The worst business to deal with, had appt confirmed thru Sears service contract (recvd via email), for maintenance, wasted entire day, no show, no call; called and was told they didn’t have enough support, was transferred out to handle, they will look into it; so what, no call if can’t make it? Got another appt today for maintenance/service, all he did was check temperature in fridge and freezer, all good and ready to leave. I asked about cleaning the back/removing panel, “oh no we don’t do that”, (previous tech was out for leak and told me to do separate appt for maintenance), I had to start calling to find out, then he says oh yes he didn’t see that on paperwork, went to get vacuum, asking me if on wheels and ok to pull out (?) sees couple roach motels and says “oh no you have problems with mice and bugs, I can’t do this” and that was it!!! Very unprofessional people, lazy, want to do as little as possible (if you can even get them to show up). I had problems with this company on my clothes washer. NEVER use! I now have to try and get another appt to get this taken care of (as instructed by Sears).

I have Sears Home Warranty and they assigned MAC to repair my washer machine. First, I had to wait 5 days to have them come to my home. The guy came, filled out his paperwork, asked me for the error codes, which I gave. He wrote them down, turned the machine on, saw that it would turn on, and immediately turned it off. He asked me to sign the service order, turned around and left. I said...Arent you going to look at the machine. He said No. Someone will contact you. I asked how it will take....he said I dont know and left. He spent LESS than 5 minutes at my place.I called the company 5 minutes later, they asked me to wait as they would speak with repairman. No call back. I called again next day, same thing, they still hadnt spoken to their repairman. I called again (3rd time) the next day, they said I had to wait as the repairman said I was using too much detergent to wash my clothes, which is not true. One of the codes was for excessive foam. They ignored the second code. The repairman DID NOT test anything and was very rude. Company has horrible customer service. Beware of this company.

Worst repair company on the planet!!! Came in with an attitude, we have been dealing with this company4 over 6 months. Left dishwasher not attached to cabinets and not balanced.

This by far the most unprofessional business Ive ever experience , they are not reliable , they tell you one thing and when they send their Technician he tells you different unbelievable. Please do not use them for any repair of your appliance .

Refrigerator 2 yrs old. Worst service I’ve had. Repair tech Andrew did nothing even when I told him freezer was not freezing meats, ice cream etc. Then he reported to my extend warranty co that refrigerator was working. Creating another service call to have another repair company come out to determine problem which turn out to be unrepairablewhen I called to file complaints with his office the lady who answered the phone defended him An then she hung up on me.

We had a positive experience with My Appliance Clinic. An appointment was made with them for us via the LG Call Center to repair our LG refrigerators compressor (a common issue with LG refrigerators). The LG rep advised me to call them the next day to see if they could fit us in earlier. He said next day because he said most service centers update their system every night and our appointment might not show up until then.Desperate to get our refrigerator repaired ASAP, I called them as soon as I got off the phone with LG on the off chance they could fit us in earlier regardless. The person who answered the phone was able to see our appointment in their system (it mustve updated immediately) and said a technician could come out that same day, though it couldnt be until around 6pm. Hurray! It was already around 3:30pm at that point, and I wouldve been happy if someone came at 9:00pm even! What a quick turnaround.The technician came around the time provided, examined the refrigerator and confirmed the compressor was the issue. Unfortunately, the part had to be ordered (the only bummer in this process), and he said it would take 3-5 business days (it was Friday evening) for it to come in. We received a call the following Tuesday letting us know they could come Friday to install the new compressor between 1pm and 4pm. The technician arrived at 1:30pm and got it fixed.All in all, I was very pleased. My sister, who had the same issue with her LG refrigerator and who lives in Seattle, had to wait over a month to get hers repaired! So Ill take the one week it took to get ours fixed! And I will never take a functioning refrigerator for granted ever again!

I’ve had to deal with this somos my two times for my gas range, the first time around the technician was very professional don’t remember his name but the second time around it was not the best technician. As soon as he walked in to my house, you could tell he didn’t wanna work and as he was leaving I mentioned to him that the burner was not burning as much and he just said “Ok?” Like if he didn’t care. If you’re going to pay to have this company out to your home or if you have to deal with them, tell them to not send Mike out he is the absolute worse.

Had My Appliance Clinic, do a warranty service call, bought thru Home Depot.Aaron the technician was on time professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Fixed the issue!Highly recommend them👍

One of their technicians (Steve) was super helpful. He gave me some tips and advice that really helped me out! I had been on the phone with so many other appliance repair companies but they couldnt give me any definite answers so I would truely recommend these guys.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of knowledge of the repair man & therefore the company. I did not feel confident that he knew how to fix my freezer. His explanation of what he was going to do sounded like he was just going to do exactly what I had already tried. He said if that wasnt it he didnt know why it was not working properly. His estimate was for $250 - which would have been fine if I was confident he would fix it. I paid the $79 for the visit & sent him away. I will never call them or reccomend My Appliance Clinic to any friends or clients.

The washer leaks water, they came at least three times, Every time they said they changed different parts, but after four months the washer is still leaking.

This Is The Worst Repair Company I Ever Had! They Show Up With Bad Attitudes And Only Where Here For 7 Minutes. My Washing Machine Doesnt Rinse And There Employees Said There Was No Problem And Didnt Even Bother To Turn It On. They Are Super Rude And One Of Them Even Said This isnt my job Its just a hobby SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Simon the technician showed up on my 7am-10am window at 7am sharp.! he was dressed professionally,knew exactly what he was doing with my electrolux refrigerator gave me a super reasonable quote on the repairs and i got to say Thank you.! saved me a bunch of money instead of buying a new refrigerator.!

Zee from My Appliance Clinic came out and installed a new compressor in our LG refrigerator freezer. He was fast efficient professional and knew what he was doing. He replaced a tube that was leaking and cleared an overflow valve and cleaned everything spotless. Now it freezes cold and were very happy.Thank you Zee.

I had an appointment with My Appliance Clinic for Friday between 12 noon and 3 pm, which I waited all week for because they said the technician doesnt come to my area till then, but the technician showed up to my house at 10:37 am instead and because I wasnt home, they cancelled my appointment. At 11:00 am I noticed a text from them saying the previous appointment had cancelled and the technician could be at my house earlier, to call them if it was ok, the text came in at 10:36 am. When I called at 11 am they said the technician went to my house and since I wasnt there, my appointment was cancelled. I told them that my appointment was set between 12 noon and 3:pm and I was at work, but I had planned to be there between that time. Even though I told them I had waited all week for the appointment because my LG refrigerator was leaking water from the water dispenser, the guy said that I should have been there, but they could squeeze me in on Monday at the same time. He was very insensitive insisting that I should have left someone at the house to let the technician in or be there myself. I called Sears Home warranty and they referred me to another company by the name of Sako, which gave me an appointment for Saturday, the next day.
