Got a great haircut. The lady that did my shampoo and cut was very professional. I have really long hair and I dont get it cut very often because hairdressers are always trying to talk me into doing things that Im not interested in. That was not the case here. She gave me the cut I asked for with no pressure to do anything more. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Supercuts. I arrived with my Covid hair (year no care hair)and my attempt to color my hair myself to attend a funeral. My hair was brassy, so dry and unmanageable. I had my roots done and much needed restoration for my hair. It once again was soft. Thanks to Sue at Super Cuts in Alpine, my hair looks fabulous.

I recently moved to the area and was anxious about finding a new hair dresser. I called ahead and the manager Sue answered the phone and was very polite and told me to come on in. When I got there, Sue made me feel like I was talking to a friend the whole time. She made my hair go from drab to fabulous! I cant stop getting compliments on it. It brightened up my whole face and Im ready to hit the town! Sue was very considerate, kind, and she wore a face mask the whole time. I could swear this was a 5 star salon and not a supercuts! I will be recommending her to all of my new friends. The salon was clean, they kept people spaced apart, and they made sure to greet every customer who walked in, which I can appreciate as someone who has worked in hospitality. I cant recommend Sue enough! She is a gem!

They turned away 3 haircuts today for us refusing to wear masks, most places in alpine don’t require a mask and we found an awesome place up the street who wanted our business. The previous time I went here Alejandra messed up my hair, couldn’t figure out how to do layers, and I had to ask for a new hair dresser. We won’t be back, you should take your business down the street, better quality and nicer service.

The lady that did my hair at Supercuts, her name was Sue and she was super nice, she did an amazing job on my hair and she was very kind and made me feel excited instead of anxious and my hair turned out amazing.

Yesterday was my first visit to Alpine Supercuts. I was suffering from covid hair and really needed a hair cut. Sue took good care of me with a shampoo, cut and blow dry. I am very happy with the results and the excellent sanitizing they were doing to protect their clients.

Went in for a trim and got a beautiful style by the owner who was pleasant and professional. She gave me tips on how to get more body out of thin hair and gave me a style that works for that type of hair. The shop was clean and cool. Lots of parking. I give it a 10!

I am a first timer at Supercuts and was helped by Sue. Sue is very sweet and very professional. I came in with orange, dry & damaged hair. She managed to save my hair, getting rid of the orange and gave me important advice on how to better care for it. I recommend her if you want a color fix ❣️

Theres only one employee and two customers waiting and its closing so early before the actual close time closes. There should be more employees in evening and wish to close at exact close time not so early.

I went in for a haircut since my curly hair was getting in the way for work. The gal, Stephanie, looked at the reference slip from my usual SuperCuts, looked at my hair, looked at me like I was the insane one for bringing in a reference slip from my usual stylist, AND BUZZED ME! She messed up my hair; itll take months for it to grow back! And she asked for a good tip?! WHAT?! Alpine, dont trust these lazy, knuckle-dragging, make look pretty she-witches with your hair. Id rather cut my own hair with only a hand mirror, a small comb, and safety scissors than trust those girls again.

Brought my son in to get a haircut today, he didn’t really want to get one Cassy did an awesome job and he was super excited after ward cause he looked so cool!! We have never had an issue here my husband and sons have been going here for years!!!

Ilesay was my stylist. She was courteous, friendly, and did a great job with my hair.

Made an appointment for 3 oclock. Its past 330 and still sitting here watching stylists chat. 6 people have walked in and have been told yhe EXACT same wait time. What the hell was the point of making an appointment??!!

I love this salon, the stylists are all wonderful and the service is great.

Mistaking for barbershop.

I asked for layers and framing around my face. She literally cut all my hair the same length, around my face and everything...all exactly the same. When I asked about the layers she said they were there. Um...no.I didnt want to argue so I accepted it. Then THEY REFUSED A GIFT CARD! It says right on it it can be used at ANY IS LOCATION and they refused it.So I had to pay twice for my crappy haircut.If zero stars was a possibility thats what I would have given.

For the chain, I think it was good over all.The person who cut my hair asked enough questions to determine what I wanted, and did a good professional job. I dont think of Supercuts as a Salon. Though, I think they do a good job at being like one.A few nits, why I docked the star to 4. First, having to log in to get a haircut was annoying. Not just type in your name and select a service...I had to fill out like a 20q&a for a haircut?Also, upsales are annoying in general for me. My stylist really wanted me to buy the shampoo on sale....not pushy mind you, and there were a couple other mentions. I get it, they get a cut, but maybe a simple, we have some products that would help your hair if you are interested....if a no, then drop it...maybe unless you see something horribly wrong, then I would expect something like, I see your hair has....., and I could suggest some solutions for that.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My wife literally cried after they cut her hair so bad. I had to take her to an actual professional to fix her hair. If you dont want you spouse to be upset stay well away from this place. You pay for what you get.

It was just bleh. Took son for a haircut and it wasnt anything special. Could barely tell he got a haircut.

Quick, clean and thorough. I will make Supercuts Alpine my new place to get a haircut
