When I decided I wanted to get a breast augmentation, I spent almost a year doing research, trying to find the best surgeon to fit my needs. One day I came upon Fiala Aesthetics, and after looking through a bunch of pictures of Dr. Fiala’s prior patients, I decided to call for a consultation. After being given the recommendation by a close friend and then doing my research, I recently had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction with Dr. Fiala. He and his staff are warm, professional and make you feel very comfortable. Lindsey is absolutely amazing. Somehow Im hotter at age 52 than I was at age 38, and its all thanks to her. No one else will ever touch my face with injections again after seeing Lindsey. I went to Dr. Fiala for a consultation based on a recommendation from a friend. During my consultation he was very professional, helpful, and I could tell he genuinely wanted to do what he could to make me happy. My husband also went the consultation with me, without my husband saying a word, Dr. Fiala could tell my husband had concerns. Dr. Fiala pulled up a chair, looked him in the eyes, and genuinely asked him what his concerns were and talked to my husband for another 10 minutes. Fantastic results - better than anticipated!I scheduled a consultation with Dr Fiala to explore my options as I had already had a breast augmentation performed. Am very upset by my visit on 6/26/2020. I have had a lot of trouble with dissolving filler I received in my nose here and Phi was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is my third visit and I expressed to her that there was remainder in the tip and on the left side. She initially refused to do it BEFORE I even told her where there is remaining, and told me I need to stop injecting things into my nose. Excuse me, but I don’t want to be doing this, I just want my nose to go back to normal. There was a point where I was trying to show her where it still is and she was just staring me down shaking her head. I showed her in pictures and she kept refusing and was extremely rude, until I pointed out on her pictures that the tip had remaining filler. She rolled her eyes at me and said “I’ll do it ONE more time” extremely rude, and injected me hard and didn’t even put on numbing cream which she did the 2 previous times. She just injected and never asked if I was okay, which the previous visits she did multiple times so I could just feel her attitude and it was extremely uncomfortable. Nobody should talk to anyone the way she spoke to me, especially not in a professional environment. She was speaking down to me like she knew my face better then I do and was talking to me like I’m crazy and stupid. the tip still had remaining and has gone down a significant amount in the few hours since my appointment. I also don’t get how last appointment she told me if it gave me anymore trouble to come back, yet refuses to do it before I even could tell her where there was remaining. I will never come here again and I will be leaving bad reviews, nobody should speak down on someone like that and make me feel like I’m stupid when I’m the one who is right it is my face and in the pictures you can see a significant difference. I’ve never been so disrespected by a “professional”.

I love Fiala Aesthetics. I’ve seen Dr. Fiala himself for my breast augmentation and i currently see Dr. Phi for all my Botox & juvederm needs. Dont trust this office. I went to buy the Obagi creams ($ 440.00) the price is not the problem, the problem is that one of the creams had expired since 2012 and another one expired in July 2020. I went and explained to them to change them and they changed one and they ordered it. When I come to my house to use the creams, the one they gave me was used, that is a lack of respect and that is why I do not recommend them because now they will not believe that they gave it to me like that, they are not trustworthy.

Incredibly disappointed and frustrated with my overall experience at Fiala Aesthetics. Despite costing a third more than most other surgeons I had consulted with, I chose Fiala Aesthetics after seeing a friend have good results. I presumed that the money would be worth my overall satisfaction. You get what you pay for, right? Wrong.The staff, for the most part, is friendly and helpful. They were always pleasant, willing to answer questions, and always responded quickly to any of my messages.Fiala seemed straightforward at first, which I appreciated in a doctor. Unfortunately, he was not as honest as he was direct. Shame on me for assuming the two traits were the same. Shame on him for neglecting to share specific details that would have been helpful, even decision-changing, prior to the surgery.Fialas care, or lack thereof, resulted in complications with my original surgery, thus having to rush me back into the surgery room a second time, and his neglect as a surgeon overall has left me deeply discouraged and insecure.

I went to Dr. Fialas office and had injections under my eyes by Trish. I told her after the injections that I did not see any difference! She insisted it takes a while to notice any difference and told me to come back in two weeks! I asked her why I had to come back I two weeks and she said, So we can see how you are doing! NO ONE even noticed anything, in fact, everyone asked me why I had indentations under my eyes! I was mortified, because NO ONE had ever asked me that before. Well, when I went back after two weeks, Trish, escorted into her room and preceded to tell me I needed more injections that she went conservative the first time! Really, conservative to the tune of $850 dollars worth of NOTHING! She then told me I needed more injections and even said I needed cheek injections for much more money!!!! I told her I wanted to see my before pictures and she said sure. She then went to her computer and, guess what, THE PICTURES WERE NOT THERE! She said she did not know what happened and that they did not upload and had no record of them after taking the pictures!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! DO NOT GO THERE! I had gone to Dr. Brian Joseph in Winter Park, Florida before for injections and they were PERFECT and had no problems, but I tried Dr. Fialas office because it is much closer to my home and had some good reviews! WHAT A WAST OF $850!!! The ONLY REASON they wanted me to back in the office in two weeks was to try to talk me into needing more injections for much more money!!!!!!!!!!!

My journey to Dr. Fialas office started 2 yrs ago, long before I even knew he existed! I began a long weight loss journey in Nov 2011 and within a year had lost 115 pounds. I did it through diet and exercise, but I started my journey after having 3 children via C-section, and at the age of 38. So, my skin had lost a lot of elasticity and after such a huge weight loss off a body that had been overweight for over 30 years, I ended up with a lot of loose skin. I also never had large breasts, and the weight loss took the little bit I had and left me with nothing!After keeping my weight off for almost a year, my family and I agreed I needed and deserved to have a tummy tuck to remove all the skin and a breast lift and augmentation. We began our search for a plastic surgeon and Dr. Fiala was the second surgeon we had met with in the Orlando area. We immediately felt welcomed in his office by all the staff, and he was so patient with all of our questions. I was very uncomfortable showing my tummy and breasts to anyone, but he and his staff were so very kind and seemed proud of my weight loss journey that they wanted to help me. We had other surgeons to interview after Dr. Fiala, but we decided after our first visit that those other appts were not necessary. He had been referred to us by several women that had gone to him for breast augmentations and they could not say enough kind words about his staff and his work...so we decided to meet with him again for a follow up.I am not a rich woman and do not come from a rich family, but we invested in me to do the tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation all at once, and he and his staff made me feel like I belonged and deserved such a gift. The recovery nurse was amazing as I stayed overnight, and during all of the follow up visits, he and his staff took their time making sure I was recovering well, healing correctly, and answering all my questions. I will not lie when I say that was an extreme surgery and the recovering was grueling, but I tell everyone that, thanks to Dr. Fialas genuine care for me and his staffs commitment to my health and recovery, I would do it all over again in a minute.Thank you Dr. Fiala for taking what was left after all my hard work to lose a lot of weight and transforming it to be what it always should have been. I hate that I let myself stay so overweight for so long, but being healthy now and being able to be proud of my health from the inside out makes me smile every morning I look in the mirror.

My sister inlaw and I both were looking for the right person for the job since we both had different procedures and had several different consultations with different doctors. When we both saw Dr Fiala the same day we agreed he was the doctor we were looking for. He was very professional and honest and we both were at ease with him. His staff is top notch as well. Always very friendly and sweet. I am a lung cancer survivor and my breast implants were my 5 year cancer free present from my husband. Dr. Fiala cleared everything thru my oncologist before he would even consider my surgery and I can tell you this, besides beating my cancer it was the best thing that ever happened to me.
