I contacted Orkin about getting a hornet nest removed. I scheduled my appointment through their main national line, and a few days later, the local site contacted me to reschedule because they had overbooked that day.The morning of my (rescheduled) appointment, I received an email stating that my appointment had been rescheduled to four hours earlier that day during a time that I had already indicated would not be convenient for me.The tech that came out to remove the nest was fantastic, no complaints there, Im just not thrilled that my appointment was rescheduled so abruptly, and would have appreciated a phone call rather than an email to (again) reschedule my appointment.

I am having a challenge with getting emails for invoices in a timely manner and I get tons of email statements and mailed statements sometimes listing bills that have been paid... there is no need to get apprx 3 statements for each of the accounts we have.... I would like to get the invoice once work is complete..

It was a good service call. Reggie was knowledgeable and explained how to understand rodent behavior. He also made helpful suggestions.

I truly appreciate my Technician Roosevelt he is professional, reliable, and flexible with any changes we need to make. We have had the same Orkin Technician (Roosevelt) for over 20 years. Even when I bought a new home in 2011 built from the ground I continued with Orkin because I didnt want to see any spiders indoors. I was happy that Roosevelt was able to continue as my Technician. He knows my family and my fears of certain bugs 😂.

They provided me with more knowledge on how to prevent different types of insects from entering the home. I’ve seen a drastic decrease in the amount of spiders that were coming into my basement. I absolutely love when Orkin is coming and I feel great when they leave. I am a forever customer.

David was very thorough and friendly. Answered all of our questions and knowledgeable about the applications he used.

When the service was booked, specific questions were asked about cost, and using product in the house with 3 small children and a dog. Representative who I spoke with gave pricing and said there would be no problems and would just have to wait a short time for the outside product to dry before kids and dog could go in yard. Upon arrival service technician advised that they could not spray anything in home because of dog and kids, they can’t go outside for a full day and the pricing was completely different. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

Normally I have been pleased with Orkins Service. However, as I understood and appreciated the Service Technicians response for being late for my scheduled appointment; I am extremely disappointed the Regional Office did NOT provide the Technician the equipment (ie, Glue Traps) necessary to place on strategic areas of my property. For the monthly payment I am paying Orkin, they should provide ALL of their Technicians enough tools to ensure their Pest-Control Services are thorough, effective & efficient!!!🧐🧐🧐

I am still awaiting a call from a manager, as told I would within 24 to 48 hours because I canceled service September 27th. I expect a full refund per the Orkin Guarantee, but I am still being billed! I am on autopay and now being told I still owe the balance thats due October 9th for $82.75, even though Ive had no service in October, and I paid $71.25 for September, and a whopping $223 to start it in August!! The service has been ineffective with my pest problems, and the technicians either are not covering what was promised or Orkin is false-advertising. For several reasons I am canceling and do not accept being charged again, and want all of my money back. I requested a touch-up twice in between scheduled services; and the first touch-up, the technician did not show until after the 2 hour time window, and I requested the next touch up for September 25th but there was no call and no show, so I called September 27th and canceled service altogether! Im told my account will go into collections. I cannot remove my debit card from autopay, nor alter it because it is no longer linked to a service address, yet the card on file will still be billed!! For what?! I am truly disappointed and very angry. Horrible experience. I will never recommend Orkin for extermination of anything at all. Any hole in the wall business has better service and less than half the price.

I tried to make an appointment with is company for my building.1. They scheduled an appointment to come out on my only day off and they never showed up.2. I called to see what happened and they said the lady in charge never submitted the appointment, mind you they called me to verify the appointment.3. They redirected me to another phone number and directed me right back to the same lady that gave me the number to call someone else.This company doesn’t even have staff that knows what they are doing. You’re better off going with another company. This place is a waste of time.

June 29th 2021 a service technician came to my home named Eli spelling unknown however Eli was the most professional courteous and understanding empathetic and sympathetic to all the problems I had experience with orchid he almost convinced me to keep my contract I dont know yet but if I do it would be all because of Eli Orkin has never been on time to my house with no appointment from October through June from October 2020 to June 2021 even today they were hours late

Two weeks in a row Orkin was a no show. On top of that, on the second date, the technician falsified the report to say he preformed the service. This is why I got this email to discuss the quality of the service that I didnt receive.

Orkin really did not get the job done. I am still having issues with my home. The smell is horrific. And the bugs are still there. There on everything inside my home. I wouldve appreciated if the attendant sprayed everything inside my home. But unfortunately he did not. Poor customer service. And poor product to kill bed bugs. Waste of money and time. If you ask me. And its was thousands of dollars issued out towards this issue. And their still running around my apartment as if they live there. Orkin needs a better product to spray. Very disappointed with Orkin.

Finally met with my pest control specialist and it great to finally put a name with a face Mr. Morris was very professional while completing the task at hand on site and was very knowledgeable about his craft. Mr. Morris share some key points as it related to protecting the property now that the season is changing I can truly say that my pest control concerns are in good hands.

Professional, and went out of his way to ensure we received the full home treatment we were paying for.At first I wasnt sure I wanted to have the service on a schedule, but after the courtesy and thoughtfulness of the service provided by the technician I could definitely see myself using the service year-round.Very happy with the service so far. Much better than the independent exterminator I called last year. Now that my son is older and able to play in the yard I want to be sure hes safe, and I am so much more confident with Orkin since the guy I used last year didnt even bother responding when he was called for a follow-up visit.Only thing I did not like was that the price is higher and they really want you to get year round service, but its well worth having real professional services to protect my toddler from dangers he isnt aware of yet.
