Art and frank are beyond disrespectful. They both hung up in my face. After stating I want to cancel my insurance. I switched vehicles within 10 days. With that, my deposit increased by 168. Not only they want that today they want the full amount again tomorrow. No explanation to why the deposit is more. Its obviously due to different vehicles, however they said they dont know why and that it was weird. I call back to cancel. They have nothing but attitudes. Come to find out the disrespectful person who hung up is the manager Art. I would never recommend anyone to that place. Horrible service from this location.
