We had a chance to work with Inez Austin to find a house close to our preferred area and school district during the height of bidding war and very limited inventory. We got really frustrated because it was very difficult to find a home in that kind of environment (with limited budget) before the school starts. Thankfully we have Inez on our side who guided us throughout the ups and downs until we finally closed on a property very close to our preferred school district (3 weeks before the school starts). She was very patient but very efficient and prompt when you need anything. Cole Team also recommended us to a mortgage broker who is as efficient and prompt as they are ( Atlantic Mortgage Company). Furthermore Inez also helped us to navigate the process of selling our previous home after we closed on the new house and it was as easy as 1, 2, 3 and our house got sold less than 2 weeks.
