Had a new head unit and backup camera installed. Same day service with a very quick turnaround. I was originally scheduled to get a different unit installed but Adam showed me an in stock model that also included a back up camera for almost the same price. He also took time to come out to the car to show all the features and answer my questions. If you want to upgrade to a bluetooth touchscreen I highly recommend Custom Sounds & Tint!

The sound is exactly what I wanted and the price was better than I anticipated. Quality stereo equipment is expensive, but they got me into mine for a surprisingly good deal. Additionally, the guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. These cats prioritize high quality and customer service when theyre in the shop and thats exactly how it feels when youre there. I will be back to get all my future cars done here. I recommend anyone who needs the stuff they do to go here for it. Itll be the best you can get.

I cant sing enough praise for CST! Usually with any sort of business with 20 plus stores quality of service and customer satisfaction seem to suffer. Well not here! If you want you can call the owner of all 20 something stores the car audio God himself on his cell phone and he will do everything in his power to accommodate (with in reason) any requests or best pricing around period. Went to get my windows tinted. very pleased, excellent service, great quality tint, nice people, fast application, and best of all: one of the cheapest places around for professional tinting. highly recommend, Seth does a great job running the place.

We where taken care of well this time!! The guy took his time w/ my husband who knows his stuff but was looking for a certain starter (midrange) to get our boys car a something, something! We where pleased because it was not what my hubby would want for his car but perfect for our boy to learn how to treat subs and build up from!!

I would avoid this place like the plague. VON SOLD me a USED $150 wiring harness for radio. VON SAID NOTHIN ABOUT IT BEING USED. When I called on the phone he told me it would be $90. Turns out $150 is retail price for what VON knew was a used product. I did not find this out until I called to tell him it was defective. VON ADMITTED IT CAME OUT OF A CAR AND HE KNEW THAT. I already had it wired in to my radio and MY DASH completely ripped apart. He told me the only thing he could do is order me a Replacement 3 days later. Or I could drive 30 minutes away To Raid another stores kit that was brand new. THIS STORE IS USELESS! AND CLEARLY COSTLY AN UNHELPFUL! I WARN U AVOID THEIR USED BROKEN RESOLD PARTS!

Set up a 10am appointment 2 weeks ago. I left work to go drop off my vehicle and they were closed. Waited 20-30 more minutes and they werent even answering the phone. There were 4-5 other people in the parking lot waiting on them to open as well. Guess I will be taking my install elsewhere. If they cant wake up to open the doors, I dont want them touching my ride.

This is a solid company for audio work, vehicle tint, and remote starts. Ive used them for tint and remote start in my vehicles and had very minor problems, completly unrelated to the quality of their products. I feel like the problems that I had were directly related to them being under-staffed. They employees there are more than willing to help (and they know their stuff) but its as if their running uphill the whole time. Id give them 5 stars if this wasnt the case. If you want good products from knowledgeable people then by all means you should check this place out, BUT...dont be in too much of a hurry. It could take a while.

Tried to get Vehicles tinted here on two occasions(a year apart)with the exact same results. Made an appointment a week prior , but apparently they give everybody 10am appointments on Fridays. Long story short our vehicles sat untouched for 6 hours. This store need a manager or someone to improve their customer service. So I end up going to Cool Shades in St Peters Mo. long drive but customer service is top notch. Tried to spend money locally but their employees don’t care if u spend with them or not. Hopefully the owner of this establishment sees this.

Went into the store to get a system installed into my car spoke with nick. He was very professional and helped me with all the information I needed and got my car out in a timely manor. I highly recommend this place

The procedure they use for coating (wires & cords) is different from everyone else and second to none. Financing is super easy, or you can use the lay-away option, or pay cash. We took our car to the Alton location and it was TERRIBLE! We bought the Groupon for the remote start on my husbands car. First, we had to pay an additional $80 that I wasnt expecting because when I looked online, our car was not listed as one that would have the additional cost.Second, they told us to expect it to be gone all day. Okay, fine. They closed at 7 and my husband had yet to hear from them so he (who had to get a ride there) went to get it then sat there over TWO HOURS after they closed without anyone even acknowledging him about what was going on. It was almost 9:30pm before he left and the kicker was IT WASNT DONE!We then had to reschedule another time to take it back when we live over 30 minutes away. They said we were the next car up since the last incident and should be done in a few hours tops. They pulled the same thing again! They kept it until almost 9pm the second time before it was finished! We could not believe how ridiculous it was. The customer service and communication was terrible and clearly they didnt know what they were doing if it took that long. I know others that were going to try this Groupon and I told them to forget it. I will never recommend them or go back.

Arron was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire audio process from what would work best equipment wise to how the install was going to be done. He answered every question I could think of and was very attentive to what I was looking for in a sound system.

Set up an appointment. I was told that it would take about an hour. My car sat up there all day. No courtesy phone call to say were running behind or were unable to get you car in. Why set an appointment? I will never go back.

Had my silverado tinted yesterday Austin and John took care of me. Made me feel right at home. The cutter for the tint was down and I was waiting. So John took it upon himself to hand cut my tint so I didn’t have to wait for a tech to come fix it. Never had better customer service in my life. Would recommend them hands down.

These guys are phenomenal. 1.5 hours to install a whole sound system. The car is brand new so they had recommendations to keep certain aspects of my system and then add to it. Watch out for me. Vaughn and nick are t.h.e.b.e.s.tWhy ride around listening to garbage speakers be happy. !!!!!

We bought an alpine stereo and speakers and paid for them a week in advance. Scheduled the installation a week later due to their bookings. Showed up for the install and they didnt have the speakers that I paid for. I upgraded speakers and paid more to avoid a conflict. They only had one set. Called to see if car was finished and they gave me a song and dance about how they had to run all over to get parts like it was my fault. Finally finished my car 45 minutes after closing time. Said they would show us how to work the radio and didnt. While my wife and son sat in the waiting room the two employees were having a loud conversation involving the F bomb being every other word and then a phone call came in with someone who we think was a manager, on speaker phone, joined in the conversation with more F bombs. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Very unprofessional and will not recommend to anyone. The stereo sounds great but you can buy an Alpine anywhere.

My wife bought a radio, backup camera, alarm, and auto start. Well to begin with, the equipment is great with the exception of, I have difficulty getting some of my favorite local radio stations, they installed a cheesy model of backup camera (no lines) and have been there to get all the bugs worked out 3 times. They finally put the better camera that was the same cost. My biggest complaint is, my ignition switch is broken and they wont fix. Was just fine the day before. I guess Ill have to call the BBB, attorney general and there insurance company. I will retract all these negative comments once they make my $1500.00 purchase right.

The one star review is too much credit for this place. Dealing with this place was the worst experience EVER with any business, in any industry. Not only did I feel pressured into a purchase, but treated as if I were a fool and m6 presence at the establishment was an inconvenience for the employee. Then, once I made it home, I realized that there were all sorts of hidden fees on my receipt that were never discussed. I didnt have any service provided either, this was merely product purchasing for a total of ~$565 before taxes, but turned out to be a $815 bill due to all the hidden fees and ridicously priced warranties that I was never asked if I wanted. I had such a bad experience there, that I didnt even bother going back for the money that this place robbed me of; Id rather take the loss than to step anywhere near this business ever again.

Vaughn Lenoir was my sales person, and his customer service was on point. The job was done fast and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Custom Sounds if you need a new radio.

Bought remote start online from custom sounds website and got it for christmas. Made appiontment for 2 weeks later and was told $125 to install with door locks plus shop parts usually runs 20 to 40 I was told. Got there at 15 min early for 10am appointment. 10:20 a car rolls in with entire team in it which means they were late picking up crew. Told that the $125 plus small extras would be $209 because of a bypass I needed that cost $100. Now they never said anything about needing a bypass when making appointment but magically knew I needed it without even looking at my car. I asked for a refund and was told I they had a 14 day return policy. Even if I had the extra money to install the part if, they are so shady and unprofessional I feel like letting them touch my car is a bad idea.

I got a radio install wirh them last year and i have taken my car back 5 time gettibg it fix and the radio is still going out first they said the wire was touching why would they touch you install them then the next week the say its a fuse and bow after a week of ridibg my radio is out again i have not gotten to enjoy my radio and i spent all thus money and it gir ubstall at alton location

Loved it! I almost went elsewhere because of the single wordless review here on google. I had my Focal K2P components and Audison amp reworked and wired. Pioneer Premire HU. They relocated my crossovers from the doors and built a custom box to mount & display the Audison under a rear seat of my Avalanche, the seat flips for quick display and appreciation. Later I returned and they accessed the crossovers (now fastened in the fuse box LC and behind the glove compartment RC) to tame those screaming tweeters. A.J. the manager was as professional and knowledgable as could be expected and more than fair at the register; I have sound confidence in the tech (Gary) who out did himself, excellent work and to work with. I couldnt spell out all this shop did but they tore it down and made something better than ever. This will be my shop hands down. Five Stars! Cameron White
