Had a great experience picking out the perfect dress! Updating my review to finally include photos from our wedding and just how beautiful the dress turned out. Because of covid I had my dress altered elsewhere, but I still had a great experience!

HOT HOT MESS YAll!! This place was overwhelmingly bad! When I first got here I actually was impressed how much soak they made from a smaller building considering where they came from. Thats was the only time I was impressed. Their bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Thick black grime on the walls, door, and bottom of sink. It was so gross. So while yes, they were busy we were met with an astounding amount of rudeness. Every person of the 7 we interacted with were utterly fake and at some point durning the interaction demonstrated a massive attitude. Things do not get to this level of intense in 1 day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!!!

I Said YES to the DRESS! Definitely book an appointment before coming in. Always seems busy but you still get full attention. I would like to thank Madelyn for all her help! She made me comfortable, picked out some styles she thought I would like, made the process easy and smooth as well as fun. Never pressured me and helped take photos. My fiancé got her dress here and she loves it apparently. Much more affordable than I expected. I was thinking I was going to have an enormous charge on my credit card after she went shopping but that wasn’t the case. She said staff was very helpful and friendly.

After an impromptu venue change Rachel did a spectacular job helping me find “The One!” I had an absolutely amazing experience from arrival to final payment. Highly recommend the Altamonte group! These ladies make you feel like a princess from the moment you step into the store till the second you leave.

Emily and Leslie and the manager and the entire staff made all of my dreams and then some happen they were the most commendating sweet fun people ever and theyre truly there to help make the dream come true and this is just one of the best Davids bridals Ive ever been to. Highly recommend all day long the store itself is also absolutely stunning but mainly the vibes and the girls that work there are just absolutely incredible. I made an appointment for my first time trying on bridal gowns with my Mom and Maid of Honor, and Jeannie made me feel like an absolute princess from start to finish. She was so patient with me when I had technical difficulties with my phone and immediately picked up on my dream style after seeing a few of my saved favorites.She brought so many beautiful dresses and never once let a meh dress ruin the great mood of the experience. Jeannie was so kind and styled every dress so I could imagine a finished look. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on, and circled back to it at the end of the appointment. She never pressured for a sale and completely understood why I couldnt go home with a sale slip. I will 100% book with her when I go back for another appointment.I didnt say yes this time only because it was my first time trying anything like these on, but the more I think about it, the more I want to go back! I will update with the purchase/alteration experiences if/when I purchase my gown!

I scheduled an appointment for Davids bridal for my very first time trying on wedding dresses. I heard a lot of mixed reviews about Davids bridal dresses and the service but they completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered, I was greeted and congratulated. She ask what styles I liked and then we proceeded to pick dresses. Everything was organized so I didnt have to go through all the sizes for each dress. Instead I was looking at all the options and she would pull my size for me. I was very impressed with the dress options I selected and tried on. Emily was so nice and not pushy at all. She always asked me if I felt like a bride, what I liked about each dress, rate 1-10, different areas of lighting. Even pulled other options I may have liked. She was always around and helping me and my bridesmaids. Overall I would suggest coming to Davids bridal and giving it a chance. No one knows what dress could be for you unless you go and try it on. I had a great time and Im so glad I didnt listen to everyone who told me not to go. Only thing I would say I wasnt blown away by the bridesmaids dress selections. Seems a little outdated.

Went to the mall looking for Men dress shoes. Unfortunately, shoe carnival, Aldo, and other shoe stores only offer casual shoes as dress shoes!I am glad I was able to find real dress shoes for men at K&G.

I had the most wonderful experience at David’s Bridal today in Altamonte Springs. 2 weeks ago, I had the opposite experience at the DB at Millenia Mall. But today, I was helped by a girl named Natalie who was so helpful, honest and super sweet! Lisa the manager was also very courteous and was extremely professional. Not only was the customer service excellent but the store had a boutique experience. Everything looked organized and clean. The lighting was beautiful and flattering. I highly recommend going here over the Millenia store (they had nice people there too however it seemed dirty, unorganized and fluorescent lighting which washes everything out).

I want to thank Meagan so much for helping me get the correct dress size. I was a bridesmaids for my cousin wedding. I made a mistake and order a size too small. She was able to connect with the assistant manager at the Jacksonville location, I think her name was Mia, and they had my dress size! This was short notice. Meagan had it shipped overnight just in time for the wedding. I thank you so much Meagan! And the Jacksonville store assistant manager, Im sorry i forgot your name. But you made a way for me! I really appreciate you!!! The dress fit great and is very beautifully made. I thank the workers behind the scenes putting in great customer service and making dreams come true.

This was my first time trying on dresses for my 2023 wedding. Natalie helped us out and she was amazing! She paid attention to everything my mom and I liked and brought dresses that we loved. She outfitted the dresses perfectly and matched the sparkles and colors of each dress. She did such an amazing job and made it so hard to choose. I had an amazing first experience trying on weddings dresses!

Josie was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! I knew I was going to love her as soon as she introduced herself! She was so busy but still made me feel like I was a priority. I ended up finding the perfect dress and booked all future appointments with my bridal party with her!

The alterations team at Davids Bridal in Altamonte is AMAZING! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I lost almost two dress sizes of weight from the time I purchased my dress to the time I had it altered. Because my dress was discontinued, finding it in a smaller size was not an option.The gentlemen handling my alterations assured me everything would be ok and that there was plenty of time to get it altered perfectly. They could tell I was panicking and stressed and they put my nerves at ease. There are closer stores to me, but I chose to stick with this store specifically because of the alterations team. I will never be able to thank you both enough.

I said YES to the dress at David’s bridal!! I’m not much of a shopper when it comes to clothes in general, let alone a wedding dress!! I can get very picky when I do finally start trying things on. This is the third bridal shop I went to looking for a dress. Honestly, my experience wasn’t what I expected and not what I’ve already experienced, it was SO much better! Madalyn started my appointment by doing a quick survey of the kinds of things I like about a dress and things I don’t like, asking me about myself and my relationship, followed by allowing my friends and I to look around. Next thing I know, I’m trying on dresses and Madalyn was super helpful the entire process! She was providing me with different belts to see with each dress and pinning it up so I can see what it would look like better fitted to me. She made the experience very personable, making me comfortable and enjoy being there, and wanted to be sure I found exactly what I wanted, and I did, even within my budget. I’ll recommend this bridal store to all of my friends getting married. I should’ve gone here to start with!

I went to David’s bridal in Altamonte on a Sunday afternoon (with an appointment). It was pretty busy inside but they managed to start me a little early which was nice. I had the help of Jeannie and Natalie, both of them were amazing and offered me a huge selection of hand picked items based on my style. I did end up walking away with me wedding dress today and I definitely wouldn’t have gotten there (or at least not as quickly) without Natalie. She selected the perfect vail and belt to complete the dress and really brought the whole thing together. Great experience!

My visit was perfect, Normally I go to Altamonte, fl location. From the supervisor to My favorite best customer service ever Jannie, I may be spelling her name wrong. She is very good at what she does. She understand and takes her time to listen to what you really want. Whatever Dream dress you want she will makes it real for you. Very experienced employees. Makes you feel so welcome and take the edge of omg is this the right dress for me. Always pleasant and gives you options to in-vision your dream day. Treats her clients like a queens. Can’t say enough nice things about this place. As a plus size mom of groom, I was very hesitant. From the warm welcoming at the front desk to the help in the fitting room, I felt nothing less than welcomed and valued as a person and customer. I watched others having the same experience and was so unexpectedly pleased with the extent of the kindness and warm professionalism I witnessed. I had a lot of questions. Staff went above and beyond to find answers and solutions. Special orders were researched with optimism and accommodations were made with ease. All were so willing to help with my difficult size/fit and constricted time frame. A special thanks to Trisha the manager who couldn’t have done more and made our time such a positive experience in the store, and a most special nod to Mr. Benjamin who’s willingness, talent, and foresight just make him all the more amazing. A group of us went to Davids Bridal in Altamonte Springs this afternoon to try on bridesmaids dresses for a wedding and had a wonderful experience! I could not be more pleased with the help I received from the staff here. I came in for my dress alterations unhappy with my dress and the fit and they were able to help me find a whole new dress that same day. Jeannie and Megan went above and beyond to help me in every possible way they could. I am so grateful for their help! The man in alterations that helped me was also very patient and understanding they were able to help me not stress out over the dress dilemma. I am now happy with my new dress!

We were running late for my fiancé’s suit measurements so I called to let them know, they made a note about it and when we got there after a small wait we were in and out within 20 minutes. The staff was really kind and very informative when we asked questions. Overall a nice experience.

As someone who normally wears leggings and was completely clueless going in. I can honestly say jeannie went all out in helping me find the dress. I came in not knowing what exactly I wanted and after a few dresses I picked and didnt like, she brought me something different and I fell in love with it and she picked out the perfect veil and head piece. I had a lovely experience at Davids Bridal searching for Bridesmaid dresses with 2 of my Bridesmaids! Amanda was our stylist and she made the whole process seamless. We were able to look a the different styles and she brought any my bridesmaids liked straight to the fitting room and was able to swap out sizes as they were trying on. Amanda answered all our questions and added their favorite styles to my loyalty account so I can view them later on their website. This location is absolutely amazing. I came here as a bridesmaid and the staff was so attentive to my friend (the Bride) they made the try on process so easy for her and made it so fun and engaging for all of us. I recently visited the Altamonte location with my best friend, who is getting married! We were extremely excited to help her say yes to the dress of her dreams. Upon arriving we were matched with Josie, a bridal stylist. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and had a great way of explaining things. From the beginning she listened to the bride to be and was able to figure out her exact style. She had us wait in the fitting room area and surprised us with several beautiful dresses! Lets just say she did not disappoint! In the end we all had an amazing time and my bestie found her dress! Josie also had some kind words and had the bride make a wish and ring the bell! My future mother-in-law and I went in on May 1, 2021 with just the intention of looking/trying on. My consultant’s name was Josie and she was absolutely amazing!I am a larger girl and was a little bummed after trying on a few and feeling like they just didn’t fit me or what I was imagining. I fell in love with a tea length wedding dress that fell a little above my ankles, but I really wanted a traditional dress with a train. Josie not only helped me feel beautiful (when I was just feeling bloated and frumpy), but also found a beautiful dress that was very similar to the tea length dress. When my original dress I ordered was not gong to come in time. I though to make an appointment at Davids Bridal to see if I had an option and if they could help in such short notice. I only had 3 weeks. After they knew what time frame I was up agonist they were able to STILL help me. I found a dress that was suitable made another appointment for alterations and with the help of their well trained staff they were able to get the dress altered and steamed and ready for me to wear on my wedding day. They know their stock very well in the Altamonte store , I can not speak highly enough of their staff ! Well trained, know their stock, understand the customer, take their time with each and every bride ! I highly recommend going to this Davids Bridal location because they are the best at what they do and can offer so much more than other places. From fitting to alterations to accessories they have you covered !

HOW IN THE HECK are you a bridal store, specializing in DRESSES and you don’t have all the options you sell on your freaking website…Do you realize how ridiculous that makes you all look? Clearly not, since you’ve been telling all my bridesmaids that you don’t have any options for them to try on in the color they need BECAUSE IT’S UNCOMMON? I restate, you’re a dress store…I am at a loss for words and extremely irate at the issues you’ve caused. There has been a negative connotation around your name for years, you’re not making the situation better for yourselves.

My 5 stars only applies to the store in Altamonte Springs. They were fabulous. Everyone there was welcoming and so helpful. They went out of their way to track down a dress that another David’s at Millennia Mall said could not be ordered and the person at their desk was rude from the start. At Altamonte, they found the dress in their store, in my size! They were so kind. I would highly recommend that location. Avoid David’s at the Millennia Mall in Orlando at all costs.

Sonya (Altamonte Springs), absolutely welcoming, and made sure I was taken care of even tho I made a mistake, in showing up for the appointment at the wrong location. I had initially made appointment with Brittany (Orlando). First, Brittany, assisted in helping find a time slot (same day as my call), and was extremely patient with me, with my many questions. Katherine, my stylist (Altamonte Springs), was professional, and demonstrated excellent customer service. She made me feel so comfortable, especially for me not knowing what to do; feeling frustrated, not being able to find the perfect outfit. My day was a huge success because of these women, that are true assets to any corporation. Hello let me start out by saying how truly happy I am that I am getting married. It is a very hectic time in your life due to planning and what have you. But going into Davids Bridal In Altamonte Springs Mall was an amazing experience due to it being my first time. I was so happy to see how they welcomed and treated me. I got to work with Emily and she was so friendly and respectable. She did not hesitate in helping me with whatever I asked for. I was so pleased to have her helping me. I will rate Davids Bridal 5 stars because my experience there was a great one and I would totally recommend new soon to be brides to go for Davids Bridal as their to go store for your special day. I left there with a bridal gown, jewlery, shoes , a crown all for an amazing price. Emily it was a pleasure working with you and I will definitely spread the word on how amazing of a person you are. Found some excellent dresses for my bridesmaids here. Prices are what you would expect. We decided with jewel tones and my bridesmaids dresses were amazing. Had a great time with the fittings and even had one of my bridesmaids go to a separate store and we had no issue as. You have to give your self time for ordering time and and alterations!

I want to say a big thanks to Natalie for all the help and such a welcoming and positive attitude, she help my daughter find her dress for homecoming and my bridesmaids dress we love her! Again thank you 😊

Rachel was an amazing bridal specialist and really helped open my eyes to different styles I never would have put on. She was patient with me (which is sometimes hard)!Hannah also was a big help and helped my sister find a MoH dress!Both very sweet and great to work with.

Josie was amazing. I saw her twice this week and she found me a gorgeous bridal gown and 3 bridesmaids dresses (all unique and stunning) and the dresses will all be ready for my wedding in 5 weeks! I never expected such service on short notice. Josie had a great eye to choose the perfect dress for four very different body types. Wonderful experience! I highly recommend them!!

After multiple appointments, new dresses and sales rack...we found the one! $1400 for $399 and it fits like it was made for me! Got a perfectly matched flower girl dress for my daughter and they went together perfectly! Staff was decent but Mom and friends were more help than anything, so dont go solo and dont pressure but the first appointment.

Ayana helped me so much & helped me really put together my vision for my big day just by asking all the right questions. Loved working with her.

Alterations are way over priced its as if i paid for another dress... not cool

Rachel was amazing!! She helped me find my wedding dress, and had no problem with pulling the MANY dresses I wanted to try, and even brought some over that she thought I would like. She was very patient and kind.

It was such an amazing experience! It was my very first time shopping for dresses and I did not expect to find my dream dress. I was working with Katherine G. And she was so amazing! After having a not so great experience at the millennia mall location, I decided to come back to this location. I was pressured into a buying a dress that I wasn’t sure about and ended up regretting it and wanted to look at more option. Alyssa Ortiz was my consultant and she went above and beyond my expectations. She didn’t rush me, gave me an abundant of options to try on and I found my dream dress. Even after I knew it was the one, she still didn’t pressure me into anything. I decided on my own that I would be purchasing the dress and she was extremely helpful. I’ll be recommending this location to everyone I know because of how great Alyssa is!

Went to David’s Bridal Altamonte today to look for a prom dress for my daughter. My daughter isn’t easy to shop for, to say the least she is picky and shy so trying on dresses is super awkward for her. Sam made her experience amazing! Made her super comfortable and helped talk her through her decision. As a mother all we want is for our children to feel comfortable in their own skin and that’s what Sam helped her do! Thank you Sam!
