Jon was nice, professional and respectful. When it was determined the air ducts were too clogged after treatment, he worked out a fair credit since BioGuard does not replace them. The dehumidifiers were also left for a week to help with the air quality.

BioGuard Pro did a phenomenal job on my Dad’s home. He had recently moved and we needed to get the house ready to rent. I worked primarily with Dan. He was remarkable! Everything was perfect. He explained everything so completely, since, I knew almost nothing about mold problems. Dan was very responsive and answered all the millions of questions I had. I was also able to send him pics and describe the problem and recd a very good quote for the work we needed completed. They also test the air quality after removal and leave the machines for a few days to help clear everything out. His guys were awesome including Chris who helped answered questions upon arrival. He explained what he needed to remove and why. We are thankful our problem wasnt that bad and they were quick to respond and provided a very good competitive quote.

Dan and his team did an excellent job! He came and surveyed the situation, explained the remediation process that would be used to resolved the issue, they then executed the plan in a day. They then left the machines running for three days, came back and took another air sample which shows the situation has been rectified. I would definitely recommend thus company!

Dan and his guys came out and took the very best care of our property. He made the whole experience as painless as possible (which is a lot to be said when you have a leak that has affected three rooms and a walk in closet). The estimate he quoted could not be beat by any other company. He addressed the problem, did a complete dry out and made sure our air was clean before the job was done. We filed this with our insurance and they accepted the claim. Dan also returned to our property when the insurance adjuster came to give us an estimate for repairs. He was phenomenal in explaining why they removed what was removed. (If you’re like me and you’re not an expert in leak damage, you’ll know what a relief it was to have him there for that too). I really can’t say enough great things about this company. They were quick, thorough, respectful, and affordable. Basically, everything one looks for when having to deal with damage to the home.

I had an excellent experience with BioGuard Pro! I had a water leak on carpet, they called me back right away and then got everything pulled up and drying out before any other companies could even come to look at it! They were really responsive, knowledgeable and able to help me out quickly to minimize the damage. It saved my carpet and I only needed to have a small piece of padding and old base board replaced. Amazing customer service!

Our crawl space had mold issues and needed some serious insulation and vapor barrier work. Our crawl space is still perfectly dry and free from water intrusion.A few days ago Dan come over to inspect some mold concerns we had on exterior walls. He showed up on time, did his inspection and recommended a solution. He even took the time to make sure that the crawl space work he did two years early, was still in perfect conditions.Definitely recommend Dan to any one requiring water and mold remediation work.
