Had two scheduled appointments for 2 teenagers to receive manicures to celebrate birthday. They were spaced out ( COVID , I am sure ) and I asked if could sit by each other or at least on same row , spaced out if needed . . ( only one customer in this large nail place ). Didn’t even try to accommodate , just said “well they can see each other “. Only one of the girls could look at the other girls head from behind . No effort at all. Dissappointed , , will not be back. No effort fir the paying customer . .

Peter is the BEST!!! He is more than willing to try any of my craziness! He is always kind and gentle! I would recommend him and his wonderful coworkers to anyone!! Thank you, Peter! See you in a few weeks ❤

I cant say enough about this nail salon. My nail tech also happens to be the owner, Peter. I have been going to Peter for so many years Ive lost count! I recently had my nails done there and they have taken all the steps necessary for the safety of their customers as far as COVID is concerned so I never feel uncomfortable. Aside from that the salon is nice and its clean. There are many choices of nail polish. Their prices are reasonable. The location is perfect for me. I once told Peter that if he ever moved to a location far away from me that I would follow him because he does the best job. Hes a perfectionist and that makes it easier to relax when Im there because I dont have to watch everything he does. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great salon or a new tech!!

This was my first visit to Dainty Nails & Spa. Nail tech, Lina, did an amazing nail dip and pedicure. She took her time to perfect the shape of the nails and color fillment. The nail dip on my natural nails and pedicure cost $60, which is reasonable. The only thing I noticed that she does not do is clear the skin from dead skin around the nail.

Not only did I not get a foot rub AGAIN (Im sorry, lightly brushing your fingers between my toes to spread out the scrub that reeks of pine-sol is NOT a foot massage.. Also they never rubbed my feet last time I care here when I was pregnant either), but I LOVE having pointy toenail corners, mis-shapen toe nails, and a lazy polish job. I would have understood if they said Hey Im training but I asked before she started the polish if she was going to rub my feet, and she said I did. You want more? and I just said nevermind. Im not paying for add-ons to my polish change that should have been included in the pedicure I paid for.

Great nail salon! The first time I went there I got THE BEST foot massage Ive ever had. They always do a phenomenal job on my toes. I will continue to go there and recommend this place to others!

I love this place. I was referred by a friend because I wasn’t happy with every other nail salon I’ve tried so I was on the hunt for a place that had excellent customer service and did great work. Well I have found my spot ! Peter took his time and made sure I was happy. I was super comfortable. They’re very welcoming. I absolutely enjoyed my experience from start to finish and my nails look amazing. The best In fact ! Also, the young lady that did my eyebrows was very thorough and she made sure to include me in every step to make sure it’s what I wanted. I will be returning !!!! I visited in November 2020 and this was my second visit. They are friendly and clean. I think the massage chair wasnt working right this second visit, but the tech (Amy) did a wonderful job on my pedi. I look forward to my next visit!

This place used to be where I would go all the time. Today I came in there and I got this girl, and she is very quiet doesn’t talk at all. I always get a full set of acrylic two tone, and she did a horrible job each time I got her. Which is probably like 3 times,I gave her a chance like maybe she was having a bad day but nope. She still did bad for how much I paid for them. This time I decided to go with a one tone acrylic full set of nails they were are uneven, bubbling, and just they are terrible. She was really rude to another customer behind their back to were I would hear it. This place is gonna lose their service because of her, because she doesn’t do a good job at all it literally took her almost 2 hours to do my nails which normally it takes an hour. The other nail techs are good, she just needs to go.

My two daughters and I come here about once a month or so for pedicures and gel manicures. Prices are great compared to others in the area. They are very clean which is always the most important factor. They always do an excellent job. This is the only place we will go for nail services.

Im not one that is picky about my nails at all. Not a complainer. This place was clean. I asked for square with rounded edges and my nails are completely oval, I dont like that on me. And some of the acrylic was put on so thick and not filed off. A few of my nails look thick, and lopsided. I also felt I was overcharged. Most likely will not be back, unless I have a different nail tech

Ive been here 3 different times and paid 3 different prices for the same services. The $35 pedicure is amazing but you never know what youll pay for your nails until theyre done. One time its $22, next its $27 and then this (and definitely MY) last time, $36- all for a basic full set with regular nail polish- ridiculous!

Pretty bad pedicure. He barely clipped cuticles and dead skin during the pedicure. Had kind of a bad attitude, seemed depressed..Not welcoming at all. I heard the nail tech lady ask her customer is she wanted water or anything, mine didnt.. guess it depends on the tech...But I strongly believe men SHOULD NOT be doing this sort of work!!! This is a catering businesss and Women (by nature) cater better!!Felt like he just wanted me to pay and get out. Didnt even bring me over to dry my pedicure, I had to ask myself !ugh! TRUTH

This is my go-to nail salon. It has such a serene atmosphere. The nail technicians are all awesome and I leave happy every time. But, like many other nail salons, they always try to get you to add on more services. It can get quite annoying.

The nail techs were very greedy and rude. I stopped going there because of the poor attitude. I told a nail tech that I left my money in my car and she followed me all the way to my car and I had been coming there over a year. Thats a lack of trust and being greedy. I will never return there. Besides, my friend heard how a nail tech talked to me and was so upset that I stayed there. He said I should have left. Im learning if a business does not appreciate your dollar, then why continue going there. So, I never returned.

I felt completely rushed!! Wasn’t even that busy! The lady doing my nails wearing a Tommy Hilfiger shirt cut my cuticle to the point where I was BLEEDING not once.. but TWICE !! Acting like it’s not a big deal and just blotting it with a cotton ball! My friends and I are loyal customers here and will never come back!!

Clean place, very friendly, well staffed, my nail tech was probably one of the sweetest ladies Ive met. she seemed like she really cared my nails came out perfect and fixed any little mess ups i had. Definitely coming back!

I never had a problem before until the last girl who did my nails. She was doing my pedi and made me bleed!!! I was so angry. I top of that she did not take precautions in cleaning her equipment with blood all over it. She through everything back in her basket. Never will go back again

No nail art here. They also dont do pink & white. I got a full set stilleto nail short and pedicure. My pedi was awesome. I did not like my finger nails. The acrylic was bulky and uneven. And what kind of salon had no nail art supplies? They kept pushing gel but dont even do nail art.However customer service was not bad and I enjoyed my pedicure. But if you value quality work I would not go here.

My first experience getting the ombré design. I love the way they came out & I loved my first experience at this salon. Peter made the 20 minute trip from Apopka worth it & he made it so much fun. I will definitely be going back. Make sure you make an appointment with Peter!! ✨😊✨

For a Gel Powder Fill-In, theyre the best in the area! I travel from Winter Park just to get my nails done here and one would think there would be a decent nail salon in Winter Park but I havent found it. The only complaints I have about this place is how they push the gel polish on you. When youre a college student like me and like to keep your nails maintained, you try to do so on a budget. So when gel polish is an extra $20, sometimes you have to go with regular even though the gel holds up better. When you say you want regular polish, they pressure you to get gel color, which I understand they want to make money but in the service industry they should respect a customers wishes. Then they go talk about you in a foreign language like you dont know whats up. With that said, every time I do regular polish they overcharge me. Ive mentioned the price discrepancy on several occasions but they look at me like I dont know what Im talking about. The main reason I kept coming back was due to the reasonable pricing to get a gel fill-in ($18). Im a regular here so when they overcharge I know. And sometimes I get Gel polish which is ($38) and theyre more than happy about that. Ive been coming here for almost a year, yesterday I got a Gel fill with regular polish and they charged me $28. This isnt the first time and because of this overcharging bit, I may not be back.

Rude, RUDE, RUDE. I tried to conversate with staff n response was plain rude then staff seemed so annoyed to be spoken to n annoyingly put her ear plug back in. That is the last straw. I got nail fungus here before, i been pushed a side for a walk in with scrubs on, my 12yr old daughter paid the same as i did but did not receive the same service. They talk to each other in there language way too much n that is rude, RUDE. If you go watch the difference n how you are treated. Not worth the money, AT ALL.

My mother and law visited today and got a mani-pedi. The massage chairs are AMAZING and the pedicure overall was great! The manicure wasnt bad or anything special. Just a run of the mill mani experience. The hand massage during the mani was basically non existant which was the only problem with the mani really. The only reasons Im giving a 3 star review is 1. They tried charging my mother in law 5 dollars more than me even though there was no difference in the services we received. After sharing that with the guy at the front he went back and forth with the tech just to decide to give my mother in law the correct price. And 2. My nail polish spelled REALLY funky. When the tech opened it I thought someone had let one rip. I didnt realize it was the polish until I was in the bathroom and the smell had followed me.the polish isnt necessarily their fault but I just thought it was weird. The service was pretty good and the people were very friendly so idk why theres so many reviews saying otherwise.

Great quality , Kim is amazing . Asking me after every nail if I liked the shape and color . Going out her way until I was satisfied. Wait time was about 15 minutes,they were packed. But I wish they wouldve told me an out right 15 instead of 5 and than 10.

I did have to wait for a nail tech. but it was totally worth it! His name is Peter and he is a true artist at his profession!

Went for wedding mani/pedis. They were very accommodating to the whole wedding party and our nails looked amazing for the ceremony!

Theyve done my nails for years and I do love them but today I went in to get my eyebrows done with my sister before we head to Japan and they said someone would be with us shortly and they never came to assist us and we ended up leaving because we were starving and just couldnt wait any longer.

They did a great job but the only problem I had was if they had a referral program they should have honored it. Dont say you will take $5 off if you say someone referred you. My only problem with them, especially when they pretend they dont have one.

From what Im reading, it sounds like it depends on the tech. Nancy made my gel stay on for 2+ weeks (and Im constantly working with my hands) and Michelle did a phenomenal job with my SNS dip powder. I mean... look at my cuticles!

Me &’ my friend went to get our nails done; i was getting sns ombré nails for my bday as well as a pedicure &’ my friend was getting hot pink acrylics (square). my pedí was amazing but my sns nails were uneven. my left thumb nail is shorter then the other &’ these nails were $45... definitely not worth it. the worker who was doing my friends nail obligated her to pay before she painted her nails. the nail polish was ALL over her cuticles! &’ the shape of the nails were very bulky... did not look squared. we went to the manager, the manager said she would fix the nails but they still looked horrible. my friend wanted the worker to take her nails off &’ give her the money back... the manager refused. i would not recommend this place because of the very poor communication also the disrespect level is horrible. if your going to get a pedi w the only guy there (besides the manager) go for it but i would not recommend this place what so ever.

They do a really good job with acrylic. I didnt have time to come in for 3 weeks for a fill but it was ok because the edges of my acrylics hadnt lifted from my nail. I dont think any place has ever done such a good job.

High pressure sales and rude technicians , are what you will receive at this shop. The two techs I had sat there and spoke in their own language, while slapping my wrists or legs to be switched. Also, I had to clean my fingers with peroxide for two days after my manicure, they felt like an infection was setting in.

Came a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt. But never happy . Today was the worst my natural nails were long and pretty and the technician shaped them the way she wanted them. The techs here are rude and unprofessional. This is by far the worse nail place I’ve been in my life.

I am a little torn. Love the techs but I think it could be cleaner. The waxing table is dirty and I thknk the tools should be cleaned between each person and not all tools are. They are pushy with certain things but I just say no.i have been going so long I have come out with all different experience. I also usually wait a long time.

Poor communication and I asked the lady how was she doing twice and she replied what do you want done. Definitely happy I didn’t spend my money.

I come here twice a month and I love it! I have never had a problem with them overcharging me. You ASK how much something cost before you agree to it. Yes, they push mani/pedis and dip powder but you can always refuse. This is a BUSINESS and just like every other business it needs money to strive. They offer complimentary beverages and I LOVE that they wash their pedicure dishes in the front of shop so you know they arent being reused. This place is cleaner than most and I appreciate the fact that they engage in conversation with you during your visit. I recommend this place to anyone!

The worst pedicure I aver had!! Sweet girl and all but she hardly touch my cuticles and skin or cleaned my nails at all! And it’s expensive on top of that using creams and shut that who cares for— not coming back at all👎👎👎

Every time I went I got the same pedicure but I was given a different price to pay each time. I would point to the price board and ask for the $35 pedicure but when I went to pay it was 45, 55,60- different everytime. When Id argue, all of a sudden they dont speak English. Even worse- one time all the chairs were take so the tech had me sit in a chair with my foot on her chest when she painted my nails. Not going back there!

I love this place! I drive 20 mins to go there bc its the best Ive found around Orlando except a high end spa which is a completely different experience, but for my fills and pedi every week I go here. They are cheap,good and fast. If only they served wine!

Absolutely AWFUL!!! From the moment I walked in I didnt feel welcome. Communication is obsolete and even when she asked the manager I was still brushed off. First salon in 15 years I walked out of and first negative review I have done.

Horrible service. The woman seemed to have no idea what she was doing and visibly messed up three of my nails without going back and fixing them. Never asked me what I wanted just sat down and started doing whatever she thought I wanted. The nails look atrocious. She also sat another girl next to me and started fixing her nails between filing mine. Still charged me full price. Unprofessional and clueless.

This place is ran like a bootleg, sweat shop. I went in for a mani and pedi and before the night was over my fingernails were already chipping. I went back less than 24hrs and changed the color because I thought maybe it was the polish. I picked a different color and guess what chipped nails less than 24hrs. When you go in youre treated just like a nmbr. They dont greet you or make your experience enjoyable enough to make you want to return. When the guy did my mani he took the water from the bowl and poured it out and placed it back in the pile of other bowls for reuse. I just hope I dont get a fungus. Ugh!

Got a full set and they look horrible. After 2 hours he still could not get the shape right or length . N then he tried to over charge me $20.00.
