The people at this UPS are always nice and polite get things done really quick, I just enjoy going there I have no problems with them they are Very polite. And they ring the doorbell when they do a drop off and that’s what I want. Thank you.

Package#1Z9X26370382949800( listed as left at front door or on porch!!!!!) Was left in driveway in the weeds I only found item by stepping on it when going to check the mail. There is no reason for them to not have put the package on my porch. Ive received 30 other packages on my porch. This was unacceptable and disrespectful.

If you live in Tipton OK dont expect your packages to arrive at your address! All my packages never got sent to my address. I had to go find my packages or pick it up at the store because the driver couldnt find my address even after I described my house to them. Very poor service!

Horrible customer service. The employee was rude before I even got through the front door, and never said hi or asked what brought me in today. Very rude and unhelpful.Also, they are not a shipping center so they will not ship anything for you unless you have it packaged and labeled yourself. Even if a company tells you to take it into a UPS store to ship, the lady here will tell you that she is not a UPS store she will not ship your package.

I have got to get this off my chest. In the years I’ve lived in Oklahoma almost 12 years and have always had a great experience with the drivers up until the past couple months . The ups driver working Tipton right now is AWFUL. I’ve watched him twice deliver my packages and he don’t even walk up to the porch he literally throws the packages . Also amazon had a return pick up that was scheduled for pick up AFTER they sent out a replacement and he came to the door and we tried explaining that we had to wait for the new products to arrive to put replacements per amazon back in box and he was extremely rude and had a major attitude. If your going to hire people to go to various customers homes at least make sure they are trained in customer service because clearly this driver is not.

Store hours on the door say they open @11:30, but they had over half a dozen people waiting outside for them to open today(8/13/19). By noon they still were not open, so most of us took our packages to Express pack&ship on Main Street. One lady was there to pick up a package, they need to do a better job about being on time to open and being considerate of other peoples time.

Quick in and out.

I feel really bad for the crew here. When they are short handed, sometimes they cant open on time. This is a small office, but the times have changed and most people order things on line, and sometimes things need to be returned. The company needs to cover all their bases. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Even though they are short handed, the girls there are very nice.

Customer service is STILL bad. If you dont open until 11:30 be open at 11:30 Not leaving 6 customers waiting until you get around to it. I print my labels so i can save time. Will take my business to pack and ship in/out in a min or less.

Good people working at our UPS in Altus. They all will do what they can to help or get the right answer found for any questions. They do their best to solve any problems they have any control over!

They cant print Amazon return labels. And the hours are weird. Otherwise, the staff is great!

Excellent management and staff always going beyond call of duty with customer service. All drivers are incredibly helpful and kind. I have been a customer for 15 years and highly recommend!

I thought I lost a package and was calling and acting erratic. I was letting business and personal issues get to me. For that I do apologize. They have always been on time and good about getting all my packages to me. I didnt see an order out on the shelves to be sold and didnt see when glanced in the back. So I let my tirade begin. Throughout my tirade everyone stayed professional even if I wasnt. They explained to me why the one issue (a name of current employee showing as receiver for package) I had was what it was and made a suggestion on how to fix. Upon further inspection I found the package in an odd spot in the back area that I had previously glanced in. Thank you for not losing it on me.

I think this store is in need of a major overhaul. Its very outdated...but when they are supposed to be open they are NOT. This has happened on more then one occasion. Very frustrating, especially since they are are only open a few odd hours a day anyway.

I’ve had a perishable item at the Altus UPS store since Friday(Dec-28-18) and becuse there is NO local number and such small windows of times that they are open I have no idea if my item will even be ok if and when I get it.?? I would use another carrier if at all possible. It would also be super helpful if the website doesn’t say the store is open only after driving up to get my package find the store closed..**UPDATE** 2-Jan-19, I was called by UPS about my package and told that yes it should have been sent out on Friday(28-Dec-18), I could come to the store and see if my perishable item was still ok (was not), So the item was sent back at NO cost to me and while it will be another 2-3 days they are at least trying to make it right.
