Very unsanitary place. Right when you walk in the whole place is very outdated and definitely needs some up keeping. The tools they used for our pedicures were not sanitized and just laying out from the previous clients. The pumice stone they used was so worn down, who knows how many peoples feet it was used on. As well as the nail file. (Which both should be tossed after the one time use). They charged $5 extra to remove gel polish but removed it by drilling it off and then said they cant shape them in a square due to them being so weak.... ‍. They even cut me with the cuticle cutter and then just laid it back down with the unused tools. Should have passed on the pedicure but felt rude with it being a gift. Definitely would not suggest going to this place unless you want to catch something.

They turned my mother and I away and it was the day before my wedding.... zero stars is what I wish I could give. I was hoping to get my nails and feet done because I was getting married the next day and I was looking forward to mother daughter time. I’ll never forget how they treated us and we were not rude or anything! My mother was very upset and so was I! As long as I live I’ll never go back. It was a race thing the Way they looked at us was like we didn’t belong... and the customers at the time were shock and disbelief that this was taking place. Before they got unruly we left.

Its a tight race w these salons tho they are always my go to place. Ill even wait til can get in. They even take care of you quick and fast most importantly they lay it on thickNever have to worry Abt breakage 👍

Poor service. Never going there again. Went their for gel removal and nail clean up. Left with brittle nails and leftover gel residue. She didn’t even allow my nails to soak before removing the polish. Very disappointed.

Do not take your kids here. Technicians were caught recording my daughter. We will not be going back. Police and better business bureau have been notified

Theyre extremely helpful here! Im not someone who goes for manicures often but wanted to try no chip. They helped me figure out all the differences between the 2 types they offer and answered questions without making me feel like an idiot. Ill be back to see Nick soon!

People are very nice and quick got an acrylic full set for only $25.

Very busy, a little rushed/quick pedicures but worth it for their prices

Some of the nail polishes are watered down, so two coats are transparent. They prefer to just lightly buff the calluses, without much soaking. There’s no time for soaking feet. Cuticles are just lightly pushed back without trimming the skin. Some of the massage chairs don’t work. If you get one that doesn’t, they won’t switch. There’s no pampering, just get in and out fast. I don’t know about anyone else, but pedicures are a luxury for me. The salon looks old and tired. It’s supposed to open at 10:00 but they show up late always. I had an appointment for four of us together, we waited for half an hour for them to get there. We left. Then they called asking where we were.

Always kind and accommodating. Great on eyebrows as well as nails. “Q” nails in Alsip is great!!!

Best nail salon! My nails and toes look perfect every single time and the service is ALWAYS amazing. Everyone is so kind and caring to the customers. I love this place so much that I got my mom to come here too!

The worst no chip ever! All my nails were different size and shape. It last only 4-5 days, and they are not really cheap at all. I have been to cheaper nail saloons and excellent servise. Do not recommend this saloon!

I normally go to a different nail salon but it’s a little bit too far for me. I thought I would try somewhere new that’s closer to home. This place is dirty and doesn’t have much colors to pick from. I got a pedicure, the lady barely even scrubbed my feet. When she did the hot towel she just put it on my legs quickly and took it off right away. I guess this place is cheap for a reason you get for what you pay!

Completely unhygienic. There is skin residue on ALL of their items. If you request a new pumice sponge that cost $1 at the supply store they charge you $6 . Fungal infections are a real thing. Bacterial infections are a real thing and this place apparently doesnt recognize that. They try to nickel and dime everything they can out of you. The sanitizer isnt clean. I came in with my daughter and my grandmother. I requested 3 pedicures. First thing I noticed is that there are no covers in the sink and they use a bleach spray to clean them which I personally am allergic to. Again, the nail files they used are filled with other peoples skin and completely run down. I canceled the pedicure for my daughter and myself but unfortunately they had already started on my grandmother. I waited it out and paid the obnoxious fees just for the clean tools for her to use and left and will NEVER return.

Very nice customer service and I will update my review in a few weeks to see if the product last on my nails and give that last star.Update 3/26/19: the product was not the best. I havent been back because I found a nail shop that was better.

First time here because everywhere else was booked. staff was nice and no chip is cheaper than most places, but they did a nice job regardless! I definitely will be going back!

They do a great Job. Their prices are reasonable, staff is friendly. I just wish theyd fix or get better massage chairs, they really dont work well. But I always go back because of their prices.

I usually have no problem with them, but I just was there the other day, and just noticed today, they left quite a bit of paint on my toe. Im just saying check everything before he leaves.

I dont know what any of these people are talking about that have bad things to day. No salon uses brand new everything and If they do you WILL pay a pretty penny. This place is clean and professional. Their tubs ARE clean and their tools are sanitized. It is a standard place with standard pricing, if youre looking to be treated like royalty for a $25 pedi this probably isnt the place. Some people have too high expectations on places that are mid scale. This is one. But Susan and her crew are AWESOME Ive been going for 9+ years and dont go anywhere else. Susan and her crew are awesome!

Got the green tea sugar scrub 💚 it. Would have given 5 stars but 1 they rush when they are busy and 2 when they buff ur feet they dont get the sides of ur heal or big toe very well.

Susan does a great job on acrylics and Gel. So natural looking and not too thick! Its hard to find someone who does them right every time, but she does! They have cheap pedicures too.

This was my first visit to Q Nails. It’s nice enough however they don’t offer hot wax with the pedicure and they are pricey for the service, my previous place is a bit more luxuriouS and base pedicure with sea salt scrub hot stone massage AND hot wax is $28 at Q Nail no hot wax, and $30 for base pedi with hot stone. No chip mani cost the same but I left feeling like the manicure part was under served however they did well with the light color polish being even and listening to my requests on nail shape. All in all good for a maintenance but not much by way of frills and pamper.

Everyone is welcoming and kind and very good prices much lower than Im used to paying.

I have a bad scar on my leg that other nail salons would look at in disgust but not here, they would only ask if it hurt and continue with my pedicureEven if I lived 100 miles away I would still go to them.
