Brad and co are always super helpful with anything we ever need! We have always had great sitters and the convenience of this service is so worth it. No more texting and/or calling 7 people and waiting in limbo to lock in a sitter!

I needed childcare during a vacation period in a pinch in order to finish a major work deadline. I called this organization and was so pleased to find out they were locally owned and carefully screen, vet and train their babysitters and nannies. I was 100% comfortable with both of the sitters I had this past week and found their attentiveness, kindness and level of care to be top notch. Highly recommend!

Great company. We had family in town and needed 2 baby sitters to watch 4 children on a Saturday evening. We were recommended to this company on a Friday afternoon and we had 2 great college age students arrive on time for the next evening. Everything was taken care of and we were able to enjoy an evening out without having to worry about the kids.

It is an absolute pleasure working with CNTS. Lisa, Carol and Brad are a great team! They have gone above and beyond the call of duty for us! Our daughter really loves them and they have become part of the family! They also recently found a new wonderful nanny (Cecilia) who our daughter loves! We are grateful for all their hard work!

We needed a babysitter for a weekday evening, until pretty late. Carol showed up a few minutes early to meet our kids and go over our nighttime routine. My girls immediately warmed up to her which put me at ease about leaving them. She responded promptly when I texted for an update. When we arrived home, she told me about the evening, left me a written report, and to my surprise had done my dishes. My 6 year old woke me up at 6am the next morning to give me a play-by-play of the entire evening (they had played a bunch of board games, put on little shows for Miss Carol, and she even brought them little surprises which they loved). Both of my girls have been begging me to have Miss Carol back. It truly was a professional experience on my end, and a really fun experience for my kids. The team that runs the company is so personable and made me feel assured that my children would be safe, well taken care of, and would have fun.

I would never recommend using this service. As a Mom and previous client I can attest to the frequent call outs last minute and not being notified. Having a nanny Lie about her transportation. Having a Nanny ask to pick up my child from Daycare using Lyft? Coming home to my child shivering by herself on the couch. Its very heartbreaking to relive this in writing. However, I wish I knew what I know now. I would never wish this service to anyone. Ive contacted corporate Dan and the franchise owner Lisa Martin. The response and excuse I received was miscommunication.Miscomunication on so many levels is not an acceptable reason for the service this company will give its clients.

This is our second time working with College Nannies when visiting family from out of town. The sitter, Audrey was prompt, professional and the kids really liked her! We are relieved to have this service available when visiting family.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I had a horrible experience with a care giver who didnt want to provide care for dark skinned clients. (Her words not mine). Will never use this location again!

Brad and his team went above and beyond to help us out with our childcare needs whilst being in between Au-Pair candidates. We couldnt be happier with their dedication. We would always call them again!
