Really enjoyed dealing with this store. I got a lot of good information on the phone from Corey. When we went in Dave helped us and he was awesome. I am not really familiar with pianos and he took a lot of time showing me different options and explaining about them. They delivered the piano quickly and we love it. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. I feel the pricing was very fair. Would definitely recommend.

I’m very pleased with my second time around purchasing a piano from Steinway gallery of Orlando. Kawai NV 5 is truly an amazing modern day hybrid piano.

I started my piano lessons on my iPhone and liked it so much that I bought a small but sufficient electric piano for beginners who dont know if they are going to stick with the lessons. I found myself liking the piano more and more, to the point that I decided, out of curiosity more than anything else, to view the pianos at Steinway Piano Galleries. Luckily for me, the day I walked in, Mark was available to show me around. Mark patiently gave me a tour of the different pianos available, new and used, and I fell in love with the sound generated by a 94 year old Steinway baby grand model M that was in excellent condition. I ended up buying the piano and had a player installed to further enjoy the deep rich sound the piano exhibited. While installing the player at the shop, the tech noticed some light scratches on the lid and without addressing it with me, the steinway gallery authorized the entire lid be refinished at no additional cost to me. Consequently, I highly recommend Steinway Piano Galleries for their patience, knowledge, their inventory, and their commitment to customer satisfaction. If you stop by, ask for Mark Matthews. Even after the sale, Mark continues to enthusiastically help me with everything from tuning the piano to identifying a good piano teacher, which Im sure I will need in the near future.

Mark, the guy I talked to was very kind and patient. I was looking for one particular model, but he was informative and helped me choose a better model for what I was looking for (A Kawai CN39 over a Yamaha CLP-735 if you’re curious). Mark also helped load the piano into my truck and supplied moving blankets. Overall very good help he was and I’m happy with my piano.

I have been doing research on a Roland keyboard since Christmas, and the one I wanted was on backorder due to COVID-19. He was able to secure a great price and ship it the next day, at a very reasonable cost. We could not be happier! I walked in because I was at a furniture store next door. I wasnt planning on purchasing a piano but I did. I purchased a Kawai stand up digital piano CA-79. Once I played it, it felt right. It had a sale price but I decided to research. I called various stores and looked on line. Kawai has a dealer network and they dont sell under the listed price. I found Kawai was offering a new interest free loan and was able to get the same deal with this store. It may have been for a limited time. The staff looked into it and was very responsive. They were easy to work with. The delivery was the next day after signing the contract. They set up everything. I would encourage anyone to visit and talk to them about what you want but do your own research too!
