Enterprise has given me a smelly or dirty car everytime I have gotten a rental from them. Not only have they never asked what I would like but just gave me something and never asked for a preference.

(Updated review) Never again, for any reason, will I rent from Enterprise. They are too inconsistent on their policies. I would rather drive all the way to Lawton and rent from Avis or Budget. I am not specifically targeting this location...I am very disappointed with Enterprise Corporate. One trip to NM and I add my fiancé as a driver with no additional charge and this short trip to MS add her and get an additional charge of $15 per day that came out of my security deposit. I just got gouged and that is going to cost them a customer. Its been nice knowing you Enterprise.

This place is horrible. I always receive a car that is dirty or stinks.

They were very friendly and had a clean good car ready.

I have mixed emotions, I asked for a compact car, they gave me Nissan Armada...a huge SUV, it was a nightmare driving for my sisters funeral, but I got there, 2 hours later than if I would have gotten the compact car I asked for. My dad suggested me trading the monster for a smaller car at the airport. and they did, so Im thankful for that. My drive home was safer, they gave me a Charger, not too small, but not so big

Very Nice comfortable Vehicle. Enjoyed it! Fast service. The gentleman that worked atEnterprise wasnt very friendly. And I only received $100 back from my deposit. I brought the car back just like I got it. No reason to why that was. Other than that it was Great!

I ordered my vehicle online and picked it up. The associate came out immediately and the whole transaction took about 3 minutes. The car was better than expected. Dropping it off at the airport was equally as easy and stress free. So nice to have anything stress free these days!

Been dealung with enterprise for a few years. Several locations. They have always been friendly ,courteous, and gone out of their way several times to make sure I was served with superb service.

They are pretty good. Wish for a little better selection but this is such a tiny town.

If I could give zero stars I would. What kind of place let’s you book for a vehicle. Then tells you they don’t have any when you show up. And then tells you that you have to wait til 5:30 for someone to bring one back. And they never show up. This is one of the stupidest car rental places I’ve been too. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!

Weird policies that make it really difficult to use their services. They were pretty unhelpful.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My husband and I had the worst interaction with this branch of enterprise! I booked a vehicle 10 days prior to the pickup date, and confirmed via phone the day prior to the pickup, saying I would be in about 4 to pick up my economy rental. I arrived around 4:30pm to one person working and two people in front of me. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was finally next. As I’m standing there waiting with another individual, we are told here is only one vehicle left for rental. Luckily, a second vehicle pulls up right after she says that. Thinking it’s my turn to be checked out, I step up to the counter just to be told she is going to check the other vehicle in first. I huff and take a seat. Seeing my agitation the woman behind the counter takes me next instead. As we start going through the paperwork she informs me that because I’m doing a one way rental she cannot give me the truck and that there are no vehicles available for me. I tell her that I reserved over a week ago AND confirmed on the phone that I would be here for the rental. She just says sorry. Of corse this is upsetting when this is the only rental company in town and they will now be closed until Monday; I have to be back to Missouri for work on Sunday. I continue to explain the position her branch had put me in and she gets the manager to agree to letting me use the truck for the one way. Now I get to pay extra in gas to drive that far and they were not willing to work the price to give me a refund for the extra gas. To tell people who have rented vehicles that “there are none” and “if you wanted an economy you needed to come at noon” is completely absurd! This branch needs to look at their customer service section, and reevaluate.As an update to this post, I gave the company two stars. While this branch still needs some work, I was extremely pleased with the reach out from enterprise in trying to make it right. My husband and I appreciated the support and customer service from enterprise management.

Very nice people here, but car selection is very small and they didnt have the car I reserved in advance so they downgraded me and still charged full price.

Great customer service.!! I have been a customer for many years and when something is done accidentally theyre quick to fix it. They have WONDERFUL personalities and cant help to not just see them as a business but as friends as well. Corporate is also a BIG Help but Enterprise in Altus, Ok have ALWAYS fixed the problem. They make you feel like family and care about the customer more than the money and thats what a company should be about because the money will roll in on its own when a company treats a customer the way they do. My car is German Engineering so I ALWAYS choose to rent my rentals from Enterprise in Altus than from the VW Dealership due to weather related incidents. Theyre AMAZING and I rate them a 5 star because they deserve it. They work hard and try to help a customer to their fullest. Its knowing how Enterprise works and if a customer has the BEST/GREAT insurance then nothing to worry about. When some of them get transferred its hard because its loosing a GREAT Agent and friend. I HOPE to continue doing business with them for many years to come. Even the New Male agent whom I think is the temporary Supervisor that recently came in is coolAt first He seemed like he was going to be hard to deal with but I quickly found out that hes just as Awesome as the other employees. Nothing negative to say about any of them except for the manager they got rid of. She was the worst I have ever dealt with but was replaced quick by Corporate due to my many years as a VIP Customer and with an even BETTER, way BETTER manager. She could have gone about a situation a total different way but yelling and screaming at me being recorded on how she acted she brought it on her self when she couldve easily explained in a calm professional manner like Corporate did would have been the right way to explain and she wouldve kept her job but she yelled at me at the top of her lungs for nothing because my relatives insurance paid for the vehicle being stolen and was covered under the full coverage. However, Keep up the GOOD work Altus Enterprise.!! You DESERVE much more recognition and PRAISE than given so I after much years of doing business with yall will give it to you cause its well deserved.!! See ya soon for another vehicle and THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME.!! My car will go to VW Dealership for hail damage so I chose Geico Express Body Shop so I will need a vehicle from yall. My insurance covers it so expect me Monday if open, if not Tuesday for sure. I HOPE yall have a WONDERFUL Car waiting for me.!! The s.u.v. we rented was fanastic...yet again..their we will pick you up.....fell short...and we had to go to them for pick and delivery....FALSE ADVETERTIZING.....

I just scheduled a rental from this establishment due to some car trouble I experienced. Approximately 40 minutes after talking to a sales associate confirming reservation for pickup at approximately 430pm I was called back by the manager stating that they would not have a car available. This was only 10 minutes before I planned to pickup the vehicle. I am surprised by this establishments inability to fulfill a business commitment. I would avoid renting from this location, although there are limited options.

Its a place I dont want to give a star. We booked a suv yesterday, and today we were going to sell our car and come here to rent a car. However, there is no car, so if you wait 2 or 3 hours, the car will come from Duncan. So we waited 2 hours. But they suddenly said that they cant rent a car today. We had no way back home and wasted our precious two hours. If you dont have a car, you shouldnt have taken a reservation or told you to wait two hours. We waste very precious time and feel very bad. I cant believe what they say. I dont want to go again.
