I went to get a pre inspection on a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country I was considering buying from Mungenast Toyota. Steve took the car in promptly as promised. He was professional and kind. He ended up finding a leaky transmission seal and leaky Struts. He gave me an estimate of the cost which I then took to the dealership to negotiate pricing. He had a few customers come in at the time and he seemed very personable. I didn’t have anything fixed but if I did have any issues with my vehicle I would trust him to work on it.

I didnt end up having him work on my vehicle, but he did provide feedback regarding my issue. I was able to fix my issue for $30 myself instead of spending hundreds. I would pay to have my vehicle worked on here for anything that is beyond my ability based on Steves integrity alone.

Steve has helped me out many times and finds ways to cut costs for me when he can. Always does quality work and he stands behind it.

Steve was wonderful to us! We got an estimate from Mineke for almost $700 for a brake job. Mike assured us we wouldnt spend that much and when all was said and done, we walked away spending 1/3 of the original quoted cost. Honest, great work, in a timely manner. I had gotten an estimate for brakes that was over $900 from another garage that we had been very satisfied with until they recently merged with another company. My husband said it should only need front brakes. I took it to Steve and he agreed that it only needed front brakes. I was out the door for $200.36!!! We will be back!!!!!
