This Zales is a terrible place to shop, you are better off going to Jordan Creek and getting service there. I sent my ring in for a resize in the box and they lost the box, apparently they were not supposed to take it, but the lady working there did. When I asked for a new box they refused to give me a box and would not work with me about ordering a new box, they told me I would have to go to Jordan Creek and, maybe, they would help me.I also asked them to get me my diamond bond number so that I could get the scheduled maintenance and cleaning done and they told me that they can not provide that information for me. I spend a lot of money getting a total of three rings through Zales and I expected better customer service. When I finally got my diamond bond number from someone online I tried to get my cleaning and the number I was given was the wrong one.Absolutely disappointed in such a big company. The management at Zales Outlet is poor and deserves better.

NOT a fan of Zales. They sent mail to our house about engagement rings after my boyfriend had indicated that he lived with me. When telling the sales person this, she assured him that he would not get any promotional items or paperwork for the ring sent to the house, but that was not the case and I saw the mail from Zales. My boyfriend then called Zales to make sure this didn’t happen again and two weeks later I saw more mail from Zales. Finally, after talking with them one more time, it stopped. Fast forward 5 months, we drive to Zales to send my ring to the jeweler to get it sized up and soldered. I called beforehand to confirm the hours they’re open, but then we got there the doors were locked. Get it together Zales. We won’t be buying anything else from you.

Ring completely discolored and stone fell out in 3 months. Hours are incorrect online. All around terrible business.

I have spent 200 to 300 dollars on a Zales watches and they only last 3 or 4 months. And the Zales team is not much help, even the Zales managers isnt much help either. Im done spending money on their watches and jewelry. Im done doing business at all Zales.

I have been working with the Valley West location, but I thought I would put my message here as well because this is mostly a complaint with the company! The staff in the store at Valley West, as well as Zaless corporate customer service, have been very unhelpful! Ive been fighting with Zales since early May. A piece of my engagement ring snapped off after a year of me wearing it. We took it in to be replaced. We were told 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks, we called for a status update, and they had none. We called again the next week, no update. Another week after that, we finally got a call that it was in. 2 months later, I look at my ring and realize that 8 stones were missing from it after their repairs!!! The local store said they would put in a custom order for a new one and that it would take 4 weeks. I wanted to verify, so I got ahold of corporate, and was told custom orders take 2-3 months! That all happened in mid-August. It is now a month later, and I still havent managed to get anywhere with them! Terrible company! Do not buy anything from Zales! You are better off going to a local jeweler, and spending a little more!

They got 3 stars because they dont carry more then one size rings in store, and if I didnt the protection plan for 70$ it was going to cost almost as much just to size my ring. And if it broke after, I was out the money I paid.
