As far as the place being clean, it is immaculate. Very well lit on the inside. My only complaint is that the timers on the dryers are off by at least 2 or 3 minutes. If it takes more than 40 minutes to dry 5 bath towels that are not too thick theres a problem with the timer and possibly the Heat. It says 5 minutes for a quarter on the sign above the dryer, it shuts off before it should. And yes I timed it because I thought it was weird the last time I was in there and my towels didnt dry all the way. Other than that small problem the place isnt bad.

I hit the place at the right time there was only one person there. Soon after I got started the place filled up with people. I liked it. Its a clean laundromat and all of the machines work. Theres an attendant working, at least during the day. Im not sure how late they are open or if theres an attendant working all of the time. A+

This was my first visit to this laundromat,but it most definitely will not be my last. The attendant (Suzy) was welcoming, and offered to help in any way she could. I am disabled,and without her even knowing that I have MS,her offer,and kindness meant much more to me than she knows. This place was very clean..the washers,dryers and even the floors were taken care of in a way I didnt have a second thought about dirt or germs. Altoona needs more places like this,and more people like her!! I highly recommend it,and will be going back!!!

Friendly, helpful, people. Great machines, especially the high efficiency washers. Reasonable prices as well. I have been coming here for 15+ years and wouldnt willingly go anywhere else
