We needed a wheelchair for my disabled father-in-law and found their selection to be quite good. Their was a very friendly and kind lady who assisted us on 5/8/2021 with our purchase and selection.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to understand our specific needs and then help us find the best solution instead of pushing standard options. As the owner of Real McCoy Home Care, I will recommend them to all my clients who need tools to help improve their day.

Bought a brand new powerchair with my money as Medicaid will not assist people! It stopped working immediately and they have not replaced or fixed it! This is not how you treat handicapped or disabled persons. And the worst part too is that I left my old wheelchair there and got nothing for it and now I have nothing!

My wife and I LOVE the staff here. They really care. Never once did we ever feel like they were just trying to sell us stuff. Lets face it, they are there to supply items of need, not wants. No one wants to need their products but the fact is that some of us do. They are caring and compassionate and that comes through in every conversation you have with them. It is obvious that their primary goal is to assist people in improving their quality of life. They really go above and beyond.

She is truly someone who exemplifies the Rotary motto of Service above self in everything she does. My father-in-law recently moved to town and needed a scooter to get around. Stopped in because my wife’s AirHawk electric folding chair front left wheel caster bearings failed and came out. They don’t sell AirHawk but they jumped right in and took the remaining parts and went and found 2 bearings that would fit and had he chair fixed within 20 mins. Awesome People. Thank you!!!

IF you decide to rent a scooter...Make SURE you get ALL the information you need to run it. We got home with a needed rental and did NOT know about the gears associated with it...as a result we couldnt get the darn thing to move and were VERY disappointed as we had a handicapped person staying with us. They WERE very kind in refunding our money which was VERY appreciated. Maybe ask if they can print a how to sheet in case you run into problems.

Whoever answering the phone was extremely RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME 1/9/2020 but bless her rude heart on top of being rude never returned calls about replacing parts needed for clients chair I truly believe I was the wrong color for her just a really uncomfortable feeling

Of you are disabled and need help filing thru Medicare forget this place they are on the Medicare.gov listing as approved and when we called my wife talked to a Man he said they were but when we got their the Lady was out right rude.
