Jacob McGregor did an amazing job with us getting my new phone!! We also ordered my daughters phone the same day and he explained that it was on back order but that someone will call if it comes in sooner. We accepted that and went about our day. We then received a notification two days later that the phone shipped out! We did not receive a phone call and could not track the phone so we figured it was not in the store yet because we were told they would call. I called today to check the tracking on the phone, apparently the phone showed up a week ago and we would have had it for my daughters birthday but never received a phone call. I explained that we would be there ASAP to get the phone because we were so excited!! I called at 7:01. Before the rep hung up the phone he said “well we close at 8” I said “ I know thank you.” As we are on our way to the store I received another phone call from the store and it was a woman this time saying “I just want to let you know that we are having trouble activating phones today, we haven’t tried to call Verizon but are going to wait until tomorrow to see if the problem is fixed if you want to wait” I politely said “oh I understand but we still want to try it” she snapped at me and said “okay” then hung up. My husband walks in and he asked why we’re not notified of the phone being in the store, he received blank stares and no apology. They were rude the entire time and seemed to eager to go home. My daughters phone activated in no time. Very unprofessional and very rude. I cannot believe our experience with the staff working tonight. Side note: Jacob was not in at this time of pickup. Do better Verizon.

My experience at Verizon was very wonderful. All of the employees were very understanding, helpful, and were very patient. One of the employees was very sweet and new exactly what we needed and helped us find the cheapest way to get our phones working. His name was Adam, he was one of the sweetest person you can ever meet, he treated us nicer than some of our family. I would very much recommend Verizon. They really know how to help and to make you feel welcome.

I am from Colorado, I went into the store yesterday to get my father who is disabled a phone he can use for text messaging. Ryan did an exceptional job with my father and myself and my three-year-old little nephew. Ryan brought out a whole bunch of different phones for my father to try and to see if he was able to use them since he is paralyzed on his right side. I will definitely be returning back to the store. Also right make sure my dad understood the phone before we left the store. Great customer service and just for you Ryan go patriots .

The employees are extremely easy to talk to, if you ask a question and the person youre talking with doesnt know theyll find out as quick as they can for you, they almost seem excited to get you the information you need. Shout out to Steven in the Altus store!!!! I have been having trouble in my area with dropped calls and people not understanding me because it was cutting out so bad. I had attempted to call the Altus store twice. Once talking to a young man then a lady. Neither was very willing to help. The man was almost put out with me for asking for help over the phone. He did give me some directions and said call back if it won’t work or you will just have to come in store. Well it didn’t work so I called back. The you young woman I spoke with was getting frustrated trying to understand me. ITS THE SERVICE PEOPLE. IM SORRY 😂. So I decided to make the drive to Altus. As I was leaving I decided to try one more phone call.......IT WAS STEVEN! Wow this guy went above and.beyond. He said I will make the 34 mile drive over to Hollis and see if I’m having the same trouble. I was like ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I think I kept saying that and are you serious. Never has anyone offered to go as far as to say hey I will drive over and see if my phone does what your explaining. He sent me several text messages when he got here which was within the hour of our conversation saying yes Hollis has a problem. We met up and he looked over my phone did some explaining and assured me he would work on the Hollis issue. Well people...ASK FOR STEVEN AND YOU WILL GET GREAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. First time ever any local person has wanted to help instead of saying call 611 or it’s not on our end sorry. Anyway Thank you to this young man. Whether the issue gets fixed or not kudos to him for treating me like my issue was most important and that I was not a problem.

Bought a crappy phone from these guys... Went in wanting to buy an Apple phone, left with the Moto Z because Android is so much better according to these people. I get home two months later I have thousands of photos on my phone, and I cant put them on my computer, why? Because the new Android style is to not allow you to do so. Not to mention that Facebook shuts off every 30 minutes.... hate this phone and Im so angry at them for talking me into it!
