My moms name has been on the weatherization list since 2013, her name came to the top recently. Chad and Jamie and Pete came out to do an inspection on our home. At first they were not sure if they could help us, but My mom is a Christian and God has always taken care of us. Well they were able to help us. They found out our roof was leaking and they got on our roof and tarred it and they went upstairs in the attic and they were able to get through a cubby hole they made to seal the inside of the roof too. They went to our basement and saw we had a dehumidifier and they were able to get me a new one with a pump to exit the water through the sink since my mom cant bend down to empty the bucket and I am not always here. This was a great help. They said if we had any problems to call them. While they were here they were able to fix our leaky faucet outside. They also replaced my dripping faucet in my kitchen sink. They found our refrigerator was not holding what ever numbers needed to pass code, they got us another one. i am sure i am missing things they did. the whole crew from Linda, Chad, Jaime and Pete and all the other office staff and workers who came to do the work could not be any nicer, more caring, always explained what they were doing and had to do. they always cleaned up after a job, We had no mess to clean up. Weatherization is a GREAT AGENCY to get your name on their list. WONDERFUL STAFF, INDIVIDUALS, AND PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!

I just called here today to try to make an appointment to speak to someone about my situation and getting housing assistance or at least a step in the direction I need to take , the 2nd woman who I spoke to on the phone had no interest in speaking to me, and didn’t even ask me anything but my name and where I slept the previous night. you are supposed to be somewhere to go whenever someone is struggling with being homeless, or is about to be. even if you didn’t provide these services, at least take your job seriously enough to treat a person with respect, it’s hard to ask for help, so when someone does don’t make them feel even more hopeless.

The people there are very kind and actually seem like they like their job.

A community organization thats a credit to the community (helping all sorts of folks out weither those folks appreciate or not) something I never saw in New York City (real helpful at times).

Chad & Jamie was very kind friendly very knowledgeable explained everything to me did a outstanding job !!2 very nice nice gentleman id definitely give them more than 5 stars 🌟 they deserve 10 🌟

If you need some resources this is the place to go. Food banks credit services for the most part if you need it they can help you or point you in a direction for it

This place gave me a job in the transportation department. They also helped me with a issue I had here at home.
