Ive been training here for 6 years and can personally say they have the best coaches who truly care about your health and performance. From being a part of the sports performance training as a dual varsity athlete, to now transitioning into adult conditioning, I can truly say the Athlete Factory has prepared me physically and mentally for any stage in life.

Coaches here are fun and knowledgeable. They encourage you and really help you and push you to a higher level of training. Its always a fun environment, you get a community and come out with great results, with clients hard work of course! They expect good attitudes and you get great training in return. Great for adults and Ive seen great work with young athletes! They are genuinely interested in making sure you are safe in form and then push you to do your best, they always have an alternative and able to work around any injuries. My young son trains here and he is much stronger and higher stamina in just 4 weeks of training. His inner negative thoughts are being turned around because coach John and Hunter make him feel so good about himself. He loves the community aspect, wants to eat healthier and wants to do his best for them.

All three of my kids trained here from an early age. Hunter and the athlete factory helped them build a foundation of mental and physical excellence. My kids all had the opportunity to earn athletic and academic scholarships. Recently my leg was amputated from a rare cancer, I had to strengthen my core to learn how to walk again. The Athlete Factory isn’t just about training your kids...Although they have been an integral part of both my children’s dreams of being recruited at the collegiate level (and they were), they are here for us adults too! I’m a 52 year old female who felt her “muscle memory” could not possibly be an actual thing anymore. Reluctantly, I tried the adult class in September, not only to get in shape, but to try to help with the psychological toll this pandemic has taken on me, and I’ve been going ever since. I cannot say enough positive things about the choice I have made to start my “recovery” here. Christina and Hunter have the ability to train several of us at one time, at different athletic levels levels and definitely different age brackets, and to do it in such a way that you still feel it’s one-on-one. It’s the best decision I’ve made in a VERY long time and I encourage anyone to at least give it a try. There’s no judgement. ONLY results.

My son has been working out with the Athlete Factory for almost a year now. He has gone from being shy and just doing the basics to being confident in the gym and pushing himself to be his best at every workout. He comes out to the car smiling big after every workout. We are so happy with the facility we are actually starting a 30 minute weekly one on one just to focus on speed development. The atmosphere is structured so the athletes are getting a total workout every time. The moves they choose are well planned out so they can be modified both to increase and decrease the intensity. The environment is friendly and inclusive and I like how both boys and girls work side by side to be better. On a coaching standpoint, Coach Wood is extremely knowledgeable in his field as well as his employeed trainers. His expertise in strength and conditioning make this facility a must look for any parent searching for a performance facility for their son or daughter in middle or highschool. They guide the athletes to use proper form and never let them overload themselves so they are always safe. In additional the college athlete looking to get an edge with some personal training would benefit greatly from his knowledge as well.

My son has been going here for almost a year. The faculty and Coach Hunter and his staff are truly amazing and very professional. When it comes to teenage athletes you need someone who can push them to stride for more and still keep them grounded. I would highly recommend check out the faculty and the coaches.

Christina and Hunter are amazing coaches!! They were able to tailor my workouts to fit my needs and provide modifications to the exercises when needed. They would even provide a workout I could do while away on vacation. I am stronger and more confident because of their dedication to their athletes. Even those of us that are just weekend warriors.

Hunter and his staff are the best in the business. If you are looking for real results please look no further then his wall of fame. For the last two months my son has gained 20lbs of muscle and increased his output on the bench, squat and vertical by no less then 20%. I believe In the next two years Hunter will be either looking for a bigger location or adding another. Hunter is the MAD Scientist of strength and conditioning for all sports.
