Brought in a gold bracelet, charge me $55 to supposedly repair 1/2 an hour later I left thinking it was fine, brought it back because all they did was pressure join it together. I ask for my refund since they did not weld it they told me the weld was on the other end and no refund. Find somewhere else to take it, these guys are liars

Efficient and honest— I took a watch to Fast-Fix today because it was not running and requested a new battery. Before I completed answering a few questions to be registered in the business data base the watch had been opened, the battery checked and found to be well charged, the contacts cleaned, the running watch reset to the correct time and handed back to me. They could have easily sold me a new battery but there was no charge for the service rendered. Thank you! This was refreshing 😊

I took in my wedding band to be resized, which another store had said would be difficult to do, and he did the work quickly and well. He also replaced a broken clasp on my crucifix, and cleaned both items without being asked to. He will definitely get more business from me.

I needed a watch band on my G-Force watch switched out as I had the hardest time finding the tool I needed. I was referred here by another local big name jeweler. I was more than satisfied with how quickly he was able to help me and would certainly recommend anyone to come if they have a repair concern. Not to mention he didn’t charge me for the quick switch as I brought everything needed for the repair

Love this place. I was helped and advised on a personal jewelry decision and couldnt be happier. They helped me turn a old gold necklace into 2 bracelets and it was all I wanted and more. Very nice, very fast, and extremely reasonable.

The owner was very helpful in helping my wife with several jewelry pieces changing and adding new locks on 2 necklaces, replaced a battery in a gold watch and resized an expensive adding white gold diamond ring. We highly recommend him for great service and great quality of workmanship.

One star because as soon as they both finished with their customers, neither one greeted me or asked if they could help or anything. I walked up to the front and I said hello to the lady. I came in for two things: resizing a ring and adjusting a watch. I asked the lady how much it was to adjust the size of the watch, showed her the watch, and instead of giving me the price directly she speaks to the man (Paul) in her native language and then gives me the price of $10 dollars. Then, I asked her how much is it to resize the ring, I took off the ring and showed the lady and she hands it to Paul and he brings out the magnifier and looks at the diamonds on the ring. Then he brings out the ring sizer and mind you, neither one has given me a price yet. He just begins to start placing my ring finger in all these different sizes without even asking what size I am. He put my ring finger in a size 6 and it went mid and then he went on to a 6.5 which went all the way on my finger but wouldnt come off. He was trying to remove the sizer off my finger and I made a joke asking if they have any olive oil. This man pulls out a bottle of Windex and a dirty rag from the counter and sprays my finger. I wasnt so serious about it, then he goes on to try a 7 and same thing happens and by now my ring finger is swollen and red. 7.5 worked and then I was just tired of the bs especially after all that and they still dont want to give me a price. In the end after I fix my watch and paid, I ask him so how much is it to resize the ring in case I want to do it in the future? He says $79 to increase the size and $59 to decrease. This is followed by him laughing and telling me that the prices are not set.If the two owners are reading this, I rarely leave bad reviews especially on small businesses, but you two need to improve your customer service, have set prices for the simple things like adjusting a watch, and buy a small tube of lotion that costs a dollar for when your customers are getting their rings fitted. All of these factors combined would vastly improve your business!***The one positive I did adjust my watch for $10 and he did it fast and thats the only reason for two stars instead of one.***

From the beginning,Horrible experience!Brought my Seiko watch in for repair.Had to pay$25 in advance just to examine watch.Never heard a word for 3 weeks.Then he said they called me(Never got a call) Then he said someone else called me.Nope.No idea what was wrong with watch.Went to get it back to take it somewhere else and he said hes keeping the $25.Then said$195 to fix watch but someone else was doing the work on it.Needless to say I took my broken watch backand will never step a foot in Fast fix ever again.Should rename you store to Slow and Still Broken!By the way. Your little dog barking the whole time was not helping things a bit.Very annoying trying to deal with your unprofessional attitude and the barking was just to much!That $25 dollars you kept of my is going to come back and bite you 10000× over.You run a horrible business!!

I was very skeptical and leery about giving this unknown establishment, (to me), my business. I usually replace the batteries in my watches and repair my own jewelry. I could not imagine what I would experience. Yes, I was very nervous about what I would encounter. To my surprise as soon as I entered I was greeted with real enthusiasm, calming me and reinforcing good expectations. My watches were repaired by extremely friendly Professional jewelers. I will use their services, whenever needed, again! What a rare experience!! I left very happy !!😊 😃

One tear ago, my husbands wedding ring was cut off his finger due to a broken wrist and his hand swelled up.We brought them this piece of stretched out metal and they put the ring back together like it was new and resized it. Fantastic work!

I had purchase a new setting at a jewelry store near by and was uncomfortable giving them my wife’s diamond for over a week just to mount the diamond on the new setting. I came across this store and thought I stop just to ask if they were able to mount my wife’s diamond in her new setting. He was not only able to do it, he was able to do in an hour. The owner was super nice and did an amazing job on my wife’s ring. We were so happy we found a place here in Fl, rather than having to fly back home to our jeweler in Boston. This will definitely be our spot for our jewelry needs/repairs. Highly recommend!

I had a bad experience with this store. I brought my watch in for some repairs with moisture inside the case. Owner told me the work would take 1 week. Even though my watch was $500 new, i though the repair price of $175 was very high. I should have walked away then.Long story short, I just now got my watch back after it being with them for 1 month.The owner and store lack organization, customer service skills, and overall common sense. I had to call several times to see if my watch was ready. Im surprised they are still in business.The store never attempted to called me or leave a message, even though they said they would. I have a feeling this store makes most of their money from trying to take advantage of customers and not returning watches or calling when work is completed.Prices were very high and I definitely think there are better options available that offer better prices and better service.

I had my wedding ring resized. They did an excellent job. They even redid the gold over silver where it had worn off. The cost was very, very reasonable.

If your watch is perpetual calendar, they wont know how to fix it. I took my Seiko into their store FOUR times in a one month span, and each time they promised me it was fixed only for me to later find out they got the AM/PM wrong (meaning the date would flip over at the wrong time of the day) or they got the whole month wrong (meaning it would reset to the 1st of the month early or late). Now, after few months of what I thought was a fixed watch, I discover yesterday (March 1st) that they still havent set it to the correct month, because there are only 28 days in February and the watch said 29.I realize fixing perpetual calendar watches can be tricky, but theyre a watch repair store. Thats what theyre supposed to be able to do. Just embarrassing.

August 18 2019Going to Altamonte today to see a movie and at the same time to have a ring cleaned at the mall,i took my Disney Steamboat Willie watch to see if they could repair a worn crown that had come off the stem.And like previous jewlers i tried said they could not ( other places said they could only send out with no promise of repair and over 200 dollars minimum cost)So asked if they could suggest somewhere, they suggested Fast-Fix Jewelry just below them on the first floor.So the wife and i made are way there and saw Brenda and her Assistant ( Failed to get her name ) and showed her the watch and a 2nd same Steamboat Willie watch that needed a battery.And with out hesitation said she could fix both and within 45 min. And quoted a most very reasonable price.Since we were going to the movies and the store open till 6pm, we left the watch thereAbout 2 1/2 later we returned and sure enough was ready and both watches up and ticking and looking good.A Very Pleasant Surprise.Thank You Very MuchFast-Fix JewelryWe Will Be Back !

Excellency is what describes Fast Fix services. I have a vintage necklace that means a lot to me, it broke and everybody told me that was irreparable. A friend asked me about my precious necklace and I told her that was broken , she mention this place in the mall that repairs everything including custom jewelry. With not much hope I went, to my surprise Brenda took a look at the necklace and within 5 minutes she repaired it and not only that ,she also adjusted the chain to prevent future breakage. Brought in my ring to get resized. Instead of adding more gold, they just hammered it out leaving the edges wavy and uneven and charged me $55 to go up a quarter size. Completely botched job, take your jewelry to an actual jeweler if you want quality work. Now I have to pay $75 for an actual jeweler to fix the mess that they conjured up.

RIP OFF ALERTI brought them several wrist watches to repair and paid them upfront for the repairs.When I picked up my watches and got them home I discovered they would not keep time and leaked water. My watches were water proof and never leaked before fast fix jewelers in Altamonte Springs touched my watches.I re-visited the store three times only to be told by a young man that his dad has to be present to help me.After three visits and no help I had to file a dispute with my bank to get a refund which has been a nightmare. I even brought my wrist watches to another jewelry store that looked at my watches and told me they were never repaired and I was ripped off.AVOID THIS PLACE.

In November took in a number of watches needing new batteries including a Tissot.When we went back to collect them the four watches had new batteries in them and were working correctly. They said that the Tissot had a new battery but they hadnt been able to set the time. At this point alarm bells should have sounded!We took his word for it and we thought this was a decent business. The charge for the Tissot battery was around 38 dollars.Having got the watch home to the UK and setting the time it has now stopped. From this we must assume that the battery fitted was not the correct one. If they were uncertain as to which battery the watch needs then they should have left well alone.

STAY AWAY!My son brought in an expensive Bulova watch which was a birthday present for battery replacement and to replace the crown. And after endless phone calls and stopping by numerous times into the store the watch disappeared. Never found it. I filed a police report and will be taking this to court. Now my son is out of his watch. BUYERS BEWARE!

Excellent! Replaced the battery in my watch in about 5-10 minutes and charged me a really reasonable price. Im pretty sure he cleaned it, too, since it looked better when I got it back than when I handed it to him.

Too expensive. They quoted me $20+ for replacing a watch battery. A jeweler less than 5 minutes away did it for $1. Needless to say, I did not have my service performed here.

I would stay away, I just bought a brand new Suunto core and needed a battery. There are two locations at the mall. There was a young guy trying to help me out and told me it would be 17 dollars for the service. Well the guy couldnt open the casing. So I walked down the mall to the second location and Indian guy that tried to open the casing took him 10 minutes, which he ended up leaving marks on watch. As I asked him the price he said its 20 dollars, I literally said, no freaking way the guy down there said it was 17 dollars. His response I kid you not, ok my friend I will charge 17.So yeah Im not going back there again.
