The owner assured me they would arrive Tuesday at 9am. Tuesday at 9am rolls around and no one… waited a couple hours before calling and was told they had a hard time finding gas and the would be right there. They never showed.Called again and was told they would come Wednesday first thing in the morning. Wednesday morning comes and no one shows. Finally at 11:30am someone shows.Was then told it would be $200 over the price quoted.The actual person doing the power-washing was great and did a great job. The owner of this business has terrible communication and we will never use this business again.We were also one of their first clients when they were knocking on doors looking for business.

I have been using Hydro Dynamic for years and continue to be amazed at the results. Every time they do my house it looks like it just got painted. They use a great scrubber on the driveway too. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Matt of Hydro Dynamic gave me a very fair price for cleaning the exterior of our home, the roof, and the driveway. I live on a mountain ridge in the forest; so my roof and driveway were very dirty from wet leaves staining the surfaces. Hydro Dynamic did an outstanding job; it was better than I had hoped for. I highly recommend these guys.

This is an excellent service. The pressure is minimal so you dont get damage to your wood. It leaves the home extremely clean. As a bonus, if you have the screens off, you will get a free window wash -- probably for less than a window wash alone would cost you. I had this done on the roof a few years ago, and the darkness from the pollen accumulation was magically gone.

This group is responsive and thorough. I was impressed with their commitment before, during and after to walk the property, explain and agree on services/costs to be performed, and the joint inspection prior to leaving. Their work is carefully performed, the cleaning agents are effective and the work is guaranteed. I would highly recommend.

It really pays to hire a professional! I hired a guy with a pressure washer to do one driveway for a neighbor, they were out there for several hours and it still had dark dirt spots. Hydro came out and it made a 20 year old driveway look like new. I then hired them to do every driveway and the curbs in our neighborhood, what a difference! I would definitely hire them again.

Mat and Louis cleaned my house, it is three stories high and four sides of siding, very little brick. They had their work cut out on my house ! They made sure the windows were free of cob webs and the stringy pieces from river Birch trees. After doing the house they did all of the concrete, very reasonably priced and an excellent job. when they were finished Mat gave me his card and said call him in a couple of months when the pollen stops and he would one out and rinse everything off at no charge. they were awesome , they pointed out any loose boards that they saw or anything that needed to be repaired it was nice to have someone that was honest and not just looking to make a quick buck. they took their time and they made sure that the job was done completely and fully and met my to my expectations I would definitely recommend them again

Repaired my pavers and sanded poorly. Didn’t finish the job or redo paver work after 3 months and still has not come back.

Hydro Dynamic did a great job of washing the house, deck, driveway, & sidewalk. And, they did it at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

During working on my house and covered deck they spayed bleach on a teak table and chairs discoloring the furniture with white stains. When I called I was told they could easily fix the finish on the furniture and would do so in the next couple of days. No one came and my repeated calls have not been answered. I would recommend never using this company.

He was doing a neighbors house and came to my house. He gave me a fair price and told me I didn’t have to pay until I was impressed. His team did a great job and subsequently got two or three of my neighbors business. In about 72 hours he had done over 20 houses in our neighborhood and climbing. They are fairly priced, have high end truck mounted equipment, and didn’t leave until I was pleased. It was only afterwards that I read the reviews and I was a bit shocked how many negative reviews there are. Swing by providence place drive in Alpharetta and you’ll be able to spot the houses/driveways they did ;)

Hired to pressure wash house and driveway. They treated the driveway by pouring bleach on the leaf stains. This caused bleach splatter stains on the driveway. I called them several times to remediate the issue. They never came back to make it right. I recommend finding a different company.
