They dont deserve even this one star!!! They stole original part from my phone and put aftermarket one. Dont come here if you want professional service. SHAME ON YOU!!!

I didnt think I would go this route but just like Mari Will, who posted not to long ago. I had a broken phone that Techtopia claimed they could fix and I dealt with Tony who is supposedly the manager at this location. I also dealt with the woman that Mari Will mentioned as well and I would have to agree they are very unprofessional. Tony told me to fix my phone it would cost 200. Fixed it, worked for about 30 days. They never gave me a receipt or explained the warranty to me. I come back for the same repair they charge me an additional 180 because I missed the 30 day warranty. They were very unprofessional, claim they would have the phone fixed on certain dates, that turned into weeks. I drove to this location several times on the dates they claimed it would be fixed and it was not. I had to hunt these people down in order to get the information I needed. When I finally got my phone for the second time. The same issue appeared the very next day. Now at this point thats a total of 380 dollars. They never reimbursed me, their policy gives you an item of equal value. They tried to imply that i broke it, claiming that the phone worked when I left. Tony would constantly mention how he lost money on the repairs but their motto is we fix anything. My suggestion to anyone, please do not conduct business with this establishment. Visit another location for phone repairs or just purchase another phone. Dont waste your time or money trying to take a shortcut like I did.

Fixed my 2015 MacBook Pro. It wouldn’t power on. They fix the issues. Very fair price. And great time! Over satisfied!!!

I had to get my phone fixed again because After they fix the phone the phone was randomly clicking on things and then when I took the phone, they didn’t even fix it because they said they didn’t understand the problem because it was a messing up at that point. Then I called told them I had proof they said they were going to fix it and there was a woman that works there on every weekend and she was very Disrespectful she did not want to give up her name which doesn’t make sense.I just wanted to know her name just in case I come in in and the people say they didn’t hear anything about me calling I could tell them who I talked to on the phone but the woman that works there every weekend made a big deal out of it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The main problem I had was the girl not giving her name and she was very disrespectful to my daughter and myself when all we wanted was her first name and my daughter is under 16. I wasn’t even trying to write her up and the other people that worked there provided their name therefore what’s the big deal. SHE NEEDS TO BE SPOKEN TO ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR FIRED.

I went in to Techtopia because they offered me the cheapest price to repair my screen. Shouldve seen that red flag but Im having a difficult time rn and was desperate. They replaced my screen but then I had a sensor issue after that. They fixed that but now my front camera doesnt work. I spoke to the owner Rami and the only thing he offered was to take a look at my phone, again. I dont live close to this location, I may end up making 10 trips to get everything worked out at this rate. Why tf would I let them touch my phone a third time after all of this? Also over the phone they asked questions like I had done something or tried to deflect blame on Apple because of what their diagnostic tests pulled up. Its worth the extra $25-$50 to get your phone repaired somewhere more reputable. These people halfway know what theyre doing and could care less about it.

Took my phone here for screen fix and they had me out within 20 minutes. Guys in there are super friendly and knowledgeable. My phone looks flawless now! Thanks!!

Thought my phone was a lost cause, even Apple genius said they couldnt help. When I went to Techtopia the staff was super helpful, they calmed me and told me they had me covered. Not only did they fix it, but they did it while I waited in the store! Aside from the service the price was a fraction of what Apply told me they would charge me for the part alone! Dont be cheated into a new phone, visit the professionals at Techtopia!

This place is absolute garbage. They sold me a defective phone and the customer service is about the worst that I have ever experienced. I definitely will never get anything from here. I wish I had done more research before I purchased anything.

Went to get my screen fixed because I couldnt use the screen at all and when i got home it was no better its still glitching and i cant use it cause its acting like it has a mind of its own. I dont understand what you fixed at all. it still doesnt work and i will be back tomorrow to either get a refund or something because this makes absolutely no sense. This is not good business at all
