We had such a great experience with the Precision Comfort team! We initially contacted them at the end of the summer due to our AC unit not cooling our house appropriately and they came out right away. Brent was very thorough in his explanation of what our options were and I appreciate that he didnt try to up-sell us on anything that we didnt need based on our house size, cost savings, energy use, etc. We delayed replacing our AC unit until the spring when it started to warm up again and the turn around time for getting another look at our unit and an appointment scheduled for the replacement was incredibly fast. They were so professional, kind, and friendly and were right on time at 7am (and were wearing masks which we appreciated!). They left our house just as it was when they arrived and they worked very quickly, it only took about 2 1/2 hours total for a complete replacement of the AC unit! They also had very reasonable prices (better than the other quotes we looked into) and we really respected that the owner (Brent) was involved at every level between calling and scheduling, providing the quote, and doing the install. We will absolutely call them in the future for any additional needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance or replacement/install of their HVAC system! Thank you Brent!!

My furnace went out on a Friday night, they came out to give me a bid on Monday and replaced both units on Tuesday. The owner gave me the bid and was here to do the installation. I appreciate the owner doing the installation as he has a lot of experience and will be the one I call if something goes wrong. They only took 6 hours to do both installations - it was quick, clean, easy and well done. Highly recommend.

I called complaining of a broken air conditioner at 5:30pm, He walked me through the likely problems on the phone, having gone through all of those before 7:00 the repairman was at my house and the air conditioner was cranking cold air by 7:15 He was very polite and professional.

Precision came and fixed my heater New Years Day and did not charge me extra. Well above and beyond what I would expect. The company I bought the heater from would not even call me back. Precision will have all my business going forward.

I had an absolutely 5-star experience with Precision Comfort. Our air went out on Friday night. I researched, and reviews across multiple platforms were stellar for Precision.I called about 8 p.m., they answered right away, apologized for not having a repairman available right away, but set an appointment for between 10-noon on Saturday.The repairman, Brent, was there by 10:30, appropriately wearing a mask. He was swift to check every part of the AC set-up and quickly found our problem - a bad compressor - and repaired it. The whole thing took 20-minutes.Afterward, I found out that Precision is a local small business, and I was happy to have found our new, permanent, heating and air conditioning company.

Brent is awesome! He installed my furnace and air conditioner about 9 years ago and did a fantastic job! Last year, I needed to install a new thermostat and I was having some issues and I called Brent and even though he was swamped with work at the time, he took the time to walk me through the entire process over the phone, which was a huge blessing! Hes always polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Today, I had to call him because my furnace wasnt working properly and he quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone as a dirty sensor and he came and fixed it within less than 20 minutes. I recommend Brent and Precision comfort Heating and Cooling to everyone! Our AC went out late and I was able to get in touch with him in the evening to schedule an appointment first thing the next day. Gave me a short window unlike most places so I didn’t have to wait all day. Even gave me a quote that night because he assumed what it would be after I explained what was happening. He showed up at the beginning of the time he gave me and had it fixed within minutes. It was exactly what he thought and the price was exactly what he told me. Was very professional and easy to work with.

I called this morning because my furnace was acting up. Precision answered the phone and, after asking a couple of questions, walked me through the diagnostic lights and gave me a quick solution over the phone to save me the $$$ of a service call. Brent was here 20 minutes after I called. My AC had died on a 93 degree summer day. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and I was back up and running! Couldnt be happier and HIGHLY recommend!!

During the sale of our home, it was determined that a few items needed to be completed prior to our closing. I reached out to Brent at Precision Comfort Heating-Cooling and Im glad i did so. He was extremely knowledgeable, flexible with our closing date and the price was very fair. In the future, i will definitely be keeping their contract information handy.

I’ve found the best heating and cooling company and I’m so happy about it! It’s so hard to pick and know who to trust but I’m glad to know I will never have to make another decision for this! Brent came to fix my furnace because our heat kept clicking off and it is cold and I’m trying to keep and elderly person warm here. He came within the hour and was hospitable to us and our animals! I bought this house 10 months ago and although I didn’t say I don’t know anything about all this he walked me through and educated me on what he was doing and also a little about what I have and what’s good or not good for the house. Gentleman was very friendly, but absolutely nothing got solved. I literally still had the issue. Even after he came out for the second time and politely told me he wouldn’t be around the next couple of days and didn’t want anyone else working on the unit. Super disappointed and out $100. Money I could have put towards the next company I had to call.

Got a quote from all the big names around town, and decided to go with PC because our guy was the owner/operator and had the best combination of price and warranty. He was very open and honest about all brands. The owner is usually the guy installing/servicing your unit, so I think that makes a major difference. (And hes super nice and professional)He also later serviced a family members unit - and they had nothing but the best reviews as well.

This is probably one of the most honest and reliable teams Ive ever worked with. They keep it simple, dont try to sell you anything you dont need, and they take the time to educate you on everything throughout the entire process. When Schaal quoted us $13k to replace the entire system, Precision walked through and showed us that only the 30 year old AC was in need of attention and came in at a fraction of the cost. Ive honestly never met with any HVAC contractor who hasnt tried to up-sell in some fashion until I met Brent.These guys were recommended to us by both my sister and my parents and I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC assistance.Bonus points: Im pretty sure the basement was cleaner after they left and they were extremely flexible and responsive to scheduling.
