Great company! Home inspector found a leak under our house. We called Ray’s Leak Detection first thing the next day and they were out to our house within an hour. The plumber assured us that he would take care of our problem that day and he did!Not only did he fix the leak, but he replaced the wet insulation and secured everything back in place. Our water was back on right away and the price seemed very fair. He and his apprentice were extremely nice, very professional and encouraging. I would like to say that Ray’s Leak Detection’s plumbing services were just what my bathroom needed. I bought a brand-new house recently, so I called them to install the pipes and the bathroom furniture. Their punctuality is remarkable; however, the sink came out a bit cracked from the store, so we had to return it. This wasn’t for bad handling, though. At least not from them. Im honestly Im impressed with how Nick has handled everything! He reached out to my husband and set up an appointment to come and correct everything with the new salt water tank. He went out of his way to purchase parts needed and spent an entire afternoon making sure everything was working as it should. My water heater just wouldn’t heat. I freaked out because I bought it recently but not recently enough to claim the guarantee, so my only option was repair. I asked for recommendations with my Facebook friends and one of them suggested me to call Ray’s Leak Detection because they did the same job to her and she was pretty happy with them. So, I called and we agreed they would come to see what was wrong and I didn’t think their service was expensive. They checked out my heater and found the problem right away. They proceeded to fix the issue like magicians and soon they started testing the water temperature. Everything seemed normal, so they told me they were done. I thought it was too soon so I didn’t believe them, but I tested it myself and it worked pretty well. It was a water pressure issue I believe. I do recommend their plumbing services.

Its hard because they are the 4th professional we had to inspect the issue and we are still unsure of the source. Ok, I never thought I would be compelled to write a review for a plumber - of all things! But Andrew really delivered, in every way, for a very fair and up front price. I had an emergency gas leak (scary), and on a weekend no less (arghhh!), and of the several plumbers I called, Andrew was the only one to call me back, and swiftly, and because of the urgent matter, was out rapidly to fix my issue by checking for all the leaks and making the pipe repair. He was clean, articulate, polite, patient, and straightforward, explaining everything very clearly. He even took care of the permit that had to be pulled, saving me a trip and confusion. He also helped me understand what I needed to say and do with the service person who needed to come back and do a check/sign off before gas could be restored. What started as an awful, scary experience, became much less of an ordeal, thanks to Andrew. I will definitely be calling him first for any future plumbing needs - though lets hope none so urgent.

We hired Norris to detect and fix a leak in our backyard spa. At the time I contacted him, I had already had three other leak detection services work on our spa, and none of them were able to conclusively isolate the source of the leak. I was skeptical about whether I should invest in yet another leak detection attempt, but I decided to give Norris a shot since he came with a good referral AND he guaranteed that he would find the leak. After fixing that leak, our problems are now solved and the tub finally retains it water. Throughout the process I was impressed with Norriss communication skills, commitment to get the job done right, and vast array of high tech equipment.
