We have worked with Tina and Leon multiple times over the years with our last transaction being 19 years ago. Our experience with them in the past made it an easy decision to go with them again. During the sales process we spent most of our time out of state. Tina and Leon worked hard to help us sell the home and complete everything that needed to be done to finalize the sell. Their experience and professionalism make them one of the best in the industry. My only issue was I couldnt talk Tina into expanding their business into North Carolina to help us with the purchase of our new home. They were the only option for us to sell our house in Georgia.

I am a recent widower and in failing health. I am a disabled Vietnam war veteran. My recently made a decision that I needed to move to the warmer climate and my family because I was all alone now. I contacted Tina Robbins and she came to my home. We had a very nice meeting and got to know each other. I have one simple ironclad non-negotiable item that she had to agree to in order for me to sign a listing. I did not want a lock box on my front door. I wanted these are her her partner or one of her agents or employees to be the one to let the buyer and the buyers agent. She stated that one slow up sale possibly but I insisted that was the only way I would agree to sign. She then stated that that would work for her and I was leaving my listing in good hands with Robins realty specifically Tina. I signed a listing and then went on to go down and be with my sister in Florida. A few days later Tina called me and said an agent from another office one or two get entry into my home and would it be okay if I agreed to let that happen without her involvement because she was busy doing something else. I sent her back a message and it was NO. I actually felt like she was taking advantage of the fact that I was not in the state of Georgia. Well a few days later I get yet another call that she couldnt be at a showing and wanted me to actually contact my next-door neighbor to fill in for her and oversee the showing of my home to a agent I never met didnt know. My response was I was absolutely against involving my neighbor making him responsible for anything that could have possibly gone wrong. I know him well and he wouldnt have gone for it anyway. I told Tina I was completely disatified with her complete reversal of agreement she made to get the listing. I saw a serious serious serious misrepresentation happening. Her comment to me was it wasnt working out for her as a matter of fact her words not mine were she was getting STRESSED OUTover the whole arrangement.I thought she was obviously taking advantage of the fact that I was over 600 miles away and that she could have her way with me. I once again restated my condition of the listing and she said she would be happy to release me from the listing. Oh really!!! Really????? I am a days drive and poor health mentally and physically and this person pulled this stunt. Well I told her to send whatever I needed as a document to release me from my obligation to her and her company. She then made herself unavailable to pass off the key to anyone else for three additional days. Unprofessionalism Grossmisrepresentation and total callousness for a fragile customer shes supposed to serve. Not good. I have no idea how she got such a good review rating before me. I didnt dream this up. These are all facts. The 5.0 rating reviews mean nothing if she can do this to a customer. If youre thinking about doing business with these people be sure to ask about this review in particular and ask her why she did it and are the facts true. If she is honest she will tell you absolutely yes. If shes not honest she will find weak excuses that do not belong in this conversation. She called herself professional a success story well I dont see it that way.

I decided to go with my first impression and set up a meeting at the property to sign some papers.From here she checked other similar properties to see what the other ones had sold for and we made a listing. The showings began and I got text of all the potential buyers and their comments,finally getting an interesting buyer. I signed paperwork on my phone which was very nice.,then came inspection and some repairs which Tina helped me take care of also.The closing went very smooth and another sale for Robbins realty ,they really are number one.
