I can not say enough good things about this company. We had a basement fire that left our home with smoke damage. I was devastated when I was told most of everything had to go I loved the way my house was BUT Jim and Chuck went above and beyond and made our home better than it actually was before. They not only do amazing work but they actually care about their customers. They made sure even the smallest details were perfect, things I myself would never even have thought about.They turned a sad situation into something exciting. I always looked forward to stopping at the house to see what they had done. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted and then some ..... I highly recommend them to anyone! We will actually miss having them around !

Becky, Jeremy, Steve,Lorrayne, Jim and Chuck were so kind and helpful after water damage required me to get a new floor. I really enjoyed having them complete the work from their fast response to my emergency call to painting when the work was complete, I highly recommend them and plan to have them back to do some more work!

We had water damage from a second floor washer in our home. Steve, Becky, Jim, Chuck, Jimmy and Pat were wonderful to work with. Jim,Chuck and Pat were in our home doing the repairs. An appointment was made for 11 then the person called off which is understandable. What isnt is being told that Id have to reschedule because my location was taken down wrong. Also unacceptable to not call and tell me for whatever reason. Also unacceptable to not assess the damage properly and telling me to do it myself because there are other appointments you have to keep after showing up 2 hours late. I will be using a different company, Ill roll the dice elsewhere this is obviously a losing situation.

Very satisfied with the excellent service I received!

First off they sent a guy out to do the drywalling and he hung wrong size drywall on ceiling and argued with me about it being right size they had to send a whole different crew out to cut that out Ang replace and cause more of a headache for four more days and then they didn’t strength the carpet in bedrooms completly causing a bump in pad. And now they say work is completed but the ceiling u can still see the tape seam and the paint job looks like a third grader did it

We had a pipe leak 600 gallons of water from our bathroom through our dining room to the basement. From start to finish ServPro was AMAZING! I truly cannot give them enough praise for how nice of a job they did! Their motto is “like it never happened” but truly it looks better than before it happened! They were easy to work with and everyone was super nice and really took their time to make everything perfect! I will highly recommend them to everyone I know!!
