I have been going to Charley’s for a couple of years. All I can say is that I wish I can give them more stars. Great service, prompt, and professional. I can always count on them to give me the proper diagnosis and for their trustworthiness. They are very thorough, even for oil changes. I have a older car and the work they have been performing on my car will keep it alive, saving me a car payment. Their prices are very reasonable also. I highly recommend using Charley’s!

He’s a service u don’t find anymore , honest , You’re stupid, explains everything really well where you can actually understand it and I don’t know anything about cars and he literally made me realize what is actually wrong with my car he is very fair priced just an overall around hidden gem

Very family oriented great customer service and outstanding work

I started going to Charley’s about 10 years ago when I had an old Mercury that was a great runner. They kept that car in excellent condition the entire time I owned it. . My only regret was giving that Merc to my kid because he destroyed it. It just confirmed I used the right mechanic. Enough about that.I like Charley’s for both the work they do and their customer service. They tell me what is wrong with my car today and what I might need in the future. It’s nice to be able to have a maintenance plan. Who has a mechanic that says you have a few months left in your tires let’s wait until xyz month because they will be on sale? I do. In all the time I have worked with them I can not recall one bad experience.Everybody wants to know prices when you mention a mechanic. I think they are fair. Fair enough that I quit mechanic shopping and going to express oil change shops years ago.Finally, as a female customer who has dealt with several mechanic shops there is none of that “ok dearie” nonsense that you can sometimes run in to.So if you are looking for a fair, honest and dependable mechanic and a well run shop, your search is over.

They are very friendly and thorough as well as knowledgeable. I take my 2008 Chevy Blazer for all repairs. Its running like a gem because of them. I highly recommend this business

These guys are great they took care of me rite away and they were able to fix my flat and save my tire so i wouldnt have to buy a new one.. They could have easily tried to sell me something i didnt need but they didnt and i really appreciate their honesty.. I would recommend this shop to anyone..Great job guys...

The only place I will take my car. I’ve been burned by shops in the past that didn’t have the knowledge and expertise of Charley’s. I’ve only been given solid service and solid advance when it came to my vehicle. Highly recommend.

I brought my car in to the shop asking for an estimate on a water pump/timing belt replacement because I was getting a noise from my car. The Charleys team went above and beyond in diagnosing the problem, not only did they find the source of the problem to be a different belt which saved me money but they also took a lot at the car as a whole and gave me a summary of what condition my car was in. Pretty satisfied with my experience, will be coming back to their shop and recommend it to anyone that is looking for a good quality shop.

Hands down best mechanic/auto shop in the area. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without ever being pushy or trying to “sell me something” I don’t need. Been my guys for 2 years now and I hope I never need to find a new place.

The mechanic when i walked in had a rolled up joint laying on the table. they over charge and do extra work that doesnt need to be done they arent time efficient.

I have used Charlies for 15 years and 3 vehicles. His pricing is fair and competitive, close to the estimates given. The work is done quick if you call in advance and set up a time. Walk in work is also done but dont expect them to hop I on it. They only have 2 bays and dont want to rush the job on the previous customer.

I dont write many reviews, but I had to stop and do this. My Town & Country mini van has a lifetime warranty bumper to bumper so when my transmission went out I took it to the dealer. The dealer told me I needed a full brake job ASAP that the rotors were metal on metal, so of course you trust them right? NO. I called Charlie his quote was $200 less and he could get me in before we left for vacation which was literately 24 hour notice. Upon their inspection they found I only needed front brakes and was more concerned about the bald tires on the rear. TRUST is THE biggest factor when getting your car worked on, precious cargo goes in it. Im bringing all of my car repairs to Charlies going forward.

Recently I had an issue with my anti freeze reservoir.....or at least I thought it was just that. I know nothing about cars but antifreeze kept leaking out someway somehow with no obvious signs. I thought that maybe there was a crack under the antifreeze reservoir or maybe a hose leak that wasnt obvious. Anyhoo I took my car to Charleys and right away he knew it was the water pump but of course still ran his tests and prices it a lil over $500ish. (I might be wrong on that it may have been a lil more than that) Whatever the case I ended up paying much less than that. I paid $0. Mechanics have the leverage of overpricing customers if they want to or doing unnecessary work. In this case case Charley directed me to go to my dealership because of a recall or bulletin on 2013 Chevy Cruze water pumps. He told me exactly what to do and that I should expect to pay NOTHING for it. He was RIGHT. Its easy to think that if I took my car anywhere I would have paid $500 or more. Any other mechanic shop would not have directed me to the dealership based on a bulletin. This is why why I cant go anywhere else when it comes to my car. His prices are reasonable and most importantly he is honest. For me it is either the dealership or Charley.....NO ONE ELSE.

Words can’t explain how great this shop is. Needed to put on a stock exhaust on my Camaro due to court that same day. They said “ no problem” had the exhaust done within an hour. After that they’ve done plenty of work on my Camaro and Avalanche. Not only is the team understanding and very helpful, BUT also the cost of labor is very reasonable compared to any other shop. Quality work for cheap !!! Nothing beats that!!!
