God awful.I’m so sick and tired of this post office putting notices on my door and saying sorry we missed you because my mailbox is full when it’s not. They keep attempting to put items to big for mailbox in my mailbox instead of just putting it on my doorstep as well. I can’t come and pick up my packages because of my work hours. I hate this post office so much... My driver must just be incredibly lazy

Ordered two packaged off of amazon, they were coming on the same day. So the delivery man gets out, grabs the small package, brings it to my door, but cant bring the medium sized one?

I dont know whats going on with the carriers around here 2 weeks ago I had a package that the tracking said it was already delivered when it wasnt and today all my bills came in just not the medicine that was out for delivery along with my bills. Medicine that if I dont take I die. They said they tried to deliver it but they didnt. Then said it was being held at the post office at my request I didnt request that you just forgot to deliver it.smh

Tried to call to inquire about a lost package. Their automated telephone is a joke. Just wanted to talk to someone and see if they had it or porch pirates grabbed. Wasted 20 minutes of my life

Liked their fast service.. Just avoid going there at lunch times..

While they are short staffed, the staff that IS there is so knowledgable and friendly, and will help youi get the best rate, and quality for your products. What else would you need?

I have been living in my house since last year all of a sudden my mail is being returned to sender. I complain and was told maybe my house looks vacant -no your mail carriers suck!!!

Worst experience ever! Hope I never have to deal with this Office ever again! I ordered a package on Amazon on 11 December. Found out that’s it’s going to be delivered today December 30th. This package is actually a Christmas gift for my dad, And I am leaving town this morning for our Christmas. I arrived at the post office 45 minutes early. Hoping to get somebody that would let me have my package before I leave town. And the lady at the counter said that the rural carrier had already loaded the package and would not get it out for me. I mentioned that I am leaving town and this is a gift for my dad. They would not give me my package, told me I would have to wait for it to get delivered. Now if this is not some great customer service, I do not know what is. Especially during the Holidays. Maybe I’m more upset than I should be; however, I’m still upset. Just thinking if a normal business had customer service like this, wouldn’t stay in business very long!

Hour and half wait time on phone. REALLY?!!

When you question them about your mail service to your house being disappointing they get offended and try to raise their voice at you and when you raise your voice back to them then SUDDENLY there is a problem and they call someone from the back to come to the front playing victim like you did something to them.

Wish y’all would just answer the phone....
