Have bought all my large jewelry pieces from them.Always friendly.Great about checking my jewelry for inspections.Not pushy when it comes to trying to sell something.Have strict rules on who can pick up pieces, which I like knowing someone cant just come in and pick up my beloved piece.

Aubrey made my experience beyond anything I could’ve asked for. She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and her expertise came in so handy. I will go out of my way to visit this Kay Jewelers again, because I had such a fantastic experience. I can’t wait to come back!

My husband bought me a bracelet in December he paid around 400.00 I wore the bracelet like 15 times it broke they refused to fix or replace manager that was on duty said to much wear . Bad business

I ordered an opal ring from the store early February. The employee who helped me was very pleasant. The ring I got for my fiancée needed to be resized, so when I purchased the ring I asked if the price included the resize amount and the employee stated yes. I came in February 23rd 2021 and the manager said I had to pay an additional 50 for it to be resized, which I had already been under the assumption that I had paid. She said her employee made a mistake apparently and argued the whole time. Was very rude and didn’t pay much attention to me as she was training a new employee, while arguing with me. ( a customer) which looked pretty bad when you’re a manager and an employee is in spending good money. I’ve shopped at Kay’s before for my fiancée and I will not be coming back after I get my ring

Aubrey is the store manager and does not run the store well under pressure. The staff shared how orders at the alton location are always getting lost. They without my consent sent the jewelry to my home address with out a required signature....for jewelry. She also lied about the situation and stated that the order was at the store and they sent it out by ups but some how it got to my home by 1045 am the same day. She also refused to talk to me because I put the name as the person that may have had to pick them up. But my name is on the debt card and the address to the home. She just wants to fight her way right so that she doesnt look bad. And she will tell you what ever you want to hear to keep you happy.

This is at least a true jewelry store with quality merchandise, people who work at Kay Jewelers are professional and helpful and for reasonable cost as well. I am very happy that they are in Alton and hope they will stay for years to come. Now when it comes to credit it does take a person working on their credit for a while to get a card. I have no bad credit and it wont matter until I have longer time for credit history and I found out that at this time that my credit cards need to be paid down so that the income to debt ratio is in balance also have no other inquiries so I also found out that most companies want a person to have comparable credit for what they want, now a wise idea is to have a savings account and checking at the same time with money saved up for some time. That is how a person gets credit card account. I for one am going to buy a home so in a few years of payments will reflect on my credit report and it will give me the item I want by doing so.

Everyone there is awesome. They went above and beyond to get me the bridal set I wanted. They worked hard for 6 weeks to get it. Just picked it up. Its so beautiful.

My husband bought me a pair of earrings and a ring for Valentines Day. They wouldnt fasten right so I took them up there yesterday. I was told the warranty he bought with them only covers loss of stones. I think thats BS!!!! He paid over 200 dollars for that damn warrantee.I was told they could send them out for an estimate to fix them. I guarantee we will not go there to purchase any more jewelry and we have spent over 2000 dollars in the last year.

We have made purchases at Kays before and returned because of knowledgeable sales personnel, great service, as well as great pricing. We traded in a purchase we had made 15 years earlier and we were very satisfied with the value towards the trade up we received
