I cannot say enough great things about Ball Design. They redid my entire kitchen. At first, I was just getting new cabinets but loved them so much that I had new flooring put it, a new light fixture, and new paint color. The finished product is far beyond my expectations. I’d also like to note that there were times I was struggling to decide on something and they helped. Their knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated and once I saw the finished product, I knew every decision they helped me make was definitely the right one.In terms of customer service, they are the best. They communicated with me regularly and met all deadlines. In addition, they are just great people. You can tell they love what they do and it shows in their work.

Horrible experience with this company. The workers were routinely hours late. They fell weeks behind schedule. They still haven’t completed the job. Tile work in bathroom already has grout cracking. Do yourself a favor and pick a different company.
