000k (daylight) which can manually turned on or off thru the smart phone app or as we choose a pre-set timing.We love the experience beginning to end and highly recommend ITEK.

I hired iTEK to install cameras at my fathers house in Houston to keep an eye on him as I live in Chicago. I was critical in my choice of companys as I install cameras myself 606installs iTEK had the cameras installed in no time and I was able to keep an eye on my father the same day through the phone app. Its been over a year since the install and I finally made it out to visit my father while I was there I checked the quality of the work and have to say for the price they charged I was impressed by there work.Definitely a 5 stars company.

Great, fast, and clean service provided by iTEK. They come at the time they schedule and best of all they take credit card. $99 is an absolute steal and only $10 extra for a mount if you don’t have your own. I’ve paid almost double for the same thing on Amazon home services and they took 3 times as long.I have used them for my house, parents house and for my office. They’re the only ones I trust for all my AV needs.
