I visited as a walk-in for a pedicure and received PHENOMENAL service. I am so very pleased with the overall experience. Everything was exceptionally clean and new tools were used. Staff is extremely friendly and want to make your visit the best possible. I will definitely return!

I love jewel nails! The pedicures are amazing! They take their time and use hot stones! I also get shellac manicures and I never have problems with them! Always done perfect with amazing quality! They are also super sweet!

I recommend Lena. She did a pedicure and manicure for me on the 21st. I had her do shellac and will definitely have her do them again with that as I dont have any chips on my nails yet. I usually go maybe a couple of days with regular polish. Its pretty expensive ($83 without the tip) so Im thrilled it looks just like it did after she finished.

AWESOME SERVICE! They are always very accommodating and in the past two years Ive been going there ONLY ONCE have I called in the afternoon and they havent been able to work me in that same evening!! The staff is always friendly, funny and helpful! I am NEVER wondering if they are talking about me or other customers in a foreign language like what happens in some salons.They have SO MANY DIFFERENT COLORS to choose from! Polish, schlac and powder! The pic is only part of the powder color, theres at least that many for other options. Manicures, nails, pedicures, and waxing with several options! They just got all new Pedi chairs and comfy Mani chairs! Reasonable prices and repeat customer discounts!

I went in with my mom and sister for pedicures. We made appointments because they tend to be a bit busy for walk-ins. We got seated almost immediately. Everyone was very friendly, and the stations seemed quite clean.I really appreciated that my person was thorough but gentle on my feet. The chairs are comfortable massage chairs, and we were offered a water or soda during the pedicure. We got the basic pedicure, and it included a hot stone massage.

Very nice ladies but I was very disappointed with the results. My daughter and I got manicures and pedicures with shellac. Both of our polish was peeling within days and completely off by 1 week.

They take a bit longer at Jewel than other places but I love the results when Im done. Ask about their color changing nail polish.

The girl barely understood me. Was on her phone several times. I showed her what I wanted she said no cant do that. I said ok. I couldnt get it through to her I wanted a different color then. The girl next to us tried to explain to her what I wanted and she argued with her. I wont go back.

Moved here a year ago, and I am very particular, i had my last nail tech for 15 years...i checked out a few other salons in the area...but, once I found Nicole...I let No one else touch my hands and feet...their spa pedicures are the best!!! A great experience every time...if you are looking for that one salon to call home...this is it!!!

My Mother and I went to Jewel nails for the first time last night to get pedicures. My Mother is handicapped. She has to use a walker and it is very difficult for her to even get in the chair due to a back injury. She is also diabetic and gets nervous about anyone working on her feet. Johnnie took the best care of her. He took his time, calmed my nerves and even had us laughing. A person who goes the extra mile is hard to find. We will be back! Thank you, Johnnie and Jewel Nails!

I have my nails done there couple months ago for my trip to MD. I love the pink and white i had there. People are so nice, clean place. I would recommend this place for everyone. Oh yeah, their prices are reasonable too 😀❤️❤️❤️

I wont go anywhere else. I have never had my acrylic nails look so good and feel so strong. They shape them how I want them. They really pay attention to their customers.

Ladies were super nice, just wasnt too happy with how my nails turned out. No cutical work so 2 days later they already look like i need a fill. The shape was not what i wanted either. Looked like i did them myself at home, not like a $60 salon job. Probaby will not be going back.

Kind of expensive. The 1st and 2nd lady I went to did an AMAZING job, the 3rd not so much. Wish I knew their names or remembered who did my nails in January.Regretting not going back to them to try and save money going else where, wont do that again!I will be returning on any future nail jobs in the future.Sorry I cheated on you ladies to try and save me some money. I hope you arent too mad at me when I come back!

Very overpriced. Pedicure, basic was 40+ dollars. Nail tip with dip, uneven lengths and no cuticle work, which would have added more to bill, 45+ dollars. Total bill $93.?? without tip. My last visit!!!

Not happy with the color my daughter ended up with, and when I received a call I didnt realize the question I was answering and she ended up with tips! Shes 12!!! Not happy at all. Wont return.

I spent over 150.00 for two pedicures and mine was not even professional. We felt like the techs were rushing through,. I paid for this and wanted this to be a great experience and my friend and I were catching up trying to have a nice girls day. Then the two girls doing our nails just left us without saying a word and went to other customers without saying a word to us. I have been here before but so very disappointed for the money the service I received. It was very expensive and I could do a better job. I complained but the girl just looked at me. WILL NEVRR EVER GO. BACK. Wasre of my hard earned money

They do a great job and im a picky one I usually have Jewely do them for me but today Pi did them and I was very happy with the great job she did. She usualy does my toes. Everytime is a great job. Im not sure if the girl was new or what but I spent almost 2 hours there for a pedicure. The girl cut my toe and the polish was old and she put too thick of coat on so as soon as I left it smudged. I dont think I will be back to this place.

Very friendly staff, but last time they tried to charge us $60 for a $45 spa pedicure. Apparently, some of the services we received were extra, but we were never told of these extra charges when they were offered to us nor were they listed in the brochure.Also, I now have an ingrown toenail. The first in 27 years.
