Curtis the manager is amazing he is honest and explains everything the way I can understand it not in mechanic language this manager goes above and beyond for his customers. They are always professional and never try to sell me anything I do not need. Anytime I have a concern about my car I call and they get me right in. I will continue to do business with this specific Tire Kingdom and I will recommend to all my friends and family. I needed help with my car so I went in on a busy Sunday to try and get an appointment. James immediately listened to the concerns, wrote everything down, set an appointment and was very kind to me. I went in on Wednesday and he was ready and willing to help. He fixed all my interior lights very quickly and got rid of the horrible burning smell as I had run over a plastic bag. James explained everything to me and took his time. He is very good at solving problems no one else can or will take the time to do! After leaving the horrible service at jiffy lube I come here and its perfect. Nice waiting room plenty of space to eat my food charge my phone and other objects they have coffee and cold water as well as TV and you have control of the remote. Great enviornment and clean restroom

I’m late to posting this but better late than never, right? Last weekend I needed a tire inspected because I believed I had a slow leak. I needed to be at work by 10am so I called this location to see if they could take care of it in an hour. Curtis answered the phone and told me to come by. He was very respectful, friendly and fast! It turned out I had a nail in my tire, and the guys in the garage quickly patched it and I got to work on time. I had great service here and I’ll definitely come back whenever my car needs anything. Stellar effort! Thirty minutes into a 1500 mile road trip we suffered a major blow out with an obscure boat trailer tire. After risking life and limb changing a tire on I4 we limped back to Tire Kingdom. Service Manager James was instantly aware of the situation and with military precision ordered up the necessary replacement tires. All equipment was ready to roll once again 30 minutes in advance of suggested timing. Quick, efficient, and cost effective. Thanks!

An ugly pothole damaged one of my tires. Replaced the tire on my own but noticed it sat crooked so I made an appointment yesterday evening to have Tire Kingdom techs inspect. Dropped off car just before 11am today & hoped for the best, but expected the worst (complicated & expensive repair). Chad contacted me 30 minutes later, explaining findings in detail & assuring me my car would be ready in approximately 2 hours. An hour & a half later a completely aligned vehicle with a fully replaced control arm was ready for me to pick up. Chads thorough professionalism made for a smooth repair experience! Excellent customer service & honesty is rare these days, so kudos to whoever put Chad behind that counter! Cost was very reasonable too & my car drives like it should again. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a fabulous place to fix their car but also to be treated like a human with kindness and respect.I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Curtis the store manager and he walked me through every step of what the plan was for my car.My car came in on a tow truck, and in less then 10 minutes Mr. Curtis asked me what was going on (my battery kept dying), suggested what he thought we should try to diagnose (run a few tests to check for different issues), and had my car in a spot and was working to fix the problem.He didnt use car terms I wouldnt understand, he explained it in a way that was easy for me to get and I could even explain the situation to others (texting family members updates). The customer service I received was beyond anything I have had while working on a car, and in a stressful situation the Tire Kingdom Staff was able to make me laugh and make me feel like we could figure out the situation!This location is almost 45 minutes away from my house, but I will continue to come back because having a mechanic you can trust is important, and you can trust Mr. Curtis and Tire Kingdom!

Way over priced I recommend Discount Tires. Tire Kingdom priced me with 3 tires for $344.97 plus this tire protection for $116.25. Discount Tires came out to $395 that included tire replacement if anything happens to them. Also if you need your studs replaced I recommend Muffler Man because Tire Kingdom tried to charge me $302.46 to replace 2 lug studs, thats ridiculous.

We bought a brand-new set of tires from an NTB in Pennsylvania last year before we drove to our new home in Orlando. I remember what a relief it was to not have to consider snow tires ever again. They’ve been reliable and mostly trouble free for that time, except for a slow leak in one tire.I visited a Tire Kingdom today to see if they would repair this tire – NTB and Tire Kingdom, it turns out, are sister companies. After some difficulty on my part finding an old receipt, things proceeded very smoothly.The space would remind you of any number of auto repair facilities. It’s clean and sparse with COVID-19 precautions including Plexiglas and masks in place. The service, however, is something to admire.I worked with James at this branch who was friendly and expert. He confirmed the work to be done, explained the problem, what was covered under warranty, and all remarkably quickly. I also spoke previously to Curtis who helped me find the information I would need to obtain an old receipt. Its honestly refreshing to not feel intimidated while taking care of something, while important, Im a bit ignorant about.It’s a relief and important peace of mind to have quality, low-maintenance tires and I’m very grateful for the great service we received from Tire Kingdom.

These guys watched me pull in my trailer, told me where to park it. Then after waiting at at least 45 min. Told me that they didnt have the equipment to be able to replace the two tires. Wasted my time and didnt care they did it. I was about to leave when I asked them to find a place that could do it. They did that. So they get one star (but thats by default anyway). Weve been using this location since 2009. It has changed primary hands a couple times. All of our expectations have been met and experience been acceptable.They explain quotes up front, make an effort to reduce material costs, and try and be timely. It is real world care management. They present minimum to stay driving and what would be best. This isnt a 30minute turn around location, but thats okay. Never had to go back for revised work. Even for tires, belts, sensor repairs, etc.Why 4-star and not 5? The front is as engaged in the back, so getting someone on the phone is a shoot on the dark. Historically most times they call back and dont forget about you. Well keep using them.

Took my car to tire kingdom and Im pretty sure they replaced a piece that didnt need replacing and tried to pretend it did.So last Wednesday I had an oil change. Drove the car Thursday and Friday only. As I was sick on the weekend. Monday I got home noticed a little smoke but thought it was steam from the rain. Tuesday got home from work and smoke was billowing around the car. But I was raining so I couldnt check right away.So I waited until the rain stopped and checked the oil thinking maybe it was oil burning. Maybe loose oil filter. Oil was fine. Couldnt really see because it was dark and my phone was dead.This morning I used my phone flashlight and was able to see the antifreeze was low. I filled it up and I could watch it slowly lower but not alarmingly so. So I took it back to tire kingdom who did the oil change to see if oil was perhaps on the bottom of the car from the oil change. I also explain the issue with the antifreeze letting a little.They call me say that its not oil. But that I am out of antifreeze. I again explain I just put some in. He said that I have a leak in my thermostat and the gaskets bad and needs to be replaced. Also needs a antifreeze flush. All for $400. Why would I need a flush if I have no antifreeze? Anyway got him down to $270.Now I know a little about cars but I dont know where the thermostat is or was. But I learned. After they finished the job, the called and said. Well we replaced the thermostat and when we started it, water was gushing out of the water pump that needs to be replaced and will cost $158 for the part plus 6 hours of labor. My dad calls they tell him total is $1100. But then they say the water pump is dipping. Suddenly it went from gushing to dripping.We go get the car and the guy shows the cracked thermostat, which to be clear is on the edge where the tubing would connect. He then says that water was just gushing out of it when the pulled it in. So they thought they found the problem and it wasnt until they parked it in front of the counter window that the could see the water pump dripping. So this guy sees, across a counter, through a window the water pump dripping underneath the car? OK! So before we leave we look under the hood. Pictures attached. In red is where the gushing crack was. In purple you will see normal under the engine debris, but specifically sand. If this was gushing antifreeze shouldnt there be antifreeze residue on the engine? Especially in the direction of where the crack is? And how did sand not get removed when this gush happened?But even more importantly that morning when I filled the antifreeze, I had my phone flashlight sitting right there next to the thermostat actually lightly wedged up against it to shine on the radiator reservoir. I then started my car to see if I could get it to smoke. And nothing happened while my phone sat there. It didnt get wet and there certainly wasnt any gushing.Last nail on their coffin, is I had this same item replaced 2 years ago at another shop. So it wasnt old.Needless to say I wont be going back there. (Also they have a sale of tires by two get two, cost $475, but if you only want two tires cost $435. But the tires themselves are only $75 each....)

I found them to be courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave me several tips which as a female with no mechanical auto care experience, I definitely needed and appreciated. Its not always simple to find trustworthy mechanics. Theyve saved me money and Im grateful for it. I already feel much safer with the thought of driving.

How long does it take to change two tires? The machines that remove tires today are nearly all automatic and take seconds. Experience: he who had to use old tire iron for four years straight, and will change 8-12 tires in the same speed you apparently change 2 at. I’m sure the tire will come flat or something else stupid seeing as they’re already riding the clock for labor to charge. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody who has enough of a tire to get to the next shop if you’re interested in saving time and money

Austin set my appointment and got me started once I arrived. He was very thorough and polite on the phone and when I got there. He warned me that they were running a little behind. I discussed rescheduling but he was able to resolve the wait time to my satisfaction. Thomas was the tech who looked at my car. He found that the problem was a bent rim, that needed replacement or repair. He was very informative about options. No doubt he saved me money and time trying to figure it out. and also warned me about my brake pads needing replacement soon. Both Austin and Thomas were very professional. In the capacity of mechanic and advisor Thomas was outstanding.

The service was great! Showed me what was wrong with my truck and explained what needed to be done for repairs. Mechanic kept me informed on where they were in process.

I love Tire Kingdom. They have easy online appointment scheduling, and I barely have to wait when I arrive. I bought my SUVs tires from them, and I get free rotation for the life of the tire, which you cant beat! They might guide you on what could be needed in the future on your car, but theyre never pushy with it and dont use fear-based selling. This is my 3rd Toyota, but I much prefer going to Tire Kingdom for things like this instead of the dealer.

Steve the Service Manager was professional, patient, he took his time explaining things to me. He is looking into a possible rebate from Michelin on my new tires and no before him has done that. Im very satisfied with his service.

Purchased set of 4 new tires, everything was fine, except I was told I need to come back again for alignment check. They did not had time to that day. They already put my car off the lift and start taking other customers.So I did not receive a full service. Waited 15 minutes to come up front and get my payment.

I made an appointment when I came here. They were prompt, did free tire rotate and balance. I dont go anywhere else for oil changes. They are reasonable on prices as well, I have an SUV so it always takes more oil but I still get a good price for the great service.

The service was good, however the tech spilled oil down the side of the motor and just left it there. When I got back to my house, there was smoke coming out from under the hood. It took me about 20 minutes to get off most of it. That shouldnt happen...especially when you just spent $500 for two tires and an oil change.

They were very busy but they still got me in and out of there quickly.

I liked this place, the people is so kind and helpful, i came because i needed to fix my tire pressure, this had a nail and the air went out, they fixed it and balanced for 35 $ ... Grateful!

Bad Customer ServiceI took my mother’s tire which was flat for a repair Sunday at 1pm. I was told I would receive a phone call once they were done fixing it.I never got a call back! It cost me altering my schedule so that my mom, my wife, and myself didn’t lose the day at work. Picked up the tire at the end of the next day.If you are not able to deliver the same day please do not give false hope. Otherwise, please be responsible enough and inform your customers.First and last time going to Tire Kingdom.

The manager that I worked with was very friendly and professional. I was just getting a tire mounted there, not spending very much money at all. However he made me feel like I was spending 100 times that with the level of service that he provided. I will definitely be back for any tire-related needs in the future.

I bought a whole new 4 tires with one of their best tiers of warranty and it cost me about a grand. Then a year (and 15,000 miles) later I get a flat, tow it in, and find out even with my warranty it’ll cost me $85 to replace the tire because they couldn’t patch the puncture. When I arrived the guy working the counter wouldn’t address me so after 20 minutes I walked up and asked if I could get my tire patched based off the warranty I bought.Also, they couldn’t give me my old tire back (I wanted to see where the puncture was) because they held my car until closing time.If you shop here, be suspicious. I also don’t recommend the few hundred dollars a warranty could cost you.

Over 4 hours waiting to get 2 new tires and an alignment is ridiculous! I got here before multiple people that got put in front of me and the wait time was absurd....wont be coming back or recommend this place ever!

Installed my tires in the wrong direction on my Mustang GT. The tires have arrows showing which way they are to be installed. Im not sure how they could have messed that up. I had also brought my F150 in at the same time for new tire installation and they lost my center cap on my 20 wheels. They tried to pretend it was already missing but I had photos of the truck right before I brought it in. Then they gave me the run around for 2 months before finally providing a replacement. People were constantly being fired and I had to start the process over again with the new employees. I cant recommend.

Don’t let your wife go by herself! They will damage something in her car.They cut one of the transmission cooler lines on purpose,after an oil change.We ended up buying a new one!They recommend their friends ,that own transmission shop in Longwood. Bunch of M.....F....

Be careful. INTEGRITY is an issue. I asked for my tire to be returned to me, after having it replaced by them. The tire I wanted back had a warranty still attached to it from another place. In order for me to get a new tire, I had to give them a tire. I was crystal clear on what I planned to do, and the counter guy assured me he would put it in my trunk. Upon check out, I asked him about the tire again, and he clearly replied, We put it in your trunk. Needless to say, he flat out lied! I got home and checked my trunk, and NO TIRE! Now I have paid for a tire from Tire Kingdom, as well as took a loss on the other one because our Tire Kingdoms GREED! They also lie on their invoices, indicating that they check your battery. He said that the service is on all their customer invoices whether they check it, or not. You only stole from yourself by lying sir. It will catch up! 6/5/2019...

Every experience I have had here, has been a good one.Ive come here 3 or four times for an oil change, and one time to purchase new tires for my vehicle. The staff here is always friendly, helpful, and quick.I like the fact I can make an appointment online.. I dont like however, that the website doesnt send my information to the shop, so entering in information shouldnt even be an option for the customer, if the system isnt capable of receiving such information.

Tire Kingdom gives me the confidence that I can take my vehicle there and not feel like I have been cheated. They always are very professional and courteous. They break things down in layman terms so that I can understand what is going on with my vehicle and they make sure that I have choices as to what needs to be fixed immediately and what I can wait on if I have any reservations in terms of finance. Best thing is that they are really close to my home and I can get a ride to and from there when my car is there getting serviced.

Ive been doing all my tire business (3 vehicles) at this location for at least 5 years. I also come here for items for which I do not go to the dealership. It was usually good service and I had gotten comfortable because the staff had been there for years. It appears that they have recently changed staff. Over the last 3 weeks Ive called 5 times to make an appointment and been put on hold. 5 times I was on hold for so long that I hung up. I did get lucky once and made an appointment to buy 4 new tires. Now I have a screw in my tire and have already called to make an appointment and was put on hold...yep, I never got to make an appointment. Im going to try the Tire Kingdom in Longwood to see if the service is any better.

I made a mistake when I called for a quote on 4 new tires (I told them the wrong size) and they did everything they could to keep me close to that price even though the correct size was an upgrade in quality. Not only that but the manager even offered to drop me off so I wouldnt have to sit there for two to three hours. It was on his way to where he was going but he didnt have to do it. Get your tires here! The customer service is top notch.

When I got my tires noticed on the price menu that an oil change was $59. So a couple months later I called to make the appointment and they told me it was $69 but it included tire rotation. Since I was ready for a tire rotation as well I thought okay and I didnt mention the price discrepancy. On my way in for my appointment I decided to put some ink on my front driver side Tire to make sure that they were rotated. When I got home I checked the tires and no they were not. It was on my receipt that they were so had I not done that I would have drove doubled the mileage before rotating. Rather than making sure the Services were done the salesperson was busy selling me an air filter. I wont be back.

Not a good choice for quick tire repairs.I found this place via Google search for Tire Shop. My tire was leaking air because it had a nail in it. A man at the desk said they were busy, drop the car off because it would take about 4 hours IF the could get to it.I went to another place on my Google list that was less than a mile away - my tire was patched in less than 30 minutes!

All I know with my 1st experience with this place was that the guy was trying to stick it to me with the services I didn’t ask for , never going back there .

2nd time Ive been to this store with a tire issue, first time was told they didnt have enough time to take care of me even though I was there an hour before closing. Flat repairs dont take that long. This time was told it would be about 3 1/2 hours, and surprisingly the same person I had major issues with is still there with the same bad customer service skills. Good thing theres a discount tire down the road, less than 30 minutes with drive time. Thats a real tire company

Kind of disappointed after today I heard something while I was driving like a rotation noise and took it in to see what was going on I got 4 brand new tires from here and the alignment done great services but when I came in the guy told me there’s nothing wrong with my car and told me there was shine on my tires once that wears down the noise should go away because of the tires I got which were G-force tires tbh that sounded like I was sold hazardous tires Or I was fed bs because it was close to closing time so I went to another mechanic and told me the wheel bearing was bad good people but man that was real messed up to tell me something like that lol

They advertise one price on the radio and television. They then try to up sell the same service to you saying g your car needs special oil which costs 65 dollars! Um no. When you insist on having the regular 5w 30 oil as recommended for your vehicle, they tell you it not recommended and they will not do it.Im giving three stars because I went along with the up sell for the synthetic oil. In doing so I watched them service my vehicle. They service guys take their time and do as you ask of them. Im happy about the service, but not about the misleading advertisements!

This place sucks. They have a bunch of worthless technicians that dont know anything about cars. Theyve gone through more employees and managers then I ever seen in my life. That tells you about the company its self. They dont care about there customers cars like they say they do. They sell you theses warrantys that dont cover anything. They never keep there word as far as fixing what the problem is with your car, they fix everything but the problem and cause more problems down the line. Please dont waste your money here its not worth it. Corporate doesnt even help your needs out.

So disappointing, I brought in a coupon for a $19.99 oil change with tire rotation, and they would not rotate my tires. They didnt like the way my tires looked and said it was their policy. Got three opinions and all three said it is best to put tires with the most tread in the front.I had to pay another $20 to get them rotated....False Advertising..... Oh, but they would sell me more tires....

I left this place on Thursday 8/15/19 actually feeling good about the management of THIS tire kingdom. I have a brand new car that I believe makes noises it shouldnt with the back wheels. Ive been to 4-5 dealers who of course cant find anything or say its normal. They say this after taking a 5 min ride even though I have the car for 24 hours. 2 dealers gave it alignments one dealer did not correct the camber that was on his sheet. the 2nd dealer (that did an alignment) informed me the camber cant be corrected but after the alignment said the camber was ok and that maybe the first dealers alignment machine was broken. The 2nd dealer that did the alignment told me I should of stuck with Kumos instead of buying Michelins because Michelins have hard rubber while Kumos dont (which was a pure lie) So with that I lost faith in the Orlando Dealership. (let me back track I bought Michelins on my own after the dealer I bought the car from said humming noise was normal and was due to the vibration of the tire) mind you Ive had another kia same exact model in 2019 that I traded that car in for this one due to an accident and Ive also been buying the same model and for a long time. I bought a 2012, 2015, 2017 and (2x) 2019 I never heard humming noises.Tire Kingdom in Altamonte Springs was wonderful with me. While other dealers feel I was crazy because there 5 min test ride proved nothing This place (Tire Kingdom) welcomed me with open arms. James put the car on the lift checked out the wheels and also put it on an alignment machine ( I requested that because I wanted to check the dealers work) James listened to the recordings of the sounds I was hearing from my phone and acknowledged it. On a short inspection he couldnt find anything but what also impressed me was the honestly. James could of sold me another alignment but did not he said the alignment the dealer did was was perfect. I was willing to take a gamble on buying new tires James discouraged it based on his findings. My instincts still feel Id like to try new tires but it would be a pure gamble.Its true Tire Kingdom did not find the problem but he at acknowledged there might be one based on a cell phone recording. He did take the time to put it on the lift and stated the alignment was perfect that the other dealer gave me. James also discouraged me to buy new tires. Im not unreasonable if i have a hidden problem I can understand that. Tire Kingdoms honesty and attitude really is what impressed me. Not only did the honesty impress me I also gained confidence that the equipment matches the dealers equipment which I admit I didnt believe at first. (in the past every alignment machine gave a different story) James attitude was also terrific he never shut me down and listened to every word I had to say. He also said if I make an appointment we can have someone go out for a test ride. Even though nothing was found and no money was given ( I offered but was not accepted) They gained a new customer. When Im ready to change tires this is the place I will be going to. I will also go here for non warranty workIf you want old fashion customer service and quality repairs This is the place you want to go to. Thank you very much and Ill see you soon.

Received polite and helpful service at a good price. The service time, however, for an unscheduled oil change is 3 hours. I will probably use Tire Kingdom again, but I will make an appointment first.

The new manager Brian is AWESOME he went above and beyond for me with both sets of tires I needed for 2 of my cars. I highly recommend the Altamonte Store for all you vehicles needs they were just great to work with.
