Went and reserved at 16 foot truck 2 weeks before I needed. The day before I was due to pick it up I got a call saying they had someone come rent my truck and they wanted me to go with the 12 foot truck on the lot. I told them no. They called me later that day and said they would have my 16 foot truck ready at 0930 the day I was to pick it up. Drove a hour to get my truck and when I arrived my truck is not there and wouldnt be there for another 3 hours. This is not how you run a business at all. If some reserves something you make sure you have it. This shows poor ownership

I picked up a rental truck and car hauler from here in the middle of the night. I cant rate the place or the employees, except for the keys were where they were supposed to be, the truck was clean, ran well and was full of gas. My GPS took me right to the place.
