When they show up their techs seem to do a good job. They will skip weeks without notice and I had to reach out to rebook so the pool service was never regular. On more than one occasion my pool went green under their care. The last time I inquired about when we would receive the service that we had been billed for I was informed that our account was being dropped. They seem to know how to service pools but just can’t manage a business. Would not recommend.

Honest, ethical, and they provide quality service. RJ leaves my pool looking great every time he comes by and I’ve never had issues with his service. Even when dealing with taking over the previous company’s account for me, and the mess they left, he worked hard to ensure there was not a drop in any services and actually exceeded our expectations by showing that he’s an expert in the field. I own several properties and of them, I have a few pools that need service. I started using RJ Pool Maintenance back in September 2019. I ended it in November 2019. He skipped a week without telling me. Apparently he does not do pool service during Thanksgiving week. When I contacted him about it, he indicated that he doesnt do pool service Christmas week as well. Pool service is very important and needs to be done every week. In case of any issues that could happen. The biggest one being a pool that has no chlorine. Two weeks is just way too long.So just decided to let him go and use another pool service company instead. Unfortunately the replacement company I used (Orlando Pool Tech) were really bad. Review was done. Now I did check the pools just to see how is RJs quality of work was. I found all of the pools to be in balance. So his service was good on the weeks he showed up. Which are all of them with exception to Thanksgiving week.So after using the other pool service company and finding out how bad they were, I contacted RJ to see if he would be interested in doing my pools again. He said yes and he started doing the pools February 2020. So in March I decided to check his quality of service. I found the one of the pools was way out of balance and another pool had absolutely no chlorine. I contacted RJ regarding his service, he just ignored me. When I finally caught up with him, he told me that he didnt like me stepping on his toes. So I had to let him go. I finished off the month of March on my own.Not sure with what all had happened with RJ, but his quality of service was not the same as before and developed an attitude. I probably shouldnt have hired him back after letting him go. Maybe he had ill feelings about it. I will not be using him anymore.

RJ has been servicing my pool for over a year now and has been great! He’s easy to reach if you have any questions or special timing request - like before a pool party! I recommend you give him a try!
