Theyre moving to an online platform, but have always had everything you need for a great party!

The employees were very nice, pleasant and patient because we were indecisive of what balloon designs we wanted. They even went out their way to show us an example of how the balloons we wanted would look once put together. Its nice to go somewhere and receive great customer service along with awesome party balloons!

Havent been in a long time just because its out of the way. I still like it. Its an old fashioned party supply store. Love supporting small businesses.

My daughter is in kindergarten and they have a treasure box for the kids that do good at the end of the day and for a little over $5 she got enough little bitty toys for all the kids to get a toy for over thirty days, its a great place

Im new to the area and I had no idea where to go to get decorations for a bachelorette party. Everyone I talked to said that I needed to stop by Baxters and Im glad I did. The staff were extremely helpful and patient with me as I fumbled through the store for a couple of hours trying to make decisions. This place is huge and there is so much stuff. They have it well-organized, it only took me hours to pick things out because Im indecisive.The prices were reasonable and I was very impressed with the variety of options for decorations, costumes, and things that you didnt even know that you needed for your party.I would definitely recommend Baxters, and I will definitely be back.

Worse customer service ever. Which is sad bcuz it wasnt always that way. The older lady that sit at the counter is not customer friendly at all.

Love coming here and checking out the new items and getting my old ones as well like my st.pattys day popcorn everyone is so nice to help out and thanks for asking for my I.D seens my debit card was not signed no one does this much any more so thats why people get away with useing the stolen cards
