Came in a bit early for my appt @1pm they still kindly welcomed me and had me pick from there multiple selections of gel nail polish. Even though my wait was about 10-12 mins I didn’t mind the staff was so welcoming it felt like home !💕👍🏼 I believe my nail technician name was Tina or tia I’m not quite sure. But she did an AMAZING job on my nails. This place has won my loyalty !!

I love them at majestic nails. They do everything possible to make a customer happy and never have a bad attitude. The owner knows colors by looking on a phone and always perfectly matched. Highly recommended

Helen gives a great pedicure. She is also patient. I had trouble choosing a color and she painted each nail a different color until I found one I loved.

Ok so starting off me and my mom went here today and got our nails done. I asked for black and gold nails. I didn’t really like how they turned out so I asked if she could give me a different color. After giving me a different color my nails looked like a child did them and not a professional. They look like playdoh. Unprofessional and also hurt like hell. My nails were red and one was bleeding and they still hurt. Service was ok they were nice but seemed like they were in a rush. My nails look like a mess and my mom doesnt like hers either she says there not the same color she wanted. Our pedicure was fine on the other hand...We wasted 250 dollars for our nails to look unprofessional.

This place was always clean before COVID and now is even better! They are always cleaning, disinfecting and following social distancing and recommended guidelines. Everyone took COVID certifications which are displayed at the lobby. Their services are great and it just feels amazingly safe.

Came in with almond shape from another salon, asked for the same shape. I left with round nails and tiny burning paperlike cuts on every single one of my fingers from filing away at my skin. Still trying to find a hygienic and decent salon.

Walked in with one person who was behind me, the gentleman at the front addressed her, took her temperature & directed her to wash her hands first, when I walked into the establishment first. He then stated that they could not service me that day, didn’t give an option of scheduling an appointment the next day or anything. Literally said “we can’t do it” and that was it. I’ve been to this nail salon many times in the past, this place is my go to nail salon, but after today’s treatment I will not visit this establishment any longer.

They left them very thin, some were shorter than others, the dip was very thick on some nails, two different people made my nails and that was the result, very expensive for the bad work.

Love this place always great customer service. I love their messages and they always very detail with their manicure and pedicure.

I have hopped around a few nail places in the Altamonte area and this one by far is my favorite. I always get dip and I never leave disappointed. Sometimes there will be one lady that preps my nails and then another that finishes but I think its great that they help each other out. Ive never felt like they rushed anything and they are always so friendly. They always take the time to make sure I like the length and shape. I was very impressed by their set up due to Covid-19. They took my temp at the door, had me fill out a short form and asked me to wash my hands. I saw them spray and wipe down chairs, the plastic dividers and the color sample palettes. Every other pedicure chair was being used. I believe now you have to make an appointment but sometimes they can still squeeze you in. Masks are required and if you arrive early or if they cant get to you right away, they may have you wait in the car.

Nice but very costly. They do a good job though. Take temp checks at door and keep everything clean. Eyebrows on fleek.

I love coming here to get pedicures! I am not from Orlando and only come to town every once in a while, but I found Majestic accidentally and now I make it a point to come here whenever I am nearby. They have nice massage chairs, an AMAZING selection of colors (I specifically like how they have every color in regular, gel, AND dip so you can exactly match your hands and feet if you want to), and take great care of you. I love doing the Shanghai pedicure, it’s a great value and feels so nice. My favorite part is the 10 minute massage — I have had Lana both times I have been here and she is INCREDIBLE. I literally have to put my phone down and relax when we get to that part because it feels so nice! I haven’t tried them for manicures, so I can’t comment on anything there (though their special manicures look so cool!) but I HIGHLY recommend Majestic (and Lana) for their pedicures! :)

I love this place. They always try to squeeze you in if you are a regular. Some ladies are better than others but for the most part they all do a pretty good job.

My wife needed to replace a broken nail at 6pm. While most salons are about to close we decided to stop here for a quick visit. Due to the affordable prices my wife decided to replace all of her nails and get her eyebrows arched. At the end of this visit she was very happy. The prices was very affordable. My wife normally pays around $45 for the same service. She only paid $33 at this location. The quality of work was better than salons that charge much more. She is excited to return.

I’ve been coming here for years. Then the place got sold and it was remodeled which I was very happy about. I liked the prices and the great service but today the service was so weird. I started with a lady, then all of a sudden got moved to another guy who finished my nails. What was weird was that the lady then got on her phone because there were no other customers. Why didn’t she finish my nails? And then the guy took FOREVER to do my nails. I spent over 1 1/2 hours for a simple change of nail polish. The worse part was that just as I was about to pay, the guy tells me to return to the seat because he didn’t put lotion after I told him I didn’t want lotion! And then gave me a massage. When I went to pay, the guy said it was $35, I’ve always paid $30 because now they give you a massage?? What?! So sad I’m going to have to find another place to go. I spend hundreds of dollars a year at this location, but today’s service was just too odd.

My step daughter and I had great pedicures here. Very thorough and relaxing. We enjoyed the atmosphere except for the horrible elevator music that was on loop. Some kind of new age spa music or even top 40 radio would have been a much better option.

Love the atmosphere and employees. Tina did an amazing job with my nails, I will not be going to anyone else. Respectable and fair with prices. #1 salon around!

Last visit about a week ago and wanted to share....Spa atmosphere and experience, regardless of the service received! The Staff is very Professional, rates are reasonable and consistent, wait time is very brief. I found this location while getting Pizza next door and what a Gem! Im a New and Repeat customer!! Received different services from the entire Staff and very impressed! Complimentary Wine would top off the Relaxing service for sure!! Love, Love, Love!

I moved here a little over a year ago and I kept going to different places until I found one I loved. This is it. I love the quality of nails and service I receive and I try to recommend every time I can. The lady at seat #1 is so knowledgeable and good at her job. She is the reason I keep returning! They also have a lady who is veryyyyyy good at ingrown toe nails!!!

I was looking for an affordable nail salon and Majestic Nails was just right for my budget. The nail techs are friendly, professional and very skilled. Anna has done my pedicure several times and she’s as pleasant as ever. I highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for affordable prices and a convenient location in the Altamonte Springs area.

I found this place online and went for the first one today. I got a fill with gel paint. I have a 4 because she could not find the first color I had picked so I had to choose again. However I think that my nails look better than when I originally got them done. She took her time and was very meticulous. I wanted my nails to look real and so I wanted them rounded. The woman also told me that if for any reason my nails chip or break in the next week to come back and she will fix them plus do them for free next time. They care a lot about what their customers want and think and I like that. I will be going back. On top of great customer service the place was very clean.

I just came from this place and the lady I went to did my nails completely wrong. I asked for long nails that were blue and purple. She gave me short nails that are blue and red. And due to my anxiety I dont like to say anything. It was very relaxing, but now my friend paid $70 on het and I and I despise my nails

I used to love coming here. No matter how busy they were always willing to get me in. Well the last four times Ive tried going thru turned me away telling me they cant take me. Its amazingly sad that they dont treat me like their regulrer. Ive been going here for almost two years now, and it doesnt feel like the relaxing place I used to go to. Needless to say I will be finding a new salon.

I went in last week Tuesday and got a regular manicure and pedicure. The next day my manicure was chipped. The majority of the nails were all chipped and had to be redone. I went in on Thursday to see if they could re do the nails. They stated they had to charge me $8 if I wanted them to fix it. I walked out and I am never going back there if that is the kind of service I received. I understand that I didn’t get gel but regular polish should last AT LEAST 3 days. They should have re done the nails for free. To ask me to re pay what i originally paid Is embarrassing.

I would like to say since moving from New York, Majestic Nails treated me like Family! Very good hospitality and Heart loving. They always make sure your nails/feet and 100% before walking out the door! Best place in Maitland

Hands down, the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon in my life. Majestic nails is close to work so I figured why not. Ill tell you exactly why not.1) Literally the most unprofessional staff/ owner of any establishment Ive ever visited! The manicurist had her daughter on speaker-phone the entire time she was doing my nails. They proceeded to have an argument over the phone upon which another daughter interjected- very uncomfortable. Later, the manicurist literally turned her swivel chair and did her daughters nails while I was sitting there while the phone is still on my station on speaker-phone.2) Rude! I understand a language barrier and lord knows that I would have issues in another country, but to be down right rude to a paying customer is absolutely unacceptable. I have fairly short nails and I was going in for a gel manicure, something that Ive been doing for quite some time. I have never felt like such an inconvenience to someone for having short nails. Apparently, I was preventing her from being able to do her job and she didnt shy away from letting me forget it as she brought it up several times.3) Unhygienic! No tools were cleaned or sanitized upon my arrival. Though its hard to find a place around here that takes leaps and bounds toward cleanliness, this was ridiculous. The absolute last straw was when the manicurist took rubbing alcohol from an old pill bottle. Im by no means a snob, but thats absolute absurd and disgusting.4) Crap Job! Everything else would have been alright if the nails actually looked good. I certainly wouldnt return but oh well, at least my nails are painted and good for a few weeks. Nope - they look terrible and I even questioned one of the nails as there is clearly cotton strands within the paint, to which her reply was your nails are too short.Dont go here! Save yourself money, time (because it took about 1.5 hours) and the possible trip to the hospital.

I simply went in for a polish change on my toes... and Lena took her time to make sure the health of my nails were in tack. She didnt have to but that is what GREAT service looks. I will definitely be back 💕💕

If i could put less than a one star i would. My family andi have gone there’s multiple times since they opened but today was terrible my sister went to get a full set. The technician kept filling them shorter because she kept messing up. On top of that everytime she kept saying something about the nails, there was a lady that would kee rolling her eyes and speak another language eith the other technichians working there and laugh at her. After 2 1/2 hrs they finally finished and they look terrible with bumps everywhere. Not only that when she tried saying how unhappy they looked they got mad raised their voices at her and made her pay without fising or trying to fix. DONT COME HERE!

I got a simple gel manicure and it was not up to par at all. Then I got it fixed before I left by a different tech and it was an improvement but still not what it should be. Wont be coming back unfortunately.

I will never come back to this establishment. They didnt have any paraffin and he didnt understand what we where telling him. He seemed confused and bewildered at times. I wish I got his name but I ran out so fast I didnt even ask. I went there when they first opened up and thought it would be better. Boy was I wrong. Im not ever returning

I walked in a little late and they took me anyway, staying after they were closed. I got a pedicure and the new gel dip manicure and it was great! Recommend for a quick walk- in!

Got my nails done with dipping powder and 3 days later, right in the middle of my vacation, one fell off and I didnt even noticed... It took 7 days to all my nails to come off. Not happy at all. The pedicures, not recommended either. Literally left the place, and once I got home, I had to moisturize my feet....I took a little girl with me, and they did a good job on her little nails and the lady treated her super super nice. Im giving 2 stars because of the way they treated my little girl, and the place looks beautiful and clean.

I always enjoy my time up there. I just left there... beautiful nails, (just the wrong nail polish!)! My bad. Ill have to look and ask for some help!

Let me start by saying at one point I actually enjoyed my other visits. Ive had 1 other negative experience which was corrected once I went in and spoke with management but, my experience yesterday did it for me and I will not be returning. I got a polish change on my feet along with a fill and 3 nail repairs on my hands. My total was $65 now mind you when I usually get allllll the bells and whistles (pedi, full set w/ gel) my bill is around that price. When I asked for a breakdown I was told not only was I charged for removing the gel color from my toes (which is fine, never was charged for that at ANY OTHER salon but ok...PER FOOT might I add) but I was also charged PER HAND for changing the shape of my nails! I HAVE NEVERRRRRRRRR BEEN TO A NAIL SALON THAT CHARGES YOU FOR CHANGING THE SHAPE OF YOUR NAIL (which I had longer nails wanted them shorter). The lady who did my feet and the 2nd part of my nails (yes she started my nails but the owner took over because she KEPT HURTING MY FINGERS with her equipment and she honestly had no idea what an Almond nail shape was). This was by far the worst service ever!!! I was there for OVER TWO AND A HALF HOURS FOR A POLISH CHANGE AND FILL...not to mention that they were ALMOST EMPTY. My nails were painted horribly, its lumpy and bumpy and LATER ON LAST NIGHT THE MATTE POLISH CRACKED AND CHIPPED!!! MY TOES ARE SMUDGED WHICH I CANT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THEY WERE DRY BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED ON MY NAILS. I can honestly say I will never return to Majestic Nails again and Im so upset that I spent money on such horrible, unattractive nails.

I had made an appointment about almost a week ago for 11:30 for my daughter and I, my daughter was only getting a fill and I was getting a fill and pedicure. We had both startet at the same time my daughter was alreadyalready done at 12:14 and they had not even started my on me. I had an appointment and they were taking walk-ins that had come after and before me and was halfway done before I started. We made the appointment with one of the managers and she had also made my daughter bleed 2xs after she had already said something. I do not reccomend to come here anymore unless you have an entire day to wait. I think the service was unfair and ridiculous. Not even with the wait either. There are too many other nail salons to choose from to settle for this place. I wish I could put negative stars!

I have never seen a more incompetent group at a nail salon.... I came in to do a full pedicure and manicure with gel and quickly realized I needed to get my nails done somewhere else... my pedicure was just got water and a polish....

I hate giving them a bad review because everyone in there was incredibly friendly, but this is the worst manicure Ive ever paid money for. I got an SNS powder manicure. My nails looked great right after they were done, but within 3 days, the tops of them started chipping off from the centers of my nails, leaving a cloudy residue underneath. I tried to cover them with a new top coat to protect what was left and add shine, but it didnt help at all. Its like the nails were chipping from underneath. They look absolutely terrible. Its been just over 1 week and the SNS completely peeled off of one of my nails today. They are the cheapest around, but I guess you get what you pay for. I will not be going back.

Got a shellac manicure- was only $20 including removing my old shellac. Didn’t come with a massage though. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a pampered experience- place is dirty, technician was on personal calls whole time, didn’t offer me a beverage, etc. I asked her to cut my nails and she would only file them, they’re much longer than I normally like. HOWEVER, not gonna lie my nails look AMAZING. She gets the polish all the way to the cuticle instead of it looking grown out before you even leave. Would only come back if I was tight on money.

Awful. I didnt have to wait but I was overcharged. She charged me $20 for a basic fill no gel no French no pink white.. She got my shape wrong. I asked for a pointed look knowing my nails werent long enough for a steep point but do the ends. She attempted a steep point anyway and ended up literally filing away at my finger tip skin then blaming me that my nails werent long enough.They were not done consistently some are off in different directions. Its an abomination. I paid the outrageous fee and even left a $1 tip which she was lucky to get. After that I was passed off to a younger tech who was nice and offered to help but I needed to go back to work and I didnt want her to do more damage.The whole experience was painful she shaved away at my skin and filed too far down on the top. Ive been here twice the first time I was iffy but one of the workers begged me to return that theyre low on customers. SURPRISE.Theres a place near my house that is $14 hes quick and efficient, the place is clean, and it doesnt HURT.Never again.

Ive avoided posting because I wanted nothing else to do with this place but I cant avoid it anymore seeing how my nails are damaged. I visited two months ago and an older lady worked on my gel Mani/pedi. She was rough, my fingers were bleeding and I was in pain the entire time. I type at my job and couldnt for the first two days after having my nails done because I was so sore. I just wanted it to be over so I let her do her thing. I tried telling her it hurt but she didnt listen. Fast forward to now and my nails are brittle as hell. They wont grow without breaking. My whole big toe nail has come off. Its seriously been a nightmare since my visit. Idk if this is normal but beware.

I dont go anywhere else!!! Love them

Had my nails done here, pink and whites and let me tell you.. the service tech had no idea what he was doing. I had to literally file and fix my nails myself after I got home. The charged extra for the clear gel coating where anywhere else it was included and made me pay for a service I didnt ask for. Their solution was to give me ten percent off on my next service. By far the worst place to go ever. I will never go back and would never recommend them to anyone.
