Im moving my service to att from other carrier. I had a very bad experience dealing with customer support and then the store personnel. Nobody knows whats going on and what to do. Everybody has different way of escaping with the customer issues. I went to the store to get a SIM for my phone, apparently I ordered a SIM and the SIM is delayed. I asked the store personnel to cancel the SIM I ordered and provide me with the new SIM so I can activate my service. He said no can do, not literally but sounded that way.. He told me that I have to wait. I called the customer service, they told me that the store personnel could canceled the SIM order and should have provided me with the new SIM or at least called in for support. I would appreciate if they would go extra mile to satisfy customer needs and not let down the customer and let the customer leave the store without resolving their issues. Looks like they have all the tools to do their job correctly, but dont want to try hard or just dont want to help the customer. Very bad experience of switching service. It shows lack of training. Im a positive person and would like to see better service

Abbey was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions and concerns and she kept a smile the entire time and was patient as i needed some important information from my phone that i traded in and she was willing to go above and beyond to ensure i got the exact color iPhone i wanted and requested! Shes amazing and she deserves a raise!! Not because she helped me but i watched her do the same with other customers and she took pride in her service to AT&T customers!!!!!!

I wanted to share some outstanding service on Sunday, January 31, 2021 from Michael at this store. I had to re-activate an older model Samsung phone for my 84-year old mother who is on a limited income. Michael was able to work around a number of issues that otherwise would have forced us to purchase another phone. Im sure well have to get another phone when this one finally gives up, but it was so helpful for him to use his many years of expertise to successfully get this phone working for my mother. If you go to this store, I recommend you see Michael for all your needs.

I came in asking to set up a new account and buy a new iphone. The man upfront was extremely rude to me, i asked if there was a direct line to call the store and he said no (since when does a business not have an operating phone?). he had a terrible attitude and he just didn’t want to help me at all, i had to walk out. i went to a different location (duluth) and the service there was a complete 180 compared to the service i experienced at this location. terrible experience and customer service.

Ultimately dissatisfied with the customer service. They don’t know what they are selling and basically sells you things and afterwards you have no customer support.Bought an iphone and wanted to unlock it, as I was leaving the US in a few days, they told me to go to the Apple store, which I did, Apple store employee said that they don’t unlock phones. Went back to At&t they told me that I just need to send an email after 14 days, took pictures of IMEI codes etc.No response to my emails, when I called them, they said that they can’t do anything, that I need to call customer service, did that and they told me that info which I got from the store is wrong, and while I was speaking to the customer service they dropped the call.If you can, avoid At&t, especially in Alpharetta, Georgia.

My mother and I frequent this store often, specifically when we have questions regarding our business line. We are always greeted with smiles and met with efficient, respectful and kind professionals. Any time we have a question pertaining to our service or any charge they sit with us and thoroughly explain what it is we’re paying for.Personally, visiting this location always eases me. I know I’ll be taken care of and that my phone service will be optimal. Moreover, some of the staff is bilingual a service my mother appreciates being that she only speaks Spanish.

Unless you are a new customer or they are able to upsell you, the customer service is the worst. Totally ignored. Once they knew we were trying to resolve issues we were completely ignored, even by the manager. He assisted 3 sets of people while we sat there waiting. I am adding to this review. Went back & waited over an hour for the manager. He did assist with the issue & hopefully things are worked out now. We shall see.

The Asian girl that works at this locating is RUDE, has a SMART MOUTH and talks over customers when THINGS DO NOT GO HER WAY. She yelled across the room at a customer then started in on me for a mistake she made. The management needs to manage this girl before she causes more issues with other customers. I am sure she has a history of this attitude.

Stopped buy today to buy a iPhone 11. Salesmen was to pre occupied to stay and show us the phone.Always looking around and at one point walked off when he found out the phone we wanted was not in stock. Will not be returning. Went to ATT on Old Milton. Great folks, did a great job, and we purchased the iPhone we wanted. Old Milton now has my business and Mansell Rd (which is very close to my home) will not see me again

We had the pleasure of dealing with Rob. We did have bit of a wait and it is kind of annoying having an individual on payroll thats only purpose is to check people in. Waste of money and its a disruption of operations. Get a ticket puller like the old days and get another sales associate. But back to the main topic, Rob was awesome. Very nice and easy to talk to. Talked me into the S8+ and after playing with this phone Im super happy with my decision. Thanks Rob!

Horrible customer service experience. Wanted to return a device, which was purchased (upgraded) at an authorized retailer (Old Milton), but was UNABLE TO RETURN TO A CORPORATE STORE. Dana, the customer service rep was nice, however, we had to call AT&T support to get answers - and I was told to return to the auth. retailer to return the device.Why would I have to go back and forth? Why is it the burden of the customer to do all the work?This experience makes me consider other carriers.

Either the staff assisting me was incompetent, or he purposefully gave me the wrong information. I asked about splitting off from my parents line and opening my own line. He told me they had to call in and give permission. My parents called and were told they didnt have to do that at all. He also told me there are no student discounts. After I left, I went online and check and there were definitely student discounts, and I definitely qualify. Dont trust these people and do your own research. Because of this experience, I will be opening a line with a different company.

Employees use shady tactics to up-sell you. I walked in looking for two lines, one for my phone and one for a phone I want to buy for my wife. Suddenly theyre telling me theyre going to bundle in a smart watch and a tablet. I explicitly told the employee I dont need those extra devices. He made it look and sound like I was getting some great deal, but never mentioned Id be paying for an additional two lines. I rolled my eyes and just went with it since my wife was glaring at me by this point (haha I know, I should have made sure instead of letting her rush me). Anyway the point is that once the first bill came, I found out I was being charged extra, way more than I originally budgeted for a phone bill, for two devices that are pretty much obsolete. Be careful, dont let these leaches up sell you. They will try to make you buy the leftover obsolete technology and hide it in the fine print. Then you wont even be able to return it without a $45 restocking fee. I will never do business with AT&T on Mansell Road again.

Be extra cautious with what youre being sold.. Make sure you read it all through and dont just go by what the rep is saying.. Learnt my lesson the tough way and had a horrible day allday yesterday to correct the mistake I did - trusting the sweet words of the sales rep over there.. Do your own research and trust no one other than you! Worked with a rep(dont feel like naming his name but he knows who he is if he reads this) who sounded all sweet initially but messed it up big time! I went there to have my phone upgraded and for no good reason was pulled into buying a stupid internet upgrade plus uverse tv bundle by convincing me that it was only 10$ more than what I pay currently. I then get an email from att saying that my next months bill is going to be double what Im paying currently!!!! I had to find that out myself and I had to spend half a day at the store to get it corrected and at the end of it all, some online customer service representative upgraded my internet for no upcharge as a sorry to what their store rep did to me! I even sent a text to him that I was upset and he in turn apparently was mad that I called him dishonest! Me being me apologized coz I dint want to hurt him and I get no reply to that! If this is what AT&T represents, I feel that I dont belong with AT&T!! Nor do any other customers that still have a little trust remaining in humans! Id rather trust a computer than Id trust anyone at the Mansell store!

This is an ideal shop if you wanna make your career as a crook. They just about train you right. I was totally ripped by stores crook management and got sold on for BOGO plan offering one free phone if I cancel my existing service (Which was about to get expired for Internet and UVerse) and take it on my wifes name. Its been eight month and never got a penny back for my free IPhone. Everytime I call their office the Manager is either at lunch or stepped out. What a great job I tell ya!!! Getting paid for ripping innocent peoples hard earned money. Never ever go to this store, total liars and scammers.

If I could give them a zero, I would.A few weeks ago I went into the Mansell AT&T store at North Point Pkwy because Direct tv kept cheating me and I’d had enough of it.My bill had doubled and they kept extending my contract without my knowledge.Tam ( a supervisor at the Mansell Store ) told me he could switch me to U-verse and get rid of Direct tv once and for all which was a godsend to my ears.But ...I was told I would have to pay 169.00 to get the last bill paid but he would credit it back to my account and pay U-verse with it.By then, I was willing to do whatever I had to do to get rid of Direct tv once and for all. AT&T owns direct tv so they had control over the whole mess . He NEVER took care of it and direct tv is still hounding me for money and Tam says he can’t do anything about it now.So I gave him 169.00 very grudgingly but being assured I would get it back .All i had to do was call direct tv 2 days after disconnect and cancel direct tv which i did.I continue to get bills from direct tv that are almost 400.00 now and today on top of that , U verse cut me off for not paying a 130.00 bill that should be a plus 39.00 credit right now.Tam threw me too the dogs today when I called him.Tam told me today i should’ve called him earlier because now i can’t get my credit back.Why didn’t HE take care of it the day I was there when I paid him ( AT&T).?First off.... I just got my first bill a few weeks ago and second ...he said nothing about a time limit as my first bill was just due.So now I have no tv again and a lot of big bills I don’t owe and no help from Tam or the MansellAT&T store and on top of that, he blames me for everything saying i didn’t cancel Direct tv ( which i did and he was suppose to do it for me anyway because we were closing the account ) and also they won’t give me my money back OR my credit After I paid for it in cashMy U-verse is cut off,,,,I have a 355.00 Direct tv Bill and he kept my money and now he says it’s up to me to pay a bill I don’t even owe.This is what you get when you deal with Tam at the AT&T store on Mansell.Oh... and they told me I had every movie channel except for hbo on my new U-verse and that’s a lie too.This is the 3rd time AT&T has done this.I paid it in the store IN CASH THE DAY I WAS THERE. I haven’t had DIRECTV for three months but I’m still being billed for it and the reason I paid the $169 was to get out of DIRECTV contract and into their new contract. I’ve told the story so many times, even I can’t believe it anymore.They blame me for them not doing their job.They do the same thing over and over again .Don’t trust ANYONE at Mansell or AT&T... period.There’s lots more to the story but I just don’t have the patience to talk about it anymore.I’ve been back to that Mansell store more times than I can count.I should have my own personal parking spot there by now.I’m not going back.David

Extremely poor customer service - the worst AT&T store I have encountered across the country. Forget phone calls - Ive tried 10x over the course of a few days - not once did they pick up. If you visit the physical location - the staff is full of misinformation that they seem to make up on the spot (I confirmed this by calling AT&T Wireless directly - it was astonishing how wrong the staff was). Follow-up is lacking as well - I was supposed to receive a receipt via email because the systems were down, that never happened either. Do your self a favor and visit a different store!

I got called a LIAR to my face by Lacy at this location. They gave me a sim card that was blocked by ATT and I went back to get a new sim card. The dude said you didnt get that here. Really should have just said let me help you get that fixed. Unfortunately I have to use them because they are a block away from work so when we need something immediately I have to go there. curse you ATT and all your existence.
