Im not sure what to say about Unicom Teleservices other than Im impressed and thrilled with them. My organization won a contract/grant but had an extremely short ramp-up period to achieve operational status. I dont believe it would have possible without the knowledge, expertise, guidance, and ability of the staff at Unicom. They went above and beyond any reasonable expectation that I had in helping me meet our goal. The service and caring I have received are second to none, and in conversations with the business leadership, it is clear that these flow from the very top.

Ive worked with the staff at Unicom Teleservices for over 12 years, and my company for over 20 years. This is a first class organization which is very responsive to the needs of the customer. Many times over the past years we have updated our after hours processes or made changes in the information we ask Unicom to provide, and all is handled with ease and professionalism. I went in for a meeting to discuss their services. I found the atmosphere relaxing. The staff was professional, friendly, and seemingly family orientated. I spoke with Devin and he was very hospitable and seemed very organized. We now use their answering services for the Property Management company where I work. I would recommend their services.
